Business Owner

Founder Courtney C. Smith started CCS Designer Events back in 2009 in the height of the economic downturn here in Las Vegas. Courtney knew the only way to gain success in her company was to rely on God and run her company in a way that exemplifies the characteristics of a Christian business. In 2007 Courtney decided to take a huge step in faith as she moved to Las Vegas to attend event planning classes at The International School of Hospitality. After graduating from TISOH with a degree in Wedding Coordinating & Design, she went on to gain a more hands on experience with her former employer where she specialized in weddings and social events. After a year, God decided that it was time for a change. That change was to start an event design company that was unlike any other. Courtney’s Christian faith, attention to detail, and unique eye for design is what has set her company CCS Designer Events apart from the rest.

Courtney Smith Broadhead/​CCS Designer Events was truly a dream weaver for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding! We will forever be grateful for her creativity, attention to detail and caring, professional manner throughout the planning process. Additionally, just knowing that Courtney was there to seamlessly direct the events of the day allowed my husband and me to bask in the joys of our daughter’s wedding.
Courtney was fully prepared for wedding day mishaps, including needle, thread and sewing skills to repair the maid of honor’s dress!
Courtney’s referrals for floral, DJ and lighting, linens and tableware, vintage furniture rental, and limousine and vintage car transportation were top notch too!
We highly recommend Courtney and her team for any and all special event planning and execution!
