Best experience! The staff was wonderful! Stress free! I want to thank the staff for everything. Wedding pictures came out amazing!

If I could, I would give it more than 5 stars! The prices were reasonable for the quality of service that we received. Like I’m sure many of you are doing now, I read all of these reviews at least 5 times each. Yes, ALL of the reviews-​even the ones not recommended by Unilocal lol. I decided to take a chance and book this chapel online from California. I booked exactly 6 weeks before my wedding and there was no turning back from there. I was easily able to customize my package online and finalize details over the phone 2 days before the ceremony. Every time I had a question (which was probably daily lol) I was able to chat with someone online. It was excellent customer service each and every time! The chapel itself is BEAUTIFUL, the staff is AMAZING, the photographers are AWESOME, and the we LOVED our minister. The ceremony was perfect, not too long and not too short. I am glad we added am extra 45min to our photo session. We had 22 guests and wanted pictures with each guest. Our photographers were very patient and very acommodating. I recommend adding the lifestyle photographer, that way you have more pictures to choose from. Since we couldn’t decide on photos, we decided to buy all of them with digital copyrights. I know some have mentioned photo packages are expensive but a traditional wedding photographer can cost thousands of dollars for a few hours. And these are memories we are definitely going to cherish forever. If you are on the fence about dling this JUST DO IT! I wish I had done it a lot sooner because it was absolutely amazing.

But beyond the obvious reason I cannot believe I got married off a place I found on the internet. That made me extremely nervous. But once I perused the website my heart just led me here. One phone call and I knew this was the venue. Im in love with exceptional customer service and thats exactly what I received. Being in another state and not able to physically make arrangements at my wedding venue was unnerving but Chapel of the Flowers handled me with the greatest treatment I could have ever asked for.
In person the Chapel superceeded my expectations-​I DID NOT want a cheesy tacky low budget Vegas/​Elvis wedding… No Ma’am!
Excellent driving service, excellent photography (and yes I was concerned about them knowing how to photograph African American skin complexions and yes they can and did well) and excellent ceremony.
Just a class act all the way. They run a smooth operation yet you dont feel like a number. I’ll stop here. I hate long reviews but I could go on and on! Im NOT easily impressed. But I was impressed with this venue/​experience.

I highly recommend this chapel for your ceremony. They are very professional and took care of every detail! My guests were amazed at how beautiful our ceremony was. We especially loved the officiant, she was awesome. Seemed like she knew us for years. The pictures were beautiful, the limo service was right on time and the driver was very personable. I am just so amazed at how everything went like clockwork. I don’t know how they do this for the amount of money they charge. I saw on some of the reviews that they didn’t like the envelope tipping issue so I recommend calling in advance and paying the tips ahead of time as I did. These people earn their tips and because I took care of it in advance we could just enjoy our wedding. I wish I could give more than 5 starts. BRAVO!

* Disclosure — I did not book this chapel, however, I did visit the chapel in person and interacted with the staff and toured the facility when I went on a «chapel rampage» to check out venues. This review is based on my interactions and visit.
Easily one of the nicest and most responsive chapels that I’ve visited in town. A variety of chapels (I believe there were 4 counting the outdoor garden chapel) to meet just about any size wedding. The photography is some of the best in the business, and the chapel coordinators are friendly and well organized. Beautiful grounds and chapels.
My problem was with price. Many upcharges, including photography and «Saturday evening» charges.
As a local, there are many things I don’t need and wanted to try to work on a customized package or take a package as-​is (they will allow you to drop items but you still get charged for them); but they weren’t willing to work on the «Saturday» and «evening» charges. I don’t need your limo or your flowers, so I think that it should balance. I would have paid double or triple at this chapel for the basic wedding I wanted. However, if it my budget had not been lean, I would have booked here.
Very clean, well organized, beautiful. Would recommend for out of towners as they make every effort to provide a stress free and customized wedding. Outstanding communication as well.
Recommend if price is not an issue.

Was just married at this chapel yesterday and it was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I got the cheapest package available and everything we received was above and beyond. The staff was extremely nice and showed a ton of enthusiasm for me and my husband. Also, Tim the photographer was great. Wonderful photographer and great personality. I’m so happy with my experience at the chapel of flowers. I would defiantly recommend.

We had an amazing wedding. Everyone was fabulous and pictures were out of this world. My husband and I were married on 5−5−15. Could not begin to say enough goid about this chapel. Very classy.

