As a realtor, it is important for me to recommend other professionals within the industry that will do a great job for my clients. Over the years I have worked with a few inspectors that just don’t quite measure up. Luckily, I had the privilege to work with Greg when my buyers hired him to do an inspection. By far the most professional and complete home inspection out there. The difference in side by side comparisons between our home inspection and the one that the buyers of our old home received is humorous. Greg is on top in the home inspection game. My wife and I used Buyers Choice for our home purchase in August 2015. Greg was thorough and provided a 50+ page report with color photos and detailed information about his findings. Greg inspected the home that we purchased in February 2015 and he was fantastic. When we arrived with our realtor, he had every light, faucet, appliance, etc. running to test every little module. The report he provided was extremely detailed and organized, with photos to match all the content. We had just recently moved to Las Vegas from the Northeast and Greg was also incredibly friendly in making recommendations for landscapers, handymen, HVAC, etc.
We had been told that due to the high rate of development in the Valley, many of the houses could suffer from less than stellar construction — but with Greg we felt extremely confident in the home we ultimately purchased.

Greg is a consummate professional and really knows his stuff. He provides a very detailed report and digs below the surface to find hidden structural damage that threaten the long term value of the house. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to inspect a prospective home as he is very thorough and actually cares about the customer. He also works 7days a week which makes his services more convenient.
