Until now I’ve never broken any of my phones. In the past 2 months I’ve shattered my screen 3 times by dropping it, sitting on it, or by other means. Vinny has never let me down. He does great work. It’s like getting a new phone every time I visit. I joked with him about starting a stamp card at the rate I go through screens. I always leave hoping to not have to return. But if I ever do, I know Vinny’s got me covered.

Vinny is my hero! I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S5 and my phone wouldn’t turn on. I had a deadline for work and there were important notes stored in my phone. I requested for a quote via Unilocal and Vinny responded promptly that he had to parts in stock and provided a price quote and estimated time for it to be fixed. The price was reasonable and Vinny was so friendly and professional. He also offered a tempered glass screen protector for $ 15. My phone was quickly fixed within 3 hours and I was able to meet my deadline. Thanks Vinny!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! Vinny is terrific and always takes care of my friends and I. Super professional, super knowledgeable, very friendly! I took my Galaxy 4 to Cell Circle after reading their reviews on Unilocal.Vinny was very honest when he said that I was better off getting a new phone. He answered all of my questions regarding buying a used phone on the open market. Someday I am sure that I will need a new screen or other repair. You can bet that I will put my trust in Vinny to get the job done.

Cracked the back camera on my iPhone 6s Vinny the technician took less then fifteen minutes to repair it and it was way lees expensive than other repair stores.

I dropped my Galaxy 4 and the screen LCD was completely shattered. I was phoneless for 2 days until I remembered that Vinnys shop is right down the street from my work. Dropped off my phone and picked it up good as new after 2 hours.

Vinny is not only a very nice guy, he does beautiful work. I called four places in town, they all wanted nearly $ 200 to fix my smashed iPhone 6+ screen. I went to the AT&T store for a recommendation, and they said, «Vinny». Now I know why. I had a flight out of town at 6am the next day, no time to mess around. Vinny did it fast, and I highly recommend him!

Vinny is awesome! Super knowledgeable and accommodating. Took a while to do the repair, but my phone looks great now, and I have confidence that the job was done well and I have nothing to worry about as far as structural integrity. Originally, I had another place in mind but I am glad that I came here. Since this is my first time going to get a phone fixed, I thought I could find a good place by looking here on Unilocal.He had my phone fixed in 3 hours (actually a little under 3) just as promised and it came out looking better than I expected. He was very nice, professional and I felt very comfortable with the whole experience. Definitely will recommend to friends and go back again when I break my next phone! haha. Thank you Cell Circle.

Went in to Cell Circle to fix my iphone screen. I was looking around at places that had people reviews because there are lots of places for cell repair here in the valley. Everything was great until the LCD he replaced cracked. Even with absolutely no physical damage to my phone he refused to replace it. He came highly recommended from the company I work for and I’m currently drafting up an email to them to let them know what I experienced.

Update to respond to Vinny
The phone brought to you was a Galaxy S5 not an S4 as you stated below. There where no scratches on the screen either, what you saw could’ve easily been made from pulling the phone out of my purse or cleaning the screen with my shirt. If there was a way to upload pictures on here, trust me I would. Yes it is unfortunate, unfortunate for me because the labor/​materials that you provided were only good for 3 weeks. My problem Mr. Wu is your way of handling the situation. You didn’t take the time to take the phone apart and AT LEAST make it seem like you where concerned. Instead of you doing your due diligence to make the customer happy, you immediately blamed me. Could there be a possibility that the LCD you installed could have malfunctioned? and the purple spots that later turned in to bleeding couldn’t have possibly been a defect in the product? If I understand your statement below correctly is that every single LCD is in perfect condition and there absolutely no way that it could start to speckle? This is my issue, your last comment to me was, «Well what do you want me to do?» Mr. Wu do you feel a man that runs such business and especially one that came highly recommended should respond to a customer in such manner. Do you think that myself as a paying customer deserved to be treated that way? For $ 20 more I could’ve went to Asurion and replaced the phone, I didn’t do that because I trusted your work Mr. Wu. Now I am out $ 183.77 and have to pay $ 200 to Asurion. So please save your drafted message to someone that believes you, I on the other hand do not believe for one second that you have any sort of compassion for my situation.