We knew we wanted a Vegas destination wedding. After a review and comparison of a ton of Vegas chapels, we decided on Chapel of the Flowers because they appeared to have the best combination of class, value for the money, and positive photography reviews. Moreover, the live-​streaming was a requirement for us since we had many friends and family in the US and abroad that wanted to somehow participate in the wedding, even if they were unable to attend.
Planning Experience: Chapel of the Flowers did not disappoint. My wedding coordinator was Robin Robbins and the level of customer service she provided was nothing short of exceptional. She was incredibly responsive and I appreciated her ongoing follow-​up as the big day got closer and closer. She made planning completely effortless and was extremely flexible as I made changes to our ceremony packages. You can get just about everything through Chapel of the Flowers, even your dress/​tux and a reception. We went our own way with these items, but it’s nice that you could basically just walk in and say «I want a wedding but I don’t want to think about it» and they would be able to procure just about everything you need on your behalf. Additionally, the free wedsite provided by the Chapel of the Flowers is pretty handy. it seems a lot of couple don’t utilize it, which is a shame. Use it, you paid for it!
Limo pickup: We requested two limos. The limos arrived on time without confusion or fuss and the driver was courteous and professional. However, there was a cup with beer in our limo when we got in, so I would ask that a little extra care is taken to make sure limos are completely clean between guests.
Ceremony: We had a 15 minute non-​religious ceremony. Our ceremony officiant, Rev. Moran, was FANTASTIC. We had only met her 5 minutes prior to the ceremony but you would have thought that she was a family friend. She was so personable and very sweet. She created a warm and upbeat aura for our civil ceremony and we couldn’t have ask for better. Our guests said they loved her as well. Please keep her around! Friends and family had no problems live streaming our ceremony.
Photography: After the ceremony, we had 50 minutes of photography. The photographers were not particularly personable and they didn’t provide as much guidance as we would have liked when it came to our photos. In fact, I heard one mutter something pretty rude under his breathe as he was taking our photos but alas, I wasn’t going to let a jerk ruin my day. Tip: write down list of photos you want in your head. You’re overwhelmed on your wedding day so you’re bound to forget if you keep it all in your head and the photographers will not do much to help guide you. Also, upon reviewing the photos, I think that they went a little heavy with their vintage-​inspired photo filter for the color shots… it washed out or caused odd contrasts to our darker complexions in some of photos taken in the afternoon sunlight.
Even with these issues, we still got great photos. Additionally, Chapel of the Flowers carefully constructed their premises to maximize the number of backdrops that are available for photos, which increased the likelihood of taking at least some amazing photos. The lifestyle photography upgrade was worth it, as those were the better photos. I also really recommend purchasing the digital copyright for your photos; this saves a considerable amount of money and you don’t have to agonize over picking out a handful of photos from a large bunch. You also get copies of all the the primary photographer’s photos in color, sepia, and black & white (this gave us options despite the color photo issues described earlier). It also saved us money when we decided to buy a digital copy of the slideshow they made for us.
Miscellaneous: We added a cake cutting set to our order and was told that it would be in our bag as we left the chapel for the reception. We get to the reception, and find that there is no cake-​cutting set. Luckily, we found one at our reception site to use. Chapel of the Flowers gave us a photo-​printing credit for the error. Also, be very explicit if you are a bride and you are keeping your last name. Maybe it’s because I’m from an area of the country where it’s very common for women to keep their maiden name, but I found it extremely odd that it was automatically assumed that I changed my last name and thus some of our material reads Mr. and Mrs. HisLastname and we were announce as such by the officiant. If you are keeping your name, be very explicit about that during the planning process and during your meeting with the officiant prior to the ceremony.
All in all, it was a good experience with a few hiccups and one major annoyance. However, the positives of the experience with Chapel of the Flowers far outweighed the negative. If you’re looking for a classy, affordable, no-​fuss-​yet-​still-​special wedding day, Chapel of the Flowers is the way to go. I plan to renew my vows there in the future.

Absolutely loved our experience here. From the initial setup of our wedding online to the actual ceremony. Everything was what we asked for. It truly made our wedding a hassle free experience. Our wedding planner Brittany and photographer William were very professional and open to us making suggestions for photo ops as well as last minute changes before the ceremony. I would highly recommend the little chapel for anyone who might be interested in having a wedding in Las Vegas.

