Extremely personable and professional. I have to take my vehicle back because the problem I took it in for was diagnosed and led to a bigger issue. They are working with me to get the price down as low as possible. So far I am very happy with their help and work. Additional information to follow.
SECOND REVIEW:
Busy Buggy has done some great work on my car and has advised me of some possible future problems. They go out of their way to find the best prices on parts. Their work is reliable and they do business with a good conscience. I will be taking my cars there for all future repairs and maintenance.

First let me start by saying that I have never written a review. This is my first and had to sign up with Unilocal to do this (I don’t like to sign up for stuff, but this deserved it).
Just want to say a Big Thank You to Busy Buggy for their HONESTY which is big in my book. The maintenance light came on, It turned out to be no big deal, (my previous oil change guy forgot to put on the engine oil cap back on) he could have taken advantage of the situation, but he was fair and honest. He only charged me $ 10.00 wow !!!
I gave him more.
And Yes they have all kinds of goodies there. A very nice place for a auto shop, better than restaurants. If I lived in Vegas I would definitely become his permanent client.

Really nice staff and on top of it. Waiting area is super clean/​comfortable and there are free drinks etc. This place really gets it! Keep up the great work i’ll be back if I’m in town.

Unlimited complimentary drinks & snacks while you wait. Excellent customer service. Jessica is very professional and knowledgeable. Only waited 35 min. On a busy Saturday afternoon. I’m definitely coming back!

I brought in my Dodge Stratus because I had severe transmission issues. Hamid gave me a quote that sounded very reasonable for the work performed. Picked up my car this morning and I’m very happy with the result. A bit of a new car feeling again. He pointed out some other things that need attention but without being pushy. I’ll come back!

Efficient and friendly service. Called about 15 minutes before coming in to confirm pricing ($ 29.99 + tax for up to 5 quarts of synthetic blend) and check if they accept walk ins for an oil change.
Stopped in on a Saturday late afternoon, no wait at all. Quick & easy process to check in. All in all, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The bathroom was surprisingly clean for an auto shop – cleaner than many restaurant bathrooms I’ve been to! Also, they have free drinks and ice cream in the air conditioned waiting area. I would definitely come back here.

Great service, very clean, complementary drinks, Tv, and cold Ac! Went in for a Ac service, they found a ceased compressor, parts were delivered and installed in great time. The whole staff is very nice, they’ll recommend items that may need attention in the future, as well as a parts and price to install said fixes, no hidden fees. I am very happy with the work they did for me.

Visiting from out of town. Great prices. Friendly honest people. Oil change quote is what I paid. Other places like Jiffy lube cost $ 50 more. Drinks or ice cream while you wait!

I got a really long nail in my tire while driving to the fashion show mall. It was losing air so quick that I knew it had to be done right away. I looked on Unilocal and found this place. The complimentary drinks are a nice touch. They charged me $ 20 for a plug and I was on my way under 30 mins! Thanks! Great service!

Best mechanics in town I have brought multiple cars here. The mechanics are some of the friendliest I have have ever met. When I brought my car in they said it was going to be multiple hours and offered a ride if needed took the ride to the palms and watched a movie on the way back called them and they sent a car right away. The receptionist in very nice and has a great smile that made me feel like I took my car to the right spot. They will let you know if something needs to be done right away or can wait always felt safe in there estimates.

They are nice and the service seems good but the price is a rip off. They charged me $ 350 for back brakes and didn’t even do my front brakes! They told me it would be another $ 250 for the front brakes. I’m glad I got some of my brakes fixed but the front should be more important, and the receptionist first quoted me $ 250 then the owner called me and told me that it would be $ 350. I doubt I’ll go back to them, I felt ripped off and taken advantage of.
After seeing my review the owner offered to give me my money back if I took it down. 5 minutes later I told him that is fine then he went back on his word! This guy is shady and a liar! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I found this shop based on other reviews I’ve read online. In my experiences so far with the shop all have been honest and fair. Solid work and I’ve yet to have any issue (s). The inside waiting area is also really clean and there’s free drinks while you wait. Keep it up!

