The absolute WORST customer service I’ve encountered especially from the OWNER of the business. Picked up a preordered cake for a special event. They PRINT not WRITE on the cake! WHO PRINTS ON A CAKE? Further, the name of the person was misspelled — they «Sindy» instead of «Cindy.“OMG. Stay away from this place with the lack of quality and arrogant attitude of the owner telling me he didn’t want to speak with because I was upset. Who wouldn’t be upset with this crap? I left without the cake for a special friend. How sad but, this place will NEVER get a penny from me.

We usually go on Mondays because they have the «Monday Madness» which is buy one get one free. The staff is always friendly and we always look forward to going.

Let me start off by saying that service here tonight was good, especially since they close at 10:00 and we got there at about 9:30 (sorry, ice cream cravings know no hours!) I tipped and they sang the tip song, which was fun.
However, when I got my ice cream, it was really melted. My boyfriend’s mint chip was fine, but it was also made by a different person so idk what was up with that. Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal but Coldstone is expensive, and I was disappointed that my fancy $ 5 ice cream wasn’t at the quality I am used to.
Maybe it was just a fluke, but in any case I think I’ll stick to pints of Ben & Jerry’s for a while.

My husband and I come here too often but the ice cream is amazing and so is the service! My husband usually gets a cookie dough’nt you want some and I get the peanut butter cup perfection. Heaven.

Cold Stone, where have you been all my life?
It’s quite a shame that I have only been here twice since I arrived to the States in 08′ because the Signature cups are, quite simply, epic. I have tried the Founder’s Favorite served with Vanilla Ice-​Cream lathered in pecans, brownie fudge and caramel as well as my favorite, Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip. Both were creamy and stocked with a lot of mix-​ins, plus you get to watch the staff create them by hand on the cold stone. I loved the latter in particular because, as much as it is my favorite ice-​cream flavor, I got to enjoy the mint ice-​cream doused in brownie fudge and lots of crunchy chocolate chip.
…sadly, they all come at a price — and quite a handful at that. I say this because I don’t remember paying less than $ 5 for an order, and that’s for a small size cup. But that’s not exactly why this location earned itself 3 stars. The service has been a little on the low end. First time we went here, a young teenage girl was on duty by herself and it took her a while to get out to greet us. We had to call out and say ‘excuse me’ a couple of times before she popped out. When taking my order, I was expecting her to ask if I wanted a cup or cone but after I said the flavor I wanted, she just rushed into making my ice-​cream then quickly placed it all in a cup and handed it to us… all before I could’ve said ‘cone please’. Second time around, the two young ladies were more professional and had big smiles on their faces. Still hoping staff turn-​arounds will include a pair of workers so that one could focus on making the ice-​creams while the other could deal with the customers.
Otherwise, I still see myself coming here — not intentionally — but only when I’m within proximity, considering there’s a nice movie theatre a couple of doors down.

The girl that took care of me was sooo SWEET! Perfect for an ice cream place & she seemed to love what she does. She also talked w/​me while she was making my ice cream & telling me how I order, was like her mom. I like a CRUNCH of almonds in every bite that I take of my scoop of ice cream.
Thankfully her mom likes the same so she made my ice cream PERFECT!
COFFEE LOVER’S DELIGHT — I ALWAYS get this flavor. comes w/​coffee ice cream, toffee bits, crushed almonds, & caramel I think… I got the biggest tub & had a 20% off card & it literally only came out to be like $ 9 something…

Cold stone is a classic but the 3-​star rating is more geared toward their service as their service was just mediocre.
They always say they will sing when you put money in the tip jar, but sing they did not!
I had my 8 year old nephew with me and I always appreciate it when people take the extra effort to make him not feel so shy but no extra effort service-​wise was taken. I’m not saying the service was bad; it was simply OK.

I would rate this place five stars but the blonde girl in the gray shirt today has a terrible attitude!!! plus she didnt really mix the ingredients well. If you dont like your job go work somewhere else! Other than that, I still LOVE the ice cream here.

Icecream was good but the service today was horrible! Ashton had the personality of a mortician. It was such a depressing energy, I decided to enjoy my DIDN’T LOVE IT outside.

This rating is based on the service not the Strawberry Blonde I ordered which was good. One of the employees had a really stank attitude like she’d rather be anywhere in the world but at work. There’s too many other kids that I’m sure would appreciate to have a job here. And would have a great attitude. You’re serving ice cream, not outside shoveling shit. I mean how hard could it be? «Get over it and be happy at work!