My wife made all the arrangements. The limo came and picked us up as scheduled. No issues. The driver was nice. We get to the place and meet the photographers, photog 2 was a lifestyle photog and her services were «included»? Bogus Bull. Our rings were taken for photos while we met with the minister and were given an envelope for his «Donation». We had the service, we took photos around the premise. We were given our stuff back with more envelopes for donations. The following day, I noticed one of the diamonds in my ring was missing. I could not blame the chapel because I didn’t inspect my ring prior to giving it to the photographers. No issue, Helzberg replaced it. I only mention this in case someone else has the same issue. The reason this place gets only two stars is the donation request and the photography service. They don’t allow outside photography which means they are going to screw you over on the backend. Which they do. You get to choose some photos from the ceremony, but they take way more photos. I took the free photos to see how their print quality was before I spent additional money. The gotcha. You get your included photos from photog1. They have packages on the digital prints, but you can’t mix photographers. If you want all of your digital photos, it is $ 700×2, so $ 1400 total. 1 digital is $ 99. 10 for $ 300, which would have been fine, but all 10 has to be from one photographer or the other, no mixing.
The prints showed up cropped. For instance, my head was cropped 2 inches below the jpeg image. Five of the photos we received were unacceptable to me. I asked if they could reprint the 5 photos. I was told that the photos were not cropped. Obviously I’m an idiot. Never mind that my wife and I run a photography business and have taken 2 years of photography classes. Add the attitude of the chapel with the cheap paper the photos were printed on and you see why they have 2 stars.
If I had it to do over, I’d chose differently.

My best friend got married here this weekend and it was a nice place. Definitely the least tackiest of all chapel in Vegas. But I had to take two stars off because
* 1. My best friend told them two times that she HATES roses ! To 2 different people and when she arrived they had roses ready for her. So she declined all flower services (which is sad not to have any for your marriage but oh well, they’re fault) and they said she never mentioned anything. Which is a lie because I was there both times when she mentioned it on the phone and I told her she was being dramatic but obviously she needed to emphasize it more.
* 2. They told us from the beginning we can only get 1 limo but when they saw our party split the limo driver said we could of gotten another limo if we asked. We did but the chapel said we couldn’t. Go figure.
* 3. MOST IMPORTANTLY
On top of the everything, you have 2 photographers. One is the primary photographer which is RED and he doesn’t take good pictures (red is the one included in your package) & the other is GREY which has ALL the good pictures and with the group! So if you want those you have to pay AT LEAST $ 1,000 for a few pictures. So make sure you have someone behind the photographer taking pictures with their phone as well or something.
It would of been five stars if they were more attentive to the couples needs. But they are just money hungry. So just prepare if you decide to book because it is a nice atmosphere.

Super cute spot with everything set up perfectly like a quick drive-​through menu. I gotta say, they do it right considered it’s on a small lot. Only negative star goes to undertrained staff in the room that didnt know how to use their own computer system to ring me up for a card.

Chapel of the flowers WAS AMAZING! I cant thank them enough for all they did. Joe our limo driver got us to the courthouse to get our license even though i was late driving to Las Vegas. The whole team kept me on track and helped me remember details. The cake they ordered was FABULOUS! The Flowers Beautiful! The chapel was clean and beautiful. The minister was authentic and awesome. Everything was amazing and not cheesy. I highly reccomend this chapel. The price is so affordable i dont see why anyone would go in hock for a wedding they can do for less… With all the wedding coordinators at my disposal I felt like a princess. Just got married here on the 4^th of July. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made it seem like we were the only couple there and it was all about us. All of the flowers came out exactly as I wanted. I was able to upgrade my bouquet from what came in the package to something better for $ 15 more. Just overall everything was wonderful.
On the downside, the pictures are so expensive. We paid $ 400 for our photography package alone. An in order to get the copyright to all the photos it would be an additional $ 800. So if we did that the photos would of cost the same amount as the whole wedding! That’s crazy. And our lifestyle photographer who was «free of charge» took the most amazing photos and if we didn’t pay the $ 800 for all the pictures it cost $ 10 for each 4×6 print. Those pictures were not included in the $ 400 I paid for the photo session. Ughhh.
The tipping seemed to be a little ridiculous too. I paid $ 75 for a second limo and they wanted us to tip each limo driver $ 40…that’s crazy considering our hotel was only 3 mins away and that’s more then half the price for the limo itself. Just wow.
All in all this place was great. Wedding was perfect. Pictures were beautiful. But I feel like they try to get every penny they can out of you as soon as you say I do.

