Love Dr Wang and his staff… been a patient of his for 5 or 6 years. Would recommend Centennial Hills Family Eye Care to all my personal Friends and Family!!!

Went there to get replacement frames. After the process of sitting down at a desk to order the same frame I had bought from them originally I was told they’d be in in 7 – 10 days. Yesterday was the tenth day and frames are still not in.
In this age of ordering online and getting your order in two days why is getting in stock frames take this long? Places like this wonder why they lose business to online businesses.

I went in on a Friday afternoon. I was greeted and helped right away. I was in and out with my glasses paid and ordered with in 30 minutes total for me and my young son. The women in there were helpful and friendly.

Had an annual eye exam here. I forgot my wallet and the office staff let me keep my appointment and just had me call in with my card number when I got home. Care was great, timely, and thorough.

He actually cares about my eyes. Seriously. He even asked me about school and gave me awesome pointers. I have seen Dr. wang for two years and I don’t plan on going anywhere else.

Sol was awesome!!! She patiently helped our family pick out the perfect glasses for my husband and daughter. Thanks so much for everything!

I used to come here all the time for contacts/​glasses all throughout high school and the beginning of college. Dr. Wang is excellent! His staff is also so sweet and very helpful. Unfortunately they don’t take my new insurance so I have to find a new place :(

Dr. Wang is awesome! But his staff is horrendous, rude, bitchy. I was filling out paperwork for the office in regards to insurance and medical history. A staff member comes up to me while I’m writing and stated that she’d like to take my son back. I told her that I didn’t complete the packet and would like to go with my son. She rolled her eyes at me and argued that it would only take a minute. I told her again that I would like to go with my son. Finally, when we were ready to go back she was completely rude and unprofessional. You should always respect a mother’s decision in regards to her child. I was upset by this treatment and told my son maybe we should go somewhere else. She asked me if I had an issue and I told her I did and the reasons why. From there on out the appointment went down hill. The receptionist was rude and short when she spoke to me. The only one who was friendly was the male tech. I will take my business elsewhere.

I found this place on Unilocal and the reviews weren’t wrong. My Mom is actually who went here and she said she never felt so cared for and the staff was extraordinary nice and helpful. The doctor also helped her select her glasses for what she needed them for. We will be back.

We have been going to Centennial Hills Family Eyecare for several years and we highly recommend them.
Dr. Lawerence Wang and his staff are professional, caring and friendly. Dr. Wang takes his time during your exam ensuring that all of your questions and concerns are answered.
Plus a bonus is that we were able to get our new glasses the same day!

First let me start by saying that Dr. Wang is now taking care of myself, my husband, 2 of our sons as well as my mom, so we have a lot of experience with this office. Dr. Wang has taken extra time ALWAYS when needed and has made each one of us feel like we have all the time we need with him, we never feel rushed. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful every time we go in, which is a lot because there are a bunch of us.
Today I had a disaster, I BROKE MY GLASSES!!! Oh no right!!! Let me say Nick and Jon took such good care of me that I was in new frames with lenses in less than 30 minutes… except for it took me longer than that to pick out my new frames LOL! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU guys so very much for once again treating me so well and putting up with my indecisiveness! HAHA! Love my new frames and YOU GUYS ROCK!!! I would refer this office to anyone who needs an eye doctor!!!

My best friend went to this place and had a horrible experience, don’t waste your time here. Ordered glasses waited 3 weeks before calling, was told they would be in soon but they would call him back. After waiting all day for a call back, he decided to call again… was told they would look into the delay. Ten minutes until closing, received a message to tell him that his glasses had just arrived in their late shipment but were somehow damaged. So now he has the option to wait, yet again, or have a lesser quality lens cut. No thanks! Don’t waste your time or money with this place. They rope you in with high quality products, but they don’t deliver high quality service.

I hate going to the eye doctors so I am always dragging my feet to go. New to Las Vegas and wanted a doctor close to home. Read all the great reviews on Unilocal,got brave and went in today for an appointment. Both my husband and I were impressed with the friendly and casual atmosphere but the professionalism of the whole staff. Dr. Wang was awesome! He was caring and personable. Not only did he do an eye exam but he also gave me great tips and encouragement for dealing with my allergies and diabetes. I appreciated his care and concern for my overall health. Then, Nick helped us pick out glasses which I usually hate to do! But he made it fun and had us cracking up the whole time! He was helpful and so much fun to work with! I’m so glad we found Dr. Wang and his staff. :)

This place is by far the best place to get your family eye care. The doctors and staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They are very very knowledgeable and will make sure you leave with no questions. Send all your friends and family you will not be disappointed!!! Anyone who gives this office a bad review needs to have their heads checked not eyes lol

They wasted my time and inconvenienced me… Michelle quoted me one price for some Prada Frames with 30% off the the whole setup, lenses and all… I put ½ down and she said they would be ready in approximately 2 weeks. my wife and I are celebrating an important day today and had places to be and had concert tickets we pre paid for. She calls and hour later and said she made a mistake and it it’s going to be a little over a hundred dollars more I need to come up with. Wow that’s sounds kind of crazy to me especially after we signed the agreement. After I thought about it for a minute I asked her if I could just buy the frames with the 30% off and I’ll have the lenses done somewhere else (because I shopped around and they are definitely over priced on the lenses then all the major eye care businesses) I just really liked the frames. Make a long story a little shorter she said there was nothing she could do. So I said I’ll be there to get my money back. When I got there I told her that was bad business and they should compensate me something for this inconvenience. I’m standing in this long line now writing this review while waiting for the concert we have tickets for… If she didn’t waste my time we would of been in front of the line with other people that were able to get here early.
She came back to me and said she can only give me 10% off… if you go to a restaurant and they mess up your order, usually the manager will make it right instead of making the customer mad and leave never to come back. that’s good business. she told me in the beginning «Welcome to our Family» well, if this is how you treat your family then I don’t want any part of that family! and I will tell all my friends. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram…

Dr Wang and the whole staff are awesome. They were very professional and caring the whole time I was there plus I didn’t wait that long. They offered water too yay…

I went there today.
What an awesome team of individuals! They were professional, extremely kind, and caring from the moment we arrived, until the time we left.
Their service, expertise, knowledge and level of concern is simply unmatched compared to all of the other optometrist offices that I’ve visited.
I was more than impressed. Well done!

Went in to have eyeglasses adjusted. Nick, was awesome. He assisted my wife and I, and I must say, he is great and provided superb service. If you want great service, find Nick.
Now, onto Dr. Wang. He is the first doctor that made us feel like he was our own private, doctor. He reviewed my prescription, checked my eyes and made some adjustments. He asked many questions (I need that at my age) and was extremely thorough. Great job doc!
My wife and I, decided Dr. Wang and his awesome staff, is the best place for our eyes. Simple as that. We’re hooked!

I took my daughter here for her first eye appointment. Everyone was so friendly and worked well with children. My daughter saw dr. Beaty and she was just absolutely amazing getting the information she needed from my 5 year old. She was very informative and friendly. Love this office and plan on going back here for our family’s eye care needs.

Wow the entire staff was friendly and conversational. Doc was great as well. Made me feel at ease and comfy during the exam. The guy with the tattoo on his hand that helped me pick out my new Tiffany & Co frames was awesome and super patient with my indecisiveness. Thanks everyone for a great experience! I’m glad I based my decision on coming here on previous Unilocal reviews. You Unilocalers never let me down… Ever!
