The picture was not adjusted correctly & as a result it came out looking terrible. The employee argued that if we place the crystal somewhere high up, it will look better. Once he figured that was not convincing, he took a jab at our low budget ($ 97.29 really? Low?) saying that this is the best you get for what we paid WOW!!!
