Do yourself a favor and save the aggravation, don’t signup with Century link. Their Service is terrible, the internet stops working almost everyday. I’ve been with them for 19 years, but they just don’t care. I’m going to give Cox a try!

Got tired of Cox rate increases and terrible service so I needed an option. THISISNOTIT. Lots of promises but all lies. Have never gotten 40Mbps that I am paying for and all I get are excuses and more lies. They keep banker’s hours so hard to get a hold off especially when service goes down in the evenings(all the time), you can’t load anything(daily), times out(constantly) and no one can give you a straight answer but they’re always sooo sorry. Don’t think they have any US employees since all service is done from the Phillipines and they told me «too bad»… All I want for a change is to get the service I pay for but it seems Las Vegas consumers only get business out for $$$ and don’t care and the agencies that should protect us DONOTHING!!! So if you want to be held up for robbery go to Cox and if you want to be frustrated for a lower price try Century Link but in either case your SOL…

Five star service! This was our second visit to this store. The first time was for a quote. We worked with Derwin and he was outstanding! He quoted us a great price for Internet and TV. So when we were ready, we went back and signed up with Derwin. Such great service and attitude! He didn’t try to sell us any equipment or package that we didn’t need, he listened and found the right price for us. I can’t wait for it to be set up this week! :)

When it works it’s fine. Ive had outages each day since last Friday. Everytime I call to report them it’s always an «area outage».Everyday?Really?

Got tired of the Cox price increases and gave CenturyLink a try. The rep, JC, was very helpful in doing a bill comparison and features comparison to show that I’d get more for less money with CenturyLink. I have Prism Premium which includes all of the movie channels instead of paying for each one monthly like I used to. I bundled that with their internet. He said I was on their 1 gig network. I decided to get 40 meg which has been more than sufficient for my family. All in all, I’m happy I switched and even happier I’m saving money.

I gave Century Link a try and wanted to compare it to COX. There’s not much to say but their service and internet speed does not compare. I tested it for about 2 – 3 nights, check the speed test and just isn’t close. I closed the account and said i was not satisfied. The person at this century link said i was good to go and did not have any outstanding payments. A few months later they say i owe them $ 30. It’s only $ 30 but still. Crappy product, crappy service. Don’t bother.