I broke my LCD screen on my Samsung Galaxy. After calling my insurance to see what I’d have to pay, I debated with myself on if I really wanted to go that route-​a new phone and the hassle of downloading all my apps again. I decided that I really didn’t want to do that so I decided I wanted to just fix it. I remembered my friend had mentioned getting his phone fixed at Cell Circle.
Here’s the thing– I don’t live in Vegas. I live in Seattle. I called and spoke to Vinny to see if he could fix it, if I mailed my phone to him. He said that it wouldn’t be a problem and told me how I should ship it. He stated that he would fix it the same day he received it in the mail, and then mail it out the same day. That is exactly what happened. I mailed it out over the long holiday weekend, he fixed it the same day and I got it 2 days later. It was quick and easy. He was cheaper than going through my insurance and paying the deductible.
If you ever need your device fixed, go to Cell Circle. You won’t be disappointed! I mean, I don’t even live there and I was able to get my phone fixed! And I almost feel like it looks better than before I broke it! Anyway, I am very satisfied with the customer service and the repair time. Thanks Vinny!

For me, like most, my story with Vinny started with a cracked screen… I dropped my Sony Xperia Z3v from a moderate height, which resulted in one painful-​looking, uniform line across the glass. Thinking it was merely cosmetic, I turned it back on, to find out the monitor was not responding to any inputs and going haywire on my lock screen!
Almost immediately after Verizon denied my request for a replacement, I started calling repair places all over the Valley to see if anyone could do something about it. A few disappointing «no“s later, I stumbled on the Unilocal page for Cell Circle, and gave them a call. (Un)surprisingly, I got a «yes».
When I got around to stopping by, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service; it was akin to being helped out by an old friend. However, after explaining the extent of the damage and as we were closing up our dialogue, Vinny mistakenly put in an order for a Z3 screen, a complication that resulted in a substantial delay of the part arriving at his business.
For a repair that would set me back almost $ 200, this was understandably a bit of an annoyance. However, considering the rarity of my device, I was fortunate to even have a repair place in Vegas that could do the job. This inconvenience was sorted very promptly, however, and as soon as the right part came in, the repair itself was incredibly quick. I picked up my phone on the day it was finished, and it looked and acted as if it came straight out of the factory, bona-​fide ¹⁰⁄₁₀ condition.
With the rare nature of my device, I didn’t have a hard time believing that those with more common phones would have a much easier, cheaper and more prompt repair process. I might’ve had issues along the line, but that does not detract from the fact that this place gave me a quality fix when plenty others couldn’t.
Writing from the very phone Vinny fixed, I highly, HIGHLY recommend this place for repairs of any phone– common and otherwise.

I had a great experience with this company! My son’s phone fell out of his pocket and he ended up with water at the charging port. The repair was fast, effective and inexpensive. There were posters on the walls of his office, detailing the different types of service mishaps, as well as the repairs. He didn’t use complicated terminology or him and haw about what could and couldn’t be done. He’s a class act and the epitome of a professional serviceman. Like most anyone whose ever owned a smartphone, I completely shattered my Galaxy Note II recently. Not just a screen crack, it actually looked like someone had fired bullets into the front of the glass lol. Anyway, I have had the pleasure of knowing Vinny a few months prior being a business owner myself and I just immediately liked him after speaking with him for the first time. I knew if I ever had a broken screen on anything he would be my go to guy to correct the issue.
Here’s something a lot of people here do not know and have not mentioned, Vinny is a Level 3 Master Cellular technician. That is the highest possible level one can currently attain in the fine art of cellular repair. It essentially means that he can fix just about anything below the screen of your beloved devices. It doesn’t stop there however, due to his mastery in this art he has also sought out only the most premium of parts to use in the replacement process. This of course includes the best glass and best adhesives available to make sure your device stays beautiful for as long as you own it (and of course take care of it).
I live about 35 minutes or more away from Vinny’s shop so there was probably quite a few other places I could have gone to before reaching his but you know what? I don’t know them and I don’t trust them and I’ve heard too many horror stories from people who’ve been to them. So this is essentially directed towards new potential customers for Cell Circle. I’ve been in the technical field for over 15 years, and have held the title of engineer on more than one occasion. I have seen my fair share of horrible repairs done on technology as well as absolutely stellar repair work. Vinny performs in the stellar aspect of things. Honestly I think my phone looks better than it did when I bought it originally, not even kidding.
If you value the device you’re currently using and want to get that broken screen repaired, or perhaps it doesn’t charge anymore, or maybe it no longer powers on, or even still the buttons completely stop working… GO SEE VINNY AT CELL CIRCLE!!! There’s a level of dedication and commitment to quality existent here that we should be thankful to have in a city full of charlatans. Thanks again Vin!!!

