All of the service representatives were very professional and courteous from arrival to departure. Gage was extremely helpful and considerate. It is always a problem when you have a rattle or squeak, but he was very patient as I explained my concerns and ensured that the technicians repaired the problem.

Cadillac of Las Vegas is a world class dealership. I have purchased four new Escalades through the years including a 2015. I had some problems and Larry Hamilton the general manager along with his excellent team of Ron Kolek and Phil Baumann of sales, Tom Morse service manager, Doug Ellis and Gage Garrison service advisors took care of the problem. My husband and I stopped by to check out a new ATS-​V and Orrin Mullennax helped us. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the car. He took the time to show us all kinds of great features and checked his upcoming inventory for a vehicle that matched our needs. Unfortunately they did not have a car that matched what we wanted but the ATS-​V is pretty rare and the fact that they already had 3 on the lot was quite impressive. Even though we ended up purchasing a vehicle in CA, I still wanted to give a review of my experience here and hopefully someone else will find what they are looking for and give Orrin a call, he will take excellent care of you.

My husband and I were recently shopping around for a 2015 ATS. I would like to state for the record that this was going to be my personal car so I had primary say over what model, color, packages, etc. Plus I was the one who test drove the car. The two salesmen that we spoke with barely acknowledged me and only spoke directly to my husband. I even reached my hand out to grab one guys card as he was handing it over but he actually went out of his way to bypass my hand and give it to my husband who was busy talking to the other guy. News flash boys… this isn’t the 50s anymore, where women stay home and scrub toilets while the man handles everything. We ended up purchasing an ATS from findley Cadillac down in Henderson because I was so offended by this dealership.

If I could give you no stars I would since I don’t think you even deserve one. Me and my husband told you what we were looking for as well as what we wanted to spend at your dealership yesterday. Not only was your offer way over what we wanted to put down, the numbers just did not add up. I was amused that no one could give us a straight answer on how the numbers worked when we questioned this. If you want to get raked over the coals and have poor customer service look no further– this is the place.
On a side note– we did go to Findlay Cadillac and they did give us what we wanted, with exceptional customer service.

I brought my 2008 Cadillac SRX into Cadillac of Las Vegas on 8÷6÷15. That morning upon starting and driving the car I noted the following:
* Various messages on screen including:
Service Air Bags
Tire Pressure
Check Engine
* Transmission felt sluggish when going into gear
* Motor didn’t feel right
* Difficulty starting; not turning over on first try, cranking after releasing key
I was quoted $ 4500.00 worth of repairs and routine maintenance. I was advised that repairs may or may not be covered under extended warranty since my warranty ‘wasn’t good’. I also needed to wait for an inspector to come see the car and take pictures. I purchased the warranty at this location under the premise that it was a factory warranty with the same coverage as original warranty with a $ 100 deductible.
I tried unsuccessfully to speak with a manager of service, a warranty sales manager or a general manager. I couldn’t wrap my mind around why a dealership would sell me a warranty that they would not honor.
On 8÷7÷15 I went to the dealership to see exactly what repairs/​maintenance my car needed and the inspector was there as well.
I was shown an ‘oil leak’ evidenced by oil (blowback) on undercarriage. Please note that there was no oil on the floor of my garage at home.
Upon questioning the service advisor as to which gaskets needed replacing (IE: valve cover, head gasket) he could or would not give me a straight answer.
On 8÷10÷15 I was informed that repairs were approved by warranty. I declined maintenance as all routine maintenance is done elsewhere as it is less expensive.
I picked up my car on 8÷13÷15. Please note that the area to pick up your car is not very well lit, it was early evening & it was raining. Upon starting the Service Air Bag message appeared on the screen. I immediately went back to service advisor. He advised he would set up an appointment for me for the following week and would call with the date and time.
I then stopped at parts department to purchase a battery, fuel filter and air filter as I was advised they needed to be replaced.
I then proceeded to Jiffy Lube for fluid changes. Inside well lit garage I noticed a section of brand-​new fender had scratches.
Jiffy Lube began their inspection and noted the passenger side reverse light was out. Upon inspection I saw a 6 – 8 inch scratch on back of vehicle that began under the back light housing on driver’s side.
I opened the rear hatch to see how to replace bulb and noticed blood all around back hatch panel as well as gouge marks on panel.
Under the front hood I also noted an undisturbed layer of dust, dirt and grime with NO finger prints or disturbance of dust including around air filter housing, battery terminals, oil cap, radiator or coolant reservoir.
Correct me if I’m wrong but as far as I know the only way to check a battery is to hook it up at it’s terminals to a battery charger. Yet the caps had not been touched. Same for the air filter. The only way I know to determine if it needs replacing is to visually inspect it which involves opening the housing & removing the air filter. Incidentally my air filter was 6 months old.
On 8÷14÷15 I returned to the dealership. I asked service advisor if there was any reason at all for anyone to be in the back (hatch) of my vehicle when serviced. He stated ‘No’. I pointed out scratches on fender and he told me he would take care of them. I then showed him the scratch on the back as well as the blood. He spoke with mechanic and told me that they did not go back there. I asked him how the blood/​scratch/​gouges got there and his reply was, ‘How do I know the car didn’t come in like that?‘
I immediately left the service area & proceeded to the front of the dealership. I got a service manager to the front area of the dealership. I showed him my car and voiced my concerns. He graciously told me that he would detail my car when I returned it and see what he could do about scratch on back as well as the reverse light.
Although this may sound like I am accusing Cadillac of damaging my car I will only state that the scratches (especially under back light housing), gouges and blood are presumptive of someone intentionally causing the light to suddenly stop working.

