My experience with Dr. Salinas Garcia was ridiculous to say the very least. After all the prep work i.e. dilation and images of my optic nerves I had been at the office for close to 3 hours. By the time he came in he shook my hand but never looked at me. His head was in the complete opposite direction. He spent 99% of the 5 – 6 minutes of our appointment talking only with the assistant on how to enter the paper work and how to print them. My mom looked at the screen of the images of my eyes and inquired about what she was seeing. His response to her was «well you don’t have to be a doctor to look at a screen do you? «Then explained nothing. When the appointment was over he simply walked out. Even the assistant didn’t know if he was coming back. I have seen a lot of specialist due to my condition but his was by far the worst in terms of bed side manor and not fulfilling is basic job criteria. –10 from me. ~Jenny

Dr. Liang and the staff at Center for Sight were very knowledgeable and caring! Both my daughter and I we greeted by a friendly staff. Dr. Liang called me personally to follow up and just taking the extra time was very comforting. I would highly recommend Center for Sight!

Dr. Liang performed my Lasik in June and I couldn’t be happier! Her and her entire team are FANTASTIC. They are extremely knowledgable, informative, and professional. I needed to have an evaluation for possible cataract surgery. According to Senior Dimensions it was necessary to go to the Center for Sight for that evaluation. I was greeted with friendliness. Each person I saw explained what each test was for. Barbara and Gerry were friendly and courteous. For the evaluation I would definitely recommend this facility.

Dr. Liang was very informative on refractive surgery procedures and provided me with all my different options. With the research I had already done and the new knowledge I received from Dr. Liang, I knew Lasik was the right decision for me. Being an active duty military aircrew member, there are strict guidelines and requirements when getting «outside» care. The staff at Center for sight was very accommodating which made it very easy for me to coordinate back and forth with the military on the care I was receiving. The surgery went smooth and my recovery was quick! The staff made sure the follow on appointments went as scheduled and that the healing process was going well. I can’t thank Dr. Liang and her team enough. They were always very professional, courteous and fun to be around. A very special thanks to Melissa and Heather! Dr Liang performed cataract surgery with IOL implant on me in February 2014. The day after my surgical procedure I complained to Dr Hart that I was seeing a dark elliptical shadow in my vision. I was told to not worry that it would probably go away in time. I went back several times over the following 8 months and saw Dr Hart, APRN Gerry Reyrao, Dr Ruben Salinas Garcia at their Craig Road office. Each time I complained about the shadow in my vision on the surgery eye and FINALLY after 8 months I reconnected with Dr Liang. She informed me that this problem was fairly common in the procedure I had and her patients just learned to live with it. She said «THERE WAS NOTHING MORE SHE COULD DO FOR ME». I began to research this issue online and found that the probable cause of my impairment was a lens improperly placed and/​or a lens too small for the pupil. A corrective procedure was available by removing the problematic lens and replacing it in the proper location BUT this procedure should have been done within 90 days of the first surgery for the best results. I reached out to the senior surgeon at Shepherd Eye Center, Dr Hansen who took the time to carefully research my vision impairment and evaluate my case completely. He performed a surgery to replace the problematic lens in March 2015 and I have no more issues with the elliptical shadow. BEWARE OF DR. LIANG and her ASSOCATES as they were NOT TRUTHFULL AND FORTHCOMING in this PATIENTS CARE!!!

I’m a LASIK patient and I’m extremely happy!!! I had surgery yesterday and I’m literally in tears, it is the first time in my life I am able to wake up and see without having to search around for glasses. The entire surgery staff went far and beyond to assure I was comfortable and all my needs were met. DR. LIANG is amazing!!! Don’t hesitate, you’ll be in excellent hands!

I’ve had poor vision throughout my entire life. I have been shuffled in and out of eye clinics for years, usually just feeling like a number and not a patient. But I recently went in to get some testing done and this place was different. I was finally eligible for LASIK and I knew it would take more than one appointment so I wanted to make sure I went somewhere that I was comfortable with. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. I was greeted right away and only had a five minute wait before going back to get my tests done. The tech was friendly and spent time to get to know my personal and medical history. She explained to me what each test was for (something other clinics had not previously done) and I was informed, tested, and on my way home within thirty minutes. Great experience!

This eye clinic is awesome. The staff is friendly and courteous. I had an exam for my eyes, since Im just a little older now, and started to need glasses. I was in and out in no time at all. I liked the doctor (Dr. Liang) as well and would go to them if I decide to get Lasik in the future. Keep up the good work! They will treat you like family. If you are in the area, check them out!

I’ve had issues with my vision, and was grateful to finally find a doctor and practice that is as kind and knowledgable as Center for Sight. I have never felt so confident in my care, and happy with my results. I entrusted them in my LASIK procedure, based on a friends recommendation, and am thrilled with my results. I highly recommend Center for Sight.

Brought my baby in for screening. One year old was made to wait in the lobby for a half hour after appointment time. Then was brought to a second waiting room and was forced to wait another half hour. Friendly staff, clean office, but completely awful wait times.

I am getting ICL surgery done on my eyes next month at the Wellish Vision Institute, but must see a retina specialist for clearance before the surgery can occur. My insurance does not cover the appointment needed by the retina specialists so an appointment was made at the Center for Sight office so they could hopefully look deep into my retinas and clear me for surgery. Upon arrival, I had to wait half an hour after the appointment was set to even be called back. Finally when I was seen, the technician, or whatever the initial guy i met with title is, asked me why I was there, I told him I would have to pay $ 250 out of pocket to be seen by the retina specialist at Nevada Retina Center, and I needed clearance. The technician, or male eye nurse as I’ll refer to him now, said «well I don’t understand why you’re here, were not retina specialists» with an attitude as if he was annoyed I was trying to explain my situation. He then said well we can look at your retinas, but can’t really do what you’re asking, so I went ahead and waited to see Dr. Ruben F. Salinas Garcia, as his full name is stated on his card. After waiting another 15 minutes, he came in with an irritable attitude and said «we’re not retina specialists, so why are you here»? I once again explained the situation, and he continued to speak to me as if I was a complete idiot. My girlfriend was at the appointment with me, and said «I understand you’re not retina specialists, can you refer us to a specialist.» He then went on to say the most disrespectful thing I’ve ever heard a doctor say to anyone, in a very patronizing tone. Dr. Salinas Garcia said «understand me, we’re not retina specialists and we can’t do that.» My girlfriend said «I do understand you», and he replied «oh you understand, what did I say??» My girlfriend and I have never felt so disrespected by a «doctor» in our lives and it is ridiculous a medical professional who has supposedly worked in his field for over 30 years feels it is appropriate to speak to patients in such a way. In the end, he wrote a referral to go see a retina specialist but I will not be going to any doctor that Dr. Salinas Garcia or the entire Center for Sight associates themselves with. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My name is Jesse Chippoletti and I am actually disgusted with the way this arrogant man feels it is appropriate to speak to women.

I am a new patient here. Senior Dimenions. The staff was pleasant. Did not have to wait too long. They were very professional. REbecca did an outstanding job of prepping me. and checking my eyes. Still ²⁰⁄₂₀. Dr Jeffrey Hart did a great job checking my eyes. I Was very pleased. The place was very clean. All in all, a great expericence.
