I’ve been going here for the past few months to get my lip and chin done. I’ve been too nervous to get my brows done since another place thinned them out way too much. Raji promised she understood I only wanted them cleaned up and to take as few hairs and length as possible, so happy I trusted her! She cleaned them up great and they are even and still thick! Little pain, which is strange for threading, but she managed to get all the stray hairs with minimal pain to me! For upper lip, lower lip, chin and eyebrows, it was $ 22. Super nice people, great customer service, and trust worthy service! I will return

I got a crazy good Groupon deal for Brows Art and only paid $ 5 for 3 sessions of eyebrow threading. I was hesitant to buy the Groupon though, because Brows Arts only had like 3 reviews. But for $ 5, I said what the heck, why not? Brows Art is located in the large shopping center off North Durango and the 215, right next to Buffalo Wild Wings and Cold Stone. The shop itself is pretty bare bones and could use some TLC.
I went through all 3 sessions of eyebrow threading, and ²⁄₃ were awesome. At my second session I felt like she made my eyebrows too thin. I made sure to tell her I was growing them out the third time, and left happy. There’s only one threader working at Brows Art currently, although they’re looking to hire additional employees. She’s efficient and somehow makes the experience less painful. I never see any stray hairs missed, ever! I’m usually in and out within 8 minutes.
Brows Art currently charges $ 8 for eyebrows, $ 4 for upper lip. As of August 2015, the price for eyebrows will be raised to $ 10. Still cheaper than most places!

Went here after purchasing a groupon for six sessions. The lady who helped me redeemed my groupon for all six entries. She hit redeem from my phone and didn’t explain how I was supposed to redeem my other sessions. I returned for my next visit and explained what happened and she explained there was nothing she could do.
Horrible customer service, all of a sudden she couldn’t speak English anymore and told me to leave. I will never return …
As for as the actual eye brow threading, I give them the one of five stars.

I’ve been plucked, waxed and zapped but never threaded. So I had my eyebrows & upper lip done.
I went right after work, got there a little after 5pm on a Tues & got right in (people must not know about this place yet!)
I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was great! She told me where/​how to hold my skin taught & she was so fast. Being a pro at getting my brows done, it didn’t really hurt at all, a little sensitive on the side… the lip was a little bit of a tear jerker, especially closer to the nose. But she was so fast, it was over before I knew it. And I walked away without being all red, sore & sticky like waxing.

I’ve been here 3 times now. There is never a wait, and the brow stylist is very friendly. They are quick, thorough and efficient. Definitely recommend coming here. You won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely love that Raji has her own threading place now! She used to work at Patel’s near meadows mall and then the one I’m galleria. She’s my favorite threader of all the times I’ve gone to Patel’s. The thing with Raji is she makes it so painless because she does it super quick. It’s quick, but she does a clean job. I’m so glad that she’s closer to where I live because going to meadows to get my eyebrows done every other week was getting so tiring.

Never had tried threading before and decided to give it a try when I saw this place open. They were pretty nice, only one woman running the place on a Sunday morning but I was the only one there so it wasn’t a problem. The store is very clear, smells nice with the incense they keep going all day.
She was very patient with me since my eyes water like crazy and I had to keep pausing to wipe them. Afterwards I noticed a few missed hairs mainly on my eyebrows (upper lip is perfect, no complaints at all) but I guess that’s typical since a few get missed with waxing too.
Very affordable… only $ 12 for eyebrow and upper lip so you really can’t go wrong. Most other places out here look to be $ 12 just for eyebrows so you can think of it as getting your upper lip done free!

First time coming to this eye brow threating and I like it it was clean, friendly and fast. Although they only have on person when I went.
