We will discuss your lifestyle and needs during the appointment. Your Design Consultant will help you assess what’s important to you and how to create the best use of your space. We’ll use a number of tools so you can visualize various options and will also take accurate measurements– which is key to a functional, design solution. We then work with your budget to create a unique storage system for you. The cost of your project depends on the materials you select and the components included in the design. Once you approve your design, we’ll tell you how to prepare for your installation and what to expect. Installation will occur with minimal disruption to your home and your life.

History

Established in 1978.

California Closets was started by an 18 year old student in Southern California. By 1984 he was selling franchises instead of closets.

Megan and Larry Huegel have owned the Las Vegas franchise since 2001. Megan worked for California Closets’ headquarters for 10 years before deciding to operate her own closet business. Larry has been in custom woodworking his entire life.

The franchise has won several awards including the coveted Credo Award, recognition of the franchise’s commitment to the Credo and the implementation of its principles in the business. The Credo is the set of beliefs to which the company holds true in dealing with its customers, co-​workers and vendors.

In 2006 California Closets moved to Dean Martin and Warm Springs where it has a fantastic showroom along side its offices and manufacturing facility.

This husband and wife team live and breathe in the California Closets Credo — a set of beliefs that guide the company.

Larry has been in custom woodworking his entire career right here in Las Vegas. His extensive knowledge enables the company to go way beyond the closet! Using uniques materials and a wide array of mouldings, California Closets designs everything from wine bars to libraries, home offices to entertainment centers.

Megan spent 10 years as an executive with California Closets corporate headquarters before taking on the responsibility of business ownership. Her sense of «relationship first» in customer interaction leads to serving the customer, not selling.

Come meet them for yourself. You will usually find them at the showroom at 7350 Dean Martin at Warm Springs where the offices and production facility are also located.
