EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! REASONABLE PRICING AND EXPEDITIOUS EXECUTION!
Unfortunately, I had recently been involved in a front-​end collision, basically wrecking my car to the point where it was no longer mobile. That is not a great spot to be in, especially when you’re already somewhat struggling financially. Thankfully, I was referred through a friend to Carlos Paint and Body Shop.
The owner was extremely friendly and understanding of my situation. Carlos shopped around for the multiple parts that were needed for my vehicle, and even showed me the comparison of prices that he had found, providing me with the best materials at a reasonable price. He had displayed some of his previous work to me that were in the process of completion, so I could get an idea of their professionalism. He was able to work with me in a timely fashion and got me back on the road within a week! The aesthetic features and functionality of my car after it was finished was what worried me the most.
When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was plesantly surprised to see that it looked brand new and funtioned good as new too. He thoroughly walked me through each step of the process they took to repair my vehicle. I was overcome with gratitude and relief. I highly recommend his shop to all my family and friends. The quality and service they provide is unmatched!
The only criticism I’d offer is that the shop looks a bit run-​down and due for renovations to create a more appealing curb-​side appeal. But do not let the look of the shop fool you, the employees and owner are gifted at their profession and you will not be disappointed.
