Wish I could give them no stars! Got their Visa card from Costco because Costco ended their relationship with American Express and began a relationship with Citibank. I registered the card and activated it, just the way they instructed. No problems using the card with number of vendors however, the card was rejected at Costco as «not activated». I went to Costco’s service desk and they told me it was Citibank’s problem, not theirs. I used another Visa card to pay, came home and called Citibank. My first attempt to reach them resulted in my being disconnected. I called back and have now been on hold for 55:45 minutes, and holding. Why would I keep their Visa when I have others from Chase?

By far the worst bank ever. Poor customer service. The tellers barely speak English. Attempted to get a bank account and got the run around about needing a manager not once, not twice but three damn times and 2 branches and got no help. Ended up going to Wells Fargo. Walked in, got an account with NO ISSUES in less than 30 minutes. I’m glad I chose them.

I’m a big fan of Citibank, and this is my local branch. Haven’t had any problems here. ATM spits out $ 100’s, which is awesome. Staff is very knowledgeable. I even picked up a 1930’s $ 100 bill the last time I made a withdrawal… how cool is that?
