Cimarron Development was established in 1998. We are local to Las Vegas and have been in the construction business since 1972. Providing our customers with a quality product at a reasonable price is our most important goal. Having lived in the Las Vegas area for over 45 years, we’ve watched companies come and go and know the pitfalls residents have faced when hiring a contractor. Our reputation is stellar and our customer satisfaction is unequalled. We strive to complete projects quickly with as little inconvenience to clients as possible.

Construction is Dwayne’s specialty. Any type of construction! New home construction, garage remodels, patio deck installs, elevator shaft construction, casitas, etc. He was mentored by craftsmen, learning the trade from the ground up. Problem-​solving remodeling issues is one of his strengths. Las Vegas is the community he has chosen to raise his family and has been his home for so long he feels like a native.