Pretty cool variation of flavors, although most are very similar; they should simply make a few major combinations and just let you add/​remove ingredients instead of making it such a long menu. Store I visited had a semi-​friendly staff, just enough to crack a smile, but it’s all about the ice cream right? Ice cream is pretty good any flavor you chose, but nothing extraordinary for what you pay for, just a fancy and complicated menu…

This particular location has tons of specials!
Every weeknight they have a deal!
We were lucky enough to hit it on the «medium for the price of a small» night.
They have 2-​for-​1 nights, and other great deals!
Go check them out and get a delicious, mixed with love bargain!
And make sure you throw a dollar into the tip jar! The entire staff cheers when you do! It is quite funny!

The ice cream taste like usual, everything is good. The venue it’s very beat up!
Everything looks old and worn out.
The restroom its unisex and its discussing.
Tagged all over the walls and no one bothers to clean it. 4 people behind the counter with 4 customers total, took them 10mins + to fix 2 orders blaah. Too bad they don’t have more locations around.

The ice cream is amazing but the service isn’t. The teenage employees are extremely unenthusiastic. The girl who took my order almost seemed as if she was put off by the fact that she had to make me ice cream. Also, I had to tell her three times what I wanted. The girl who rang me up was super nice and friendly though.

Great service, great ice cream, terrible facility. The florescent lights are not only stained, filthy and flashing, but also different colors. There is an off center ceiling fan covered in dust bunnies and rocking back and forth as it spins. How does an ice cream shop get grease stains in the walls and ceiling? If it was anywhere but a cold stone I probably would have walked out, but it’s cold stone right? So I ordered and ate way too much delicious ice cream. But seriously clean something and update so I don’t feel like there is a man with a mask and chainsaw around every corner.

Great ice cream. They have weekly specials, and I happened to go here on free waffle cone day. I had some crazy chocolate galore ice cream that was really good. My friend popped her cold stone cherry here, and she absolutely loved it.

Experience: we were headed to Color Me Mine, when my friend said, «let me buy you an ice cream for your birthday»…well, ok! This is my first time here, so I was curious anyway.
Facility: it’s a small narrow shop that has a few seats and a long ice cream counter. It was clean and well organized, and smelled like heaven.
Service: I ordered «Sweet Cream» and the guy helping me grabbed the tongs and went to scoop, but it still had chocolate on them and swirled right in… oh no, this girl doesn’t eat chocolate. So, I told him to just give me vanilla. He seemed a little irritated, but got new spatulas and got me the vanilla. The rest of the time, he was friendly, so no complaints here.
Food: I ordered French Vanilla with coconut and macadamia nuts, topped with toasted coconut in a waffle cone. I was so excited to be able to pick my own flavors!!! I’m so picky when it comes to sweets. It was so good!!! I loved the touch of coconut and the crunch of macadamia nuts!!! It was one of the best ice creams I ever had.
Overall: I’m not a huge sweet eater, but who doesn’t like ice cream?!? Crazy people… that’s who. ;) So, if you’re gonna get ice cream, why not come where you can pick the flavors! It was so yum!!! I won’t be back often, but I’ll be back!

I have always been annoyed by coming to this place considering baskin robins has better icecream amd prices in my opinion. Only come here since husband lines the cake batter.
Anyway, came here last night for the monday specials which i thought was on the small/​like it size but i could only glance at it since the line was so long. So we grabbed 4 small sizes but then when I get to register, the fork tells me it’s only on the regular size and wouldn’t use the discount which i find ridiculous since they would be saving money on ice cream by us not getting the regular size. Either way it was a list cause since she wasn’t understanding that logic and i didn’t see a manager on staff.
Something about spending 20 $ on 4 cups of ice cream irks me when i could have gone to the store and gotten a gallon of something good. I won’t be returning, no loss to me since it has been a year the last time i was there.

Cold stone is so good… so bad but so good. My favorite is coffer ice cream with marshmallows and fluff topped with marshmallow ice cream. Mady likes the vanilla with marshmallows.

I decide to finally drop in for a quick ice cream fix. There are three young girls working but still a long line. As I’m standing in line one of the girls is just standing there playing in her hair. Not just a small pice but all her hair hanging from her ponytail. She’s running her fingers through it, pulling it straight up and twirling it around. To my surprise she drops her hair and starts digging right into the ice cream! Never washed her hands.
After she is done at the register one of the other girls helps me and makes my ice cream. I ordered a gotta have more size of the cookie dought’nt you want some. The girl knew the name but not the contents. She was looking at the board behind me to see what goes in it. I had to ask for more cookie dough because she only put one tiny piece in all that ice cream.
When I get to the register on the other side I happen to notice the girl had on tiny spandex booty shorts on. I’m pretty sure all the guys don’t mind but I think it’s a bit inappropriate for a work place that serves families. I will never bring my children to this location. Spanks are not uniform shorts!