Been to a lot of mechanics around Vegas. Prior to finding Busy Buggy I’d been relying on the dealership. Busy Buggy is better! I dropped in on a weekend, yet the owner spoke with me almost immediately and looked into my car’s issues within the hour, in spite of being quite busy. I was content to wait in the comfortable lounge and enjoyed a cup of good coffee. When he came back with the diagnosis and quote for repairs I felt relieved, as I trusted his opinion and felt that the quote was affordable and fair. The owner, Hamid, spoke to me as though I might just know a little something about cars and engines (which I actually do,) and I appreciated that. I observed while waiting– he speaks to everyone that way. He will discuss your car’s situation in as much detail as you’d like in order to help you understand what it needs and why. He’ll answer any questions you have with patience and depth. The repairs were done by the next evening and done right, for an issue that had been plaguing my car for some time and no other mechanic had been able to diagnose or fix. As my car’s issue wasn’t a while-​you-​wait type of job, they kindly provided transportation for me to and from the shop at no additional charge. If you like having your car repaired by an honest master mechanic who treats you like a VIP (without the upscale prices,) this is the place for you.

I came in today to replace spark plugs and oil in my SUV.
I called about a week ago to get the quote and they remembered me when I came in today. I liked that.
I originally wanted to to bring my own sparkplugs but they were already going to put in that model sparkplugs at about the price I saw them on ebay, so I went with their parts.
I believe I had spoken with the owner as well as one of his employees. I thought the employee tried to upsell me on something I didn’t need, but the owner (?) explained what I really needed and what I didn’t, and recommended what I should do (water pump related work).
I checked the recommendations online and they seem reasonable, so I’ll take my SUV in for repairs shortly.
I think honesty is one of the biggest things in mechanics shops, especially since currently buyers are kind of at the mechanics’ mercy most of the time. So at least feeling like there’s someone in the shop who wants to do honest business is probably the best you can get short of having a personal mechanic.

If your looking for a great reliable place to get work done on your car then Busy Buggy. They have great service and affordable rates. Bought tires there and ever since it is the first place I take my car whenever I have issues or just need basic maintenance done.

Like the last poster, I use Unilocal on an almost weekly basis, and don’t think I’ve actually written a review until now.
I’ve only been living in the Las Vegas area for the last few months, and I feel so lucky to have discovered this gem.
My first visit a month or so ago was related to a simple oil change, and today I came in knowing that my brake service has been way overdue.
Not only are the services charged at extremely fair prices, the customer service honestly can’t be beat. Hamid is such a genuinely caring person who is always quick to alert you to any issues he notices with your vehicle (he’ll literally check everything for you for free, even if you’re only getting an oil change or other small service), and on top of that, he includes all of that information via notes typed onto your receipt, along with price quoting for future reference if you would like to utilize their services or compare prices with other businesses before getting those repairs done. He never once has tried to upsell anything to me.
He’s even made recommendations for cheap used tires right down the street after noticing that I’ll need a replacement soon. When servicing my brakes today, it turned out that my two back tires were getting extremely close to needing replacements, but instead of insisting I get them replaced immediately and shell out more money, he switched the back tires with my front tires when replacing them, so that in the event that I actually had a blow-​out before getting replacements, it’ll be a much safer experience to myself as the driver.
Everyone that I’ve encountered working here is so pleasant to speak to, and it’s obvious that customer service is their #1 focus. They literally go above-​and-​beyond and I honestly don’t want to give my business to anyone else!

Awesome place. They have several free drinks options, free cookies and free wifi. They’re waiting room is clean and staff is very friendly. Got an oil change and estimate on some other stuff. All in all very happy and I’ll be back.

This place is amazing! I was refereed here after an accident and Hamid was so helpful and courteous. They quoted me HALF the price of the previous body shop I went to and being that my car is done getting repaired, they did an incredible job.
The staff is all super friendly and inviting and they did a perfect job of making the lobby welcoming with coffee and cookies– definitely not something you see everyday!
They were timely and efficient and I couldn’t have asked for a better repair job or better customer service.

It’s not often that you find a mechanic /​auto repair shop that has integrity, communicates clearly, and charges fair prices; but Busy Buggy fits the bill. I had an «emergency» repair two Saturday’s ago where a pulley seized up on my car causing the AC belt to snap. Not only was Busy Buggy open; but they were able to squeeze me in and get the repair done without overcharging me (they could have easily padded the bill with an «AC service» or even told me that I needed a new AC Compressor). As such, I brought my car back for an oil change (service light was on) and to replace both the cabin and main air filters. Once again, quick and easy and priced right. Thanks Jessica and the Busy Buggy team!