This dealership is a rip off, they over charge, and they have arrogant employees. Customer service is terrible!!!

I came to this place looking for a used escalade. Had a trade in, 2013 Tahoe. They tried to rip me off on the trade in value of the vehicle and they were trying to put me in a bad loan instead of working out a deal on the price of the car. Dont believe their true price policy. They lower the price of a vehicle as time goes by. Furthermore, the escalade i was interested in was making a very disturbing noise as I adjusted the drivers seat. I asked them if they will fix it before I purchase and the answer was no. How a luxury vehicle dealership like Cadillac could put a vehicle with a possible 1k fix needed on the lot for sale is beyond me.
I just bought a Benz a few weeks ago and the difference in the way I was treated was like day and night. The Benz dealership wanted to make a deal work. This dealership wanted to make their own pocket fatter with no regard for my best interest
The only positive note I have for the company is that my personal sales person was great. He was trying hard for me. Doing everything he can. He was prompt, patient, and very friendly. He actually took a decent amount of frustration from me and kept is demeanor. Shoot, I think he was frustrated too lol
I personally wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company.

Took my car in for an oil change. Customer service was excellent and they have a nice waiting room with computers, free wifi, and a self serve coffee machine for your wait. I didn’t have an appointment but that didn’t seem to matter. They had me in and out in an hour.

I have an awesome service person at Cadillac Las Vegas. He goes above and beyond and is the most genuine kind person. This is my second Cadillac and will continue to go back as long as he is there. He is an awesome English man who is knowledgable friendly helpful and available any time. I apprecite his kindness and the way he makes me feel that I made the right choice going with Cadillac! One of the smoothest hassle free car purchases with a pleasant outcome. I worked with Bobby, who actually came to me with the vehicle as a convenience. He knew what I was looking for and offered for me to see multiple options. He sold me on a great car, and Manny in finance even continued to work with additional banks after I left to make sure I had the best rate. The manager was nice enough to come thank me during all this which made me feel more like a client than a customer

As a college student I spent my summers working as a press operator for GM. I’m truly loyal to GM cars. The experience from the receptionist to Bobby the salesman who sold me my beautiful car was great!!! The finance department was quick with minor wait times. My whole experience was great. Alex showed me how to work all of the digital QUE in the car. Gage told me to feel free to come back with any questions. I love my car and I couldn’t wait to show it off to the WORLD!!!

Never had the chance to visit this dealer as we did our entire car buying on line and over the phone.

Cadillac of Las Vegas is by far the best in service I’ve experienced. Doug Ellis is friendly, professional and efficient. I always feel well taken care of and appreciated. Ok, nothing’s perfect. There were small things like missing owners manual and a dropped CarFax report, but those are easily rectified… and what counts is the dealership has a culture of going the extra mile for the customer’s business. Cadillac Of Las Vegas goes the extra mile for the customer’s business.
This dealership is a «Sonic Automotive» business that values loyalty from customers and employees alike. It took me four years (FoUr YeArZ) to commit, and that whole time the same crew was with me. How many people do you know work at the same place for four years? These guys work for a dealership and are successful and that’s why the dealership keeps them. Grade A+ customer service.
I’ll be looking forward to many more check-​in experiences with this group of folks for many years to come.

