Capital Voc Consulting has been offering return to work assistance and Career Guidance in Las Vegas since 2006. With over 15 years of experience in Vocational Rehabilitation and career guidance, our Vocational Consultants and Career Coaches are trained in Disability Management, Return-​to-​Work assistance for individuals with disabilities, Career Transition for Job Changers (including Military) and Career Guidance. We focus in servicing individuals recovering from Injuries/​illness that are unable to return to their previous occupation, people changing their work direction due to Life events (like relocation, or prolonged absences from the job pool) and foreign professionals that need to understand their transferability into United States work environment. Capital Voc Consulting services include Skills Analysis, Vocational Testing, Development and Implementation of Return to Work Plans and Re-​training programs, Career Coaching, Job Development and Job Readiness (resume writing, job interview preparation, job seeking assistance). If you have sustained an injury and find yourself unable to return to your prior work, or you had been away from work for an extended period of time and need guidance returning to gainful employment, or you completed your education outside the country and need to understand how your education relates to the employment standards in United States, our consultants are ready to help.

History

Established in 2006.

Capital Voc Consulting was born within the Industrial Insurance field, offering Vocational Rehabilitation and Return-​To-​Work assistance to injured employees and their employers. Over time the company expanded its services to long-​term unemployed individuals as well as clients with disabilities referred by government agencies. Today, Capital Voc Consulting offers Return-​To-​Work Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Assistance, Career Guidance and Job Coaching to clients undergoing medical or personal life changes ranging from physical limitations after an injury or illness to returning to employment after a prolonged absence from the work force. With over 30 years of collective experience in Rehabilitation Services and Human Resource Management, our staff is geared to provide individualized return to work plans as well as targeted guidance and advice to maximize its clients’ success.

Business Owner

Over 20 years of experience in the Rehabilitation field. Graduated with a Degree in Physical Therapy, and with specializations on Disability Management, Career Coaching, Job Development and Job Transitions; worked in the clinical side of Physical Rehabilitation prior to working on Vocational Services (Career guidance and Return to Work) for disabled clients. Passionate about assisting clients with their return-​to-​work needs regardless of source for their employment barriers. Believes that everyone is unique and therefore, all clients need a different/​individualized service.