Let me simply put this: This is the best cell phone repair in Las Vegas. Period.
I have owned 5 touch phones in my lifetime since 2007. I have never worn a case on ANY of them but unfortunately while I was in LA for vacation I dropped my phone twice in a span of 8 seconds and completely destroyed the outer shell and the glass which on the Nexus 5 (my phone) also means you have to replace the LED screen as well. Because of this I was opting to get a new phone. But Vinny assured me it would be cheaper to have the parts damaged replaced. And he was right.
I’ve done a few phone repairs before and am extremely tech fluent but I wasn’t comfortable with doing this kind of repair, I commissioned the work and Vinny let me know when the parts came in and when I could come by to get it replaced. From what Vinny told me he carries a lot of parts in stock, but my phone is not as common and it had to be special ordered.
It took about 3 hours to have these major components replaced which is more than reasonable for the level of quality Vinny does his repairs, he truly means it when he says «it’ll be like it never even happened» Not a single pry-​mark or defect of any kind in his work. Truly outstanding. I also bought his tempered glass for the Nexus 5 in case I’m ever retarded again with my phone.
Like I said, Cell Circle and Vinny are truly the best. Period. The quality, price and time management is unreal.

This place is great! Vinny took care of my iPhone after I dropped it and shattered the screen. It was cheaper than filing an insurance claim through my phone company. This place is fantastic! My iphone got wet and got short circuited. I thought all was lost. But to my surprise my phone was fixed the next day! I’m super grateful Thank you Vinny for fixing my hopeless phone! I highly recommend this place. If quality and affordable is what your looking for then this is the right place for you. This place is awesome! My screen and lcd on my s4 broke when I dropped my phone had my phone within an hour of taking it there. Vinny was really friendly and helpful would definitely be back if I need to.

My iPhone 5 lock button was pushed in (thanks to my toddler) and I called around town. Cell Circle is close to my office and had the best prices in town. Vinny, the gentleman who helped me was very kind and very professional.
The business establishment is clean and neatly organized. Pricing on cell phone accessories are listed so there is no guessing game.
I highly recommend this for all your cell repair needs. The repair prices are affordable and not gougers like other business I’ve been to.
The store is easy to get to. The parking lot is well lit, clean, safe and parking is available in front of the store.

My boyfriend cracked his Iphone5 screen and the insurance that he had on it through Apple did not cover the repair. We shopped around for Iphone fixer shops and called Vinney from Cell Circle. Cell Circle charges $ 95, Apple charges $ 150 and other businesses charge $ 80. But all of Cell Circles Unilocal reviews were 5 stars and said the best things about the work Vinney does. Within 3 hours of dropping the phone off it was ready for pickup.
Vinney explained to us that he uses the best glass and the best parts for phones, unlike other shops who buy the cheaper parts that keep breaking and breaking and making customers spend more and more money. Vinney was very honest with us, explained everything that he was going to do. When we returned to the shop to pick up the phone, Vinney told us about some products that would help protect our phones from any damage. He showed us his personal phone which had these products on and we were very impressed. We went in to get my boyfriends phone fixed and I ended up buying the protecting glass for my phone so we can avoid any damage because I am a little clumsy.
We are very happy with the services from Cell Circle. Couldn’t ask for a more honest sales man and he even gave us a discount for buying multiple products!

Cell Circle is located on VAlley View off of Post. It is a little tricky to find but well worth it. Nice clean store, chairs to hangout in while you wait.

My experience was limited, but I thought I would comment on the service I received via telephone. I stopped by on Labor Day weekend and realized they were closed. I had called while I was there and then saw a sign on the door that said they were closed for the holiday. I got a phone call the next morning from a representative saying he missed our call and wanted to know if I needed anything. I explained I was trying to fix my «home» button on my iPhone and that it was acting up every so often. He gave me a price of $ 40.00 to fix it. I never made it in there, because the home button is working for now, but wouldn’t hesitate to come to them again if my phone goes funky again. I appreciate the act they cared about my missed call to call the next day to earn my business. That speaks volumes for business these days!!! Bravo!

So I had the samsung mega and the lcd went out after I dropped it numerous amount of times. Took it there and in a few days he phone was ready. My phone looks brand new and I love the customer service and promptness of getting my phone done. Great job done!!!
