It was the most horrible experience I’ve at wedding chapel. When we first arrived we were NOT greeted nicely. The woman at the front spoke rudely to us numerous amount of times and made us very uncomfortable. Sad that we wanted a wedding to end so soon!

We got married here on 12÷13÷15, we got lost and ended up on the sidewalk in front of Chapelle de l’ampur, a pleasant young lady opened the door and ask if she could help and we told her we were lost, we stepped in and talked about where we were from (Atlanta) and other irrelevant things, we instantly felt the genuine friendliness and warmth of these people and this place, I knew from that instant that regardless of where I looked this was the place that I wanted my marriage to take place. We were married by Tony who was off on the day that we wanted to get married but came in anyways just to marry us, there were a couple of glitches on our end (people showing up late) etc. and they were patient waiting on us when they didn’t have to, they kept saying it was our day and they bent over backwards for us ! I can’t say enough good things about this place or the owner, the employees or the minister even the photographer a few words come to mind: Kind, Pleasant, Professional, Fabulous, The studio was gorgeous, pictures were top notch. I love this place and these people and we can’t be more pleased with the way our Wedding turned out, if you plan on a Vegas Wedding and you want, style, service and people who care you have got to stop by there and check them out, My experience there has by far exceeded my biggest expectation and WeThank them from the bottom of out Hearts.

We were going to get married at the court house but a week before decided to go look at some chapels. Keep in mind they are going to try to sell you on everything possible. If it’s last minute this would be a good choice. Daryl has no personality and is strictly there to sell you upgraded packages if you decide not to get it he is very blah. We got the complimentary limo to and from. The limo driver was 20 mins late and didn’t know his way around town. I literally had to guide him over the phone to pick us up. The minister was very nice and did a great job. At the end of everything Daryl hands you a spur of the moment envelope for your limo driver that says min 40 $ tip. I coulda drove myself and saved a bunch of time and money. Either way nothing to really compare it to. It wasn’t bad, aggressive salesman similar to a used car lot, great minister, nice chapel compared to others.

These people are SO RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Went in for a tour and I really liked this place. I already have a chapel booked but because it was bigger and a little nicer I was willing to make the change. Thought about it over night and the next day my finance and I went over to make the change. I walked in with the flyer and said I wanted the $ 199 package & I have 20 guest. The man rudely said because you have over 15 it’s the $ 399 package. So them adding only 5 seats I have to pay TWO HUNDRED dollars more. This is Ridiculous!!! most placed say, $ 5 – 20 dollars more but this is $ 40 per person more. The man didn’t want to discuss it, at all he said pay it or you can leave. IS THIS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKS LIKE!!!

I just got married here and they did a great job. They worked with our budget took care of us, The chapel looked great and not cheese like the rest of the vegas chapels. the employees were very helpful and kind. The ordained minister was awesome. We did a non-​religious ceremony and it was beautiful.

It was the most horrible experience. On the beginning everything was… what ever I want it, they were going to do to please me. But on my wedding day nothing of what they said they were going to do happened. They treated my guest like second class people. They made my best friend that didn’t make on time wait outside till the ceremony was done. After the ceremony, the people that work there were literally kick us out of the place because they had another wedding coming right after mine. MY SPECIAL DAY WAS A DISASTER BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE!!! Don’t get married here!
All they want is your money.

At first glance the chapel inside the Westgate is nice and clean and renovated it was simple and just what we needed. Because it was a military wedding and the owner was a marine we got a good local/​military discount.
However on the day of the wedding I arrived 45 mins early and as soon as I walked in I was antagonized by the photographer; demanding my marriage paperwork and both rings. I didn’t have my own ring my husband did. I then heard him talking about me saying well maybe if she would have gotten here on time I wouldn’t be rushed.
When it was time to take some pictures in the bridal suite the photographer said «you have something red on your neck you wanna wipe that off?» I had surgery on my thyroid and he was referring to wiping off my scar.
When we met the minister he had our names wrong and called me my husbands name. During the ceremony the groomsmen had a hard time holding it together because of the ministers accent (the ceremony was less than 5 mins.) We also got caught off guard when the minister asked us to say our own vows. This wasn’t discussed and we weren’t prepared.
Lastly when the ceremony was over the bridal party walked out to the music everyone applauded and the photographer rushed us back into the chapel and had our guest stay seated while we did our photo session in front of them.
It’s a nice chapel but the photographer and minister ruined the specialness of the day. The owner was accommodating and offered a discount on the photo package.

We came here to renew our vows. After having worked for a few wedding chapels in town and having experienced nothing short of disaster several times, I was very nervous about this fairly new chapel. The photography seemed really good and the place seemed clean.
On our day, I was picked up separate from my husband for a «first look» with no additional charge. I loved this! The limo driver was professional and conversational to set me at ease.
The coordinator was professional and courteous. She pinned my husband’s boutonnière and was patient when he arrived just barely on time.
The ceremony was beautiful and the minister let us say our own vows from the heart. The photographer took us outside and did some amazing photos against a wall and middle of the street.
I went for my photo viewing and wish that I could have bought them all! More beautiful than I expected.
I love that they give the copyrights. This saves a HUGE amount of money. The CD with all copyrights is very reasonable and I wish I could have afforded it.
Overall they exceeded my expectations and I felt we finally got it right.

Just got married here 7÷6÷13 @ 12:00. We showed up early and they had the bridal suite ready for my wife and offered us and all of guests water since it was hot. The staff was amazing jim, krista, sean, & patrick all really went out of there way to make us feel special. The price was great and the pictures were amazing. My wife and I were very happy with our choice. The funny thing is that this place was our second choice and we recommend people make it their first choice. When shopping online for a chapel you always have that thought in the back of your mind that the pictures are too good to be true but what you see is what you get with this place and that is an amazing experience for a great price.

Horrible horrible horrible !!
Well it started out great, from when we were bombarded with flyers outside the county clerks office to actually touring AND reserving a slot for our wedding.
Then came the time for the wedding … Being that we had visible drinks, they told us we couldn’t get married there because of that. Umm hello who doesn’t drink before they take that big step !!! Plus it was not like we’re sloppy, throwing up, or unreasonably loud.
We asked for a refund, while the owner/​manager kept preaching he was an ex marine … Ok who cares ??
So we leave to a chapel across the street only to find out they were calling this new place and telling this new place we were throwing bottles ! Yes we were angry, but to lie and said we threw bottles? Ridiculous for an ex marine if you ask me. Plus why would we waste our bottle like that?
Loved this chapel but I DO NOT recommend it to anyone cause I would not like any other bride to go through what I went through.
Needless to say, what goes around comes around you «ex marine» …
On that note we were married at 555 3^rd street and I can definitely recommend this place since they took us in and did not feed into the lies that these jerks were saying.

My finance and I went chapel hunting in Las Vegas and we finally found one the we both agreed on right away. This Chapel was so clean and just perfect. The staff was unbelievably nice and took very good care of us and made us feel special. We are getting married 10−11−12 and they had a great package that fit our needs and we are just so excited and we can’t wait.

Went to a friend’s wedding this weekend at a new chapel downtown. I was impressed. It has a real modern look. The staff was very friendly and relaxed. No one seemed rushed. The minister used a lovely ceremony. Their pictures were crazy good! My boyfriend and I are probably going to get married this year. Half the time I call him my husband anyway. We’ve been together almost 8 years now. So maybe it’s about time? So I think I’ll be giving this chapel a try. I really liked it. I’ll keep you updated.