Thank you for diagnosing and fixing the noise from my tire area. after three mechanics and 6 months of noise I was losing all hope. After a quick test drive and short diagnosis were able to find what was wrong and quickly fixed it. I don’t know much about cars and therefore reliant on trustworthy mechanics that hopefully won’t rip me off. I am so glad I found you.

I came in yesterday as my check engine light came on while I was driving to Las Vegas from LA. I also was due for an oil change. They changed my oil, diagnosed my check engine light and confirmed I was safe to drive back to LA on the check engine light all within an hour while providing me a comfortable place to sit and a complementary soda. I was so impressed I wanted to have them complete the repairs for my check engine light but I ended up needing to rush back to LA. If I ever find my self stranded in Vegas again I know who I will call. Now I have to find a shop near me that I hope is even half as reliable as Busy Buggy.

well another fab job!!! Went in because when I pressed on the brake my wheel started shaking. Took it in around noon. So I was quoted $ 199.99. Perfect. Told them to also put in my headlight because it is a pain in the butt to change. So the estimate write up was over $ 300. I’m all for paying for convenience but ummmmm an extra $ 100 to change my headlight is a bit much so I told the young lady never mind, I would just deal with the hassle myself.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 this time was because when I called to see if my car was ready, I told her that I had a coupon for $ 169.99. She said that is for the «good» brake job. We have good, better and best and we talked about that. I said no ma’am we definitely did not, otherwise I would’ve never brought it up. She said well we will work something out when you come in. So she offered me to check in on Unilocal for $ 10 off. That’s not $ 30 off but I guess something is better than nothing. Still a great job. Car is running great.

So this is my official first review on Unilocal,I use Unilocal all the time but never really felt like writing a review until now!
I have just finished working an 18 hour graveyard shift at the hospital, found this place because of the reviews from Unilocal,decided to give it a try because the maintenance required light has been on for a couple weeks.
I pull in and park at 10:17 walk in am not greeted but WELCOMED by a lovely lady with braids (I forgot to ask her name). Immediately i tell her that i think my car needs a tune up and oil change cause the light is on, she asks for the year make and model, i tell her a 2014 Toyota corolla LS, then i remember that i actually drive a Camry, but i go out to check and make sure. I tell her i drive a 2014 Camry ES… She pulls up and estimate of $ 70 i figure alright cool… She takes my key, i make a cup of coffee sit down like a few pics on Instagram, scroll down my Facebook newsfeed a few minutes and then look up as the mechanic walks in and speaks to the lovely lady. She then says its ready to go!
Turns out all i needed was an oil change! Also turns out i drive a 2012 Camry not a 2014! And for a full synthetic oil change the total came out to $ 50 and some change!
I started my car to leave at 10:47! IT WAS THAT QUICK! I live all the way in Anthem but i will be coming here for all my automotive needs! Fast and easy service! Unmatched customer service! And the best waiting lounge that i have ever been in!
Btw before i finished checking out the mechanic made it a point to come in and reassure me that the car is in tip top shape and that the oil change is all that was needed (i was able to catch his name from his mechanic uniform… It was Hamid THE OWNER!!!) i felt it was pretty cool that the owner was the guy that checked out and serviced my vehicle!
As long as i live in vegas i will be a BUSY BUGGY FAITHFUL! And i will always refer everyone i know to come here!

I was on a trip to Vegas and someone stole just ONE tire off my car while it was parked at my hotel parking structure. Plus, they let it drop, so my car was damaged. Busy Buggy came through with amazing service!
They ordered a new tire and wheel, installed them and fixed the damage with a five-​hour turnaround! I called them on Wednesday morning and I had my car back in time to go out for dinner. The other seven places I called all estimated it would take until close of business Thursday or Friday. Extending the trip was NOT in my budget.
They did a great job with the work and the cost seemed fair. They also suggested a few other things I needed done (most of which I already knew, from my hometown mechanic, so they were certainly trustworthy) but Busy Buggy was not at all pushy about asking me to get them done there – the woman at the front desk presented that work as a FYI and did not give me a hard sell or any pressure whatsoever.
They were super friendly and kept up great communication with me as I scheduled my day and called them for information for my police and insurance reports. The free ice cream was awesome. Overall, if I lived in Las Vegas, this would be my go-​to auto shop!
Also, if you stay at the Rio, always park valet.

