Steven and his colleagues are always immediately responsive — — and they have the knowledge, patience, professionalism and thoughtfulness to determine what crazy germ the computer has fallen victim to. We should be more diligent in giving the computers a checkup on a regular basis … but somehow time gets away! But it is good to know that Steven and his team are only a phone call away to keep us ‘connected’!!

My computer was all messed up because of a Windows update, it wouldn’t even boot. Steven from Computer Medics came out and had my problem solved, and I was up and running within an hour! Very professional service, and highly recommended!

I must start off with a little information about my experience with computer repair companies. All but one have been far less than stellar. I must have called six or seven companies for help. That one stellar company would be Computer Medics. Computer Medics repaired our machines where I worked. They did a great job. It seemed like they should of had their own office, they were there a lot. I lost touch with them when the company was sold and everyone went their own way. So when I started my own company I needed help with setting up my system. As I said I lost touch with Computer Medics so I called other companies. Alas what a waste of time and money. They all talked a good game. They used a lot of big tech words that I didn’t understand. But when it came for my system to perform, it was sorely lacking and my needs were not all that complicated, just basic bookkeeping and some design software. A co-​worker remembered Steven and gave me his number. I called him and the next day he sent over one of his Techs, and my system was up and running just the way I wanted and his fee was very reasonable to boot.