I had the engine lite come on, so I called Cadillac of Las Vegas and spoke with Doug.
He pretty much figured it out on the phone. I got an appointment in two hours. then when I arrived he said it would be up to $ 116.00. I said fine and went to the customer lounge, here I found plenty cold bottled water, clean rest rooms and comfortable seating with a big screen TV. I requested the channel be changed,(after checking with the other guests in the lounge), and I was brought the channel changer. The car was fixed in one hour and when I went to pay they said we fixed it at no charge. I have only permanently relocated to Las Vegas area about one month ago. This is my first experience wit any car dealer here. I like it here, these people are much nicer than many other parts of the country.

Walked out of work and found I had a flat tire. Was able to put the spare on & immediately went to this dealership to have tire repaired.
They quoted me a price of $ 20+.
Actually charged me less than $ 18.

You would think after the 5^th Cadillac, the next time you want a new vehicle it would be extremely easy based on experience. All it takes is one person in the buying chain to ruin a business’s reputation with a now «former» customer. WARNING! Make sure the Finance guy spells everything out to you and research everything he says before you leave his office. He has only one goal and that is to make the dealership as much money as he can… he is not looking out for your best interest at all.
We requested to be financed through Ally as we have been with them for the past 13 years. We were told «no problem» through the overview and test driving of the vehicle. Even when we agreed to the back-​and-​forth terms. But once we entered the Finance guy’s office, it was a different story. He informed us that GM was «no longer associated with Ally» and have their own financial institution, called GM Finance. If you go online, you’ll see what types of reviews and who their typical customer is. Sadly, even with our credit scores in the upper 700’s, he steered us to GM Financial. I inquired if payments could be made online on their website as I’ve never heard of GM Financial. The Finance guy said yes, «absolutely.» The deal was consummated.
Weeks later, we received our first payment statement from GM Financial and we went online to make the first payment. To our horror, GM Financial only accepts checks mailed into their office. If you want to make a payment online, you would have to use a 3^rd party company, (Western Union) to make a payment plus pay an additional $ 10.49 process fee. What type of alleged reputable financial institution uses a 3^rd party to accept payments? This archaic type of payment acceptance was just not acceptable as we understood from the Finance guy at Cadillac of Las Vegas.
When we contacted the dealership and told them this was not shared with us, we got the run around for a few days. After repeat attempts to find a way to solve this, the Finance guy stated he would be happy to cancel the lease agreement with GM Financial and use Ally instead… however it would cost us more to use Ally than GM. First, what happened to the earlier statement when we asked to use Ally in the first place and he said they were no longer doing business with them? Secondly, it shouldn’t have cost us more as a customer… it would actually reduce the profit the dealership would have received as the kick back they receive is greater for pushing GM Financial.
So a few things to recap here. There is no longer any trust with this dealership when you have a Finance Director lie to your face when you are agreeing to leasing a vehicle. Then lie a second time saying he can use your original choice for a financial institution after all… The General Manager was copied on all email correspondence when this issue arose, and yet he did not even take the time to respond or find a way to make the buying experience better for the customer. It was if he didn’t care at all.
Again, it is sad to have many great years with a customer lost in just a blink because of the actions of a single employee. Needless to say I am happy for competition as there is another Cadillac dealer in the Las Vegas valley that will now get my future business and those within my expansive network, because I cannot give my money to a company I can no longer trust and is only looking out for their own best interest.

Below my initial review, is a comment from Jim O. of Cadillac Las Vegas who simply did a «cut and paste» job from an email received from the Finance Director, Ryan. You’d think a company response online would be more factual and carefully researched, however they chose the easy way out.
It’s unfortunate they still insist one can make a lease payment online to GM Financial without using Western Union and being charged an additional fee. But if the employees of Cadillac of Las Vegas would just call the finance company themselves and ask them if this is possible, they will get the same response we did; «Lease customers of GM Finance are not able to use the online payment section of our website to make payments or to check the status of their accounts.»
So sad Cadillac of Las Vegas operates this way and has no concern for the customer other than to push «Don’t forget to give us ‘Completely Satisfied’ on everything when GM sends you a survey to fill out…»
