I was originally supposed to have Adrianna but due to illness I was put with Yang. I think it would have been appropriate if they had called me to make sure I was ok with this or if I wanted to reschedule so I didn’t show up and be completely surprised.
With that said I was really happy with my experience. I came here one other time back in late Sept/​early Oct when they were still very new didn’t have many clients or employees. Today they had quite a few customers! I thought Yang was very friendly and pleasing. She was running a few min behind but when I arrived she stopped what she was doing rushed over to let me know she was running late and to see if I want something to drink. She very much wanted to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Wasn’t sure at first if she knew what I wanted but she nailed it. I’m very happy with my cut and color! And the prices here are very reasonable. I don’t get my hair done but maybe twice a year but I used to pay over $ 200 for color and highlights here it was $ 110. I had a Facebook deal soon got my cut ($ 30) for free! Will definitely go again, whenever it is I get my hair cut again :). Even if it’s far away (20+ miles) I’m willing to make the drive. Totally worth it!

I was refered to this place by my friend Chalice who got her hair done from here and not only are they reasonable priced, the staff is amazing and are really good artists when it comes to hair. I had Nicole and she fixed my previous cut, and did a balayage style! She made it come out really good! I fell in love with it and now I have my go to place! Going back forsure!

I was looking for a new place to start getting my hair done and found this salon on Groupon. Yang did my hair and she was very quick, which is nice. Unfortunately though, it was at the cost of quality. The partial highlights were done unevenly and didn’t match my previous highlight pattern. There were large gaps and she missed my part of my roots. I added pictures to be more clear. It was even the first thing my mom noticed when I got home and later my best friend noticed when she saw me.
I called a couple days after I realized I couldn’t stay with how it was and they graciously offered to redo my hair.
One other thing that bothered me was Yang tried to up charge at anything she could. After she washed out my hair, Yang wanted to just leave my hair wet and naturally curly– which just ends up being a frizzy mess. I asked for her to at least blow dry it so she did and wanted to charge me $ 10 for blow drying my hair, but thankfully Ahren was there to tell her that’s not something to charge for, and that its included. Yang also didn’t inform me that toner is an additional $ 20 charge, which is something you should tell the customer before.
UPDATE: Nicole redid my hair and didn’t honor my request. She redid all of my hair to her own liking. It’s all way darker and brown. She told me it would lighten up, but it’s still brown :(I only wanted a couple more highlights to match what Yang attempted to do. The only positive thing is that the highlight pattern is more even, but it’s not at all what I wanted. The bottom half of my hair was beautiful before. Now she just made it all dark brown :(while blow drying my hair she burnt me three or four times.
Second update: the color has gotten a little lighter to a color closer to the one I wanted.

First time at the salon. but with very positive impression.. i enjoyed the atmosphere very clean and fresh place… Adrianna did a balayage for me and haircut… im very thankful like it a lot! Prices ar amazing… definitely will came back for refreshing my look!!! Thank you Capelli Milano. great job!!!

First time coming here and I felt absolutely welcome. Adrianna did an amazing balayage & red color on me for such a good price & I’m absolutely in love with it. Definitely recommend this place, the stylists/​colorists are super friendly and super professional! They do everything A to Z, cut to color and you’ll feel super pampered :)

5 stars for Yang. She was fast, friendly, and it was inexpensive. BUT it did seem a little gimmicky/​coincidental that the guy at the front (also very friendly) charged me $ 30 for extra color which basically cancelled out the 25% off for checking in. I came in last minute for a cut and partial highlight, and I’m thankful they got me in and it turned out good, but I just wasn’t expecting the toner charge. Maybe I missed Yang mentioning that I needed it, but I thought it’s included at some salons.

I mean if you like the brassy look… Sure! Come on by. This review has been long over due!
I can’t remember the exact date of when I came in… But all I remember is the woman (I believe her name is Leah) who butchered my hair was late. I was already sat down into the chair before she came in. She saw me and looked super annoyed & asked who sat me there. Yes, I get that people are late. It happens. But you need to be a professional, NOT rude.
Convo was good. She was friendly… After awhile. BUT she was talking amongst her co-​workers… Her co-​worker asked why she wasn’t teasing my hair while applying the color… She said she’s ‘too lazy’ to do that. & yes, I do understand the concept of «hair painting». So I figured that’s what she was going to do. I was only there for about an hour… She washed and dried my hair. Omg… I wanted to cry on the outside. I’m not rude, so I kept to myself. I paid, tipped, and left. Omg my hair was horrible. BRASSY! Orange. Just all bad.
I went to a different salon that weekend, paid a lot more. But SO overjoyed I did. Don’t be fooled by the low prices. Invest in your hair. You’ll thank yourself later. (If you happen to find a hair salon that’s cheap and does a good job. Round of applause for you!) I am currently happy with my hair now… Because this place butchered my hair so bad I was desperate & I was willing to pay and go to actual professionals.
Moving forward, the experience I had with this salon and the quality of the work… I definitely would NOT come back & I’ve already told my friends who saw their FB deal to just avoid this place.

After my last review was posted, Carletta reached out to me the same day and personally invited me in for another appt. She stressed how important customer satisfaction was to her and offered to redo my hair for free. After another 2 hours in the chair I’m happy to say I’m much happier with my hairstyle now! She explained that she used a demi-​color instead of a semi-​color on my hair this time, since my hair had already been previously processed. The demi-​color acts as a polymer and coats the hair and lasts longer **hopefully** up to 3 months. The color is still a lot darker than I had originally asked for but she also explained that with each wash the color should fade a little and this time it will work in my favor. I’ve washed my hair 3 or 4 times since then and I do notice that some of the color comes off on my towels still, not sure if that’s normal. But I’ve gotten lots of compliments on the darker color and she redid my cut as well, which has gotten even more compliments! So thanks to Carletta for saving my hair. If you are thinking about coming to this salon I would recommend her.

Arend did an Awesome job on cutting and Coloring my hair. This was my first time and I am definitely going back.

Arend was my stylist. Very nice experience! Modern beautiful salon. And the staff is very warm and friendly. I had my hair colored today and it looks fantastic! I would recommend this place 100%.

Arend is the master hairstylist!!! I can’t thank him enough for redeeming my hair after a horrible experience with a different salon. Everyone here is extremely professional, caring, and talented at what they do. I will never go anywhere else as long as Arend is here. Thank you again for everything you do!

In love with my hair! AREND aka KI is absolutely amazing! His work is phenomenal! I was nervous to get my very first keratin treatment, but I knew I was in good hands. He made me feel super comfortable not only for his knowledge since he knew what he was talking about, but also for his friendly, funny, and sweet personality! He didn’t make me feel like just another client, he made me feel welcome and that he truly cared about his work and me as a person not just a customer. Highly recommend this salon! Thank you Arend!

Nicole did my ombré. She took her time. And spent a lot on making sure it was conditioned so that the color didn’t over damage.

Found a Groupon online and went to try it out for cut and color a few weeks ago. I was with Leah and she was AMAZING! A few days earlier I went to another place to have my hair cut and the lady messed it up. Leah asked me lots of questions about what shade I wanted my hair and she got it perfect and she completely fixed the messed up choppy layers that the other place left me with. She even suggested framing my face for a more flattering look. And in the end she didn’t bombard me with a million products to recommend because she listed to how low maintenance I was with my own hair routine.
The salon was really cute and clean. I highly recommend this place to get your hair done at, and also Leah as a stylist because she was amazing! I will be back!