I’ve come here twice for oil changes. Both times I did it on my lunch hour so there was no waiting and I was in and out pretty quick. Unfortunately, so quick that I didn’t even have time to raid their fridge!
The guys always perform a thorough inspection. They let me know what else needs to be worked on, but they’re not overly pushy. Yeah, I know I need to get that passenger side mirror replaced (but the orange duct tape matches my car so nicely, right?).
I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change and eventually brakes. Hmm, not looking forward to the brakes — I know my rotors are warped!

Went here based on the reviews — pulled into lot and didn’t see any signage on where to park or get in line for an oil change — guy with a clipboard looking around, no interest in acknowledging me so I went to him «where do I go for an oil change?» Anywhere I guess, everyone in here does oil changes. «Cool, where should I park or get in line?» Anywhere you can find a spot, we don’t do lines here or quick oil changes, this is a repair shop. «Oh, sorry, it said on Unilocal you do quick oil changes.» Well we do, we just have about 15 cars in here right now.
Look, I get it, you’re not jiffy lube. But customer service is important — 15 – 5 rule. Customer in your parking lot? Greet them and help them understand how your business works.
Didn’t feel like my business was wanted, so I’ll try elsewhere.

Needed an oil change & new brake pads. Went here because of the Unilocal reviews. I was told they’d be able to change my brakes if I brought in the parts & only pay for labor. After I purchased them I was told that I needed new rotors as well? I just got the oil change since I was there for the second time that day.
They were quick & had an assortment of beverages in the waiting area.

I think one of my worst trip scenarios is to have your car breakdown. We arrived in Vegas with smoke coming off the engine.
Luckily we found Busy Buggy on Unilocal.They were able to diagnose the problem quickly while we waited in their great customer area. The kids were entertained with comic books, cookies, & ice cream and I was happy to discover a garage with a spotless restroom.
Unfortunately we had the luck of needing parts that «aren’t supposed to fail». No worries. Busy Buggy gave us a ride back to our hotel, sparing us the taxi fare.
When we returned to pick up the car, I was also amazed with the reasonable bill.
All around great service. I only wish they were closer to where I live.

Best auto shop in town these guys have saved me and my family lots of money they are honest and very friendly won’t take my car anywhere else they also have a great waiting area with drinks, coffee, ice cream and cookies for customers
Free diagnostic they will tell you what’s wrong with your car (not all the extra problems they think Is wrong to get money out of you) if they do have suggestions they are not pushy to get you to do the repairs
great pricing compared to a lot of shops in town one shop said I needed a new radiator, hoses replaced, cooling fan, o2 sensor, iac valve total was over $ 1500 took it to busy buggy they checked out my car and all it needed was a new cooling fan, and top radiator hose replaced they also replaced some spark plugs in the end it only cosy me $ 170 big step down from $ 1500
Another vehicle another shop suggested the car needed a head repair $ 1300 took it to busy buggy and it was just a thermostat problem they did a tune up and some more work ended up being about $ 400

Came back to my car in my hotel parking garage to find a flat tire :(so I hopped on Unilocal and this was the first company to pop up. Why not give them a call? They have great reviews… They answered the phone right away and told me to head over and that they’ll be ready for me!
They fixed my tire in 20 min!!! And from what I saw their garage was full. I was in and out in no time. It was fantastic. The restrooms were SPOTLESS and almost seemed new lol and they had complimentary refreshments and drinks. Really??? It was so nice to be in a friendly and clean enviornment.
P. s. They have a Unilocal check in deal right now, $ 10 off service! (Excludes my tire issue though lol) «we don’t really make money off of little things like that so I cannot honor your Unilocal deal.» Hmmmmm whatever lol

This place is great! Clean and friendly staff. Its very affordable and they try to give you as much discounts with or without a coupon. Its a great experience to go get your car serviced without walking away feeling the mechanics are trying to pull one over on you. They also provide a free diagnosis on your car which I love.
Another plus is the complimentary drinks, cookies, and ice cream!