Our decision to book our wedding date with Chapel of the Flowers was based upon reading these reviews. My husband and I were looking into different hotel wedding packages, venues and chapels then we came across Chapel of the Flowers. I would recommend this beautiful location, wonderful staff and 100% professional photographers. Chapel was very intimate. Our pastor was excellent, you could feel his heart behind his smile, photographers had a fun personality that brought out the fun side of family and friends. If I could change one thing about The chapel of the flowers would be … Coordinator asked what time we would like to view our wedding photos for the following day, 5 minutes before walking down the aisle. We picked Chapel of the Flowers because it seemed nicer and more upscale than the other chapels we saw online. Our wedding planner Denise was extremely helpful with answering all of our questions that we had before hand. We just got married there on April 25^th and I am very happy that we chose this chapel. The glass gardens was a great choice for us because we always wanted to be married outdoors. On our wedding day it was raining, and they still worked with us to make our outdoor wedding happen. All of the staff was so professional and organized. I highly recommend them.

We planned our wedding in two weeks and learned about Chapel of the Flowers from The Knot website. We were married here on 3÷20÷2012
The communication with the chapel was impeccable, both by email and telephone. We live in Wisconsin so without knowing what we were getting for our money, this was important. We drove to Nevada from Wisconsin (27 hours) and we truly ended up with a no-​worries experience!
We opted for the most simple package and you would think that there would be no frills, but the grounds, the chapel itself and the limo included really makes for a tasteful and beautiful experience.
Also, we paid for the «First Look» upgrade, where they orchestrate the bride and groom’s arrival time so he could not see me until I walked down the aisle. This mostly went off without a hitch, but they should find a way or hidden space for those anxious brides/​grooms to be able to have a smoke!
At the time, my husband was a smoker and wanted a have a cigarette to calm himself down. When he went to go have one, he was reprimanded that I was almost there and he couldn’t go outside then, lest he see me! I think with as much tension as people experience on their wedding day, they should be able have a smoke if they need one.
The photography was fine, if not a bit awkward. My husband is not one for joking around (or smiling) and apparently, right before we were to walk down the aisle, the photographer made a joke that I had run off! So between that and the lack of nicotine, tension ran high! In a lot of our photos he looked tense, angry or miserable. More time (and perhaps a Valium) for him to relax would have improved the situation (and photos) considerably.
Overall, I loved our experience with Chapel of the Flowers. We plan to have a five year renewal and if we return to Vegas for it, we would come back here.
Oh, one Caveat. Study your marriage certificate carefully after you receive it! Let’s face it, these officiators and chapels go through a lot of weddings in a day and ours was one of many. The reason I say this is because once we were back home, we received our marriage certificate and I noticed that it read that we were married in the «Chapel in the Clouds,» I think in Stratosphere!
Suffice to say, we had to call Chapel of the Flowers and let them know, but they did make and file the corrections with Clark County for us and had the amended certificate sent without a hassle.

Everybody was so nice and professional, the entire process was well organized and perfect to make our day perfect.
Everything was just as we had planned, the limo driver was very friendly what made a very good first impression.
The wedding planners were very attentive from the first day we bought our package, always available on e-​mail and phone.
The photographers did a fabulous job, the pictures express unique moments of emotion and happiness.
The area around the chapel is beautiful and has a romantic atmosphere. We will return to our vow renewal :)

My mother recently got married here & the wedding itself was super cute but lets get to the point of the two stars…
THE PHOTOGRAPHY IS HORRIBLE.
They do not allow any of your guests attending to take pictures during the wedding so they can screw you over pretty much. The pictures they took were SO FAR AWAY the people in them look so tiny. Tons of the pictures had very high contrast too which made my mother look like a ghost OR they were so dark you can barley see some of the guests in group pictures! After complaining they said it’d be $ 70 an hour for someone to go through and crop them AFTER already purchasing prints. (Keep in mind we don’t live in Nevada) After multiple more calls & complaints to the manager they finally agreed to take her pictures back and replace them with closer up photos for no charge BUT the woman helping, my mother described, as very rude and snotty about helping her. Not a great experience.

From the start of planning to the night of our ceremony everything was perfect! Our minister Rev Robb G was fantastic and made it all the more special for us. We’re so glad we found you!
If you’re looking for a chapel that can provide you with beautiful settings and be all inclusive from the transportation to the photos to the delicious and beautiful wedding cake and everything in between, then you have found your chapel!
Anyone concerned with the reviews for the chapel with less than 5 stars you should know that as the couple you have some responsibility in making sure your day is planned properly. Their website gives you complete control to make sure what you want is what you’re getting and making changes or upgrading a package is as simple as click on the link to speak to your planner. When you arrive at the chapel for your ceremony they are waiting for you and walk you to right where you need to be and explaining the process of the ceremony. You speak with your minister and your photographers ahead of time so really there are no surprises… Especially if you have attention to details. It’s your wedding. So pay attention to your details!
Everything was just as we had planned. The photographers were amazing, in fact we ended up purchasing all the digital rights because we wanted them all!
