Wendi, Becky & the rest of the team go above & beyond for there clients! Recently moved back to Los Angeles from Las Vegas, & they are doing a tremendous job as our property management representation. It sure beats’ having to comp out of pocket trips to LV to settle tenant disputes. Wendi & the crew literally respond to emails in a matter of minutes. They always have someone available at the office to answer calls as well. I plan on purchasing more properties in the Las Vegas Area & this will most definitely, without any sense of hesitation, be my Property Management Company. We definitely did our research & let’s just say we hit the jackpot with this group.

I made a huge mistake signing with this company. I came across a house I fell in love with about 3 months ago that was for rent. I was so excited because it was the first house I really liked out of all of the ones I had seen. Unfortunately, immediately after giving them my deposit I had problems. First, the rent was $ 1,150.00 and they changed it to $ 1190.00 saying it was the owner who changed it and he is allowed to. At this point I was already upset as they informed me I could not get my deposit back. So, I figured «it’s ok I guess, its just an additional $ 40». BUT then, They said that the house doesn’t allow dogs and I couldn’t bring my dog with me. OK, it NEVER said that anywhere on the post and I am NOT giving up my dog on behalf of their or anyone else’s errors. I asked to speak with the owner and they said no. So after 2 weeks of arguing with them because still, they refused to give me my money back, they finally said «well the dog will be ok but you have to put an additional $ 500 down for him». I caved and did it thinking I just want to get this over with and from now on I will be very elaborate with my questions if I have any. After I finally move in to my house I am so excited but the night that I moved in, my air conditioner was broken and they wouldn’t send someone until the next day (mind you we live in Vegas). After that got fixed they had to send a plumber for a weird smell in the house and what looks like mold in the dishwasher. The plumber confirmed that his recommendation would be to flush the pipes and replace the dishwasher since it was over 10 years old and most likely it is mold that is building up since the seal was broken. It took over a month to get a response from Wendy as I was informed by one of the girls in the office «she is just really busy right now». Finally, I found out that the owner of the house was refusing to pay for a new dishwasher or flush the lines and that we just needed to clean it. After another 2 week battle the owner drove down here and cleaned it himself. Now, outside of the fact no one should have to live with mold in a house they are paying more rent than the mortgage or any house at all, my niece was supposed to stay a week with us and she just received a bone marrow transplant so she had been under a constant watch at a hospital in California and has a very low immune system. When the owner drove down to the house, Dana Realty Group said he was supposed to come with another plumber and he showed up by himself. He took apart the dishwasher and cleaned it with bleach and informed me that «California has mold too so my niece really wouldnt have a problem.» I was appalled and even after contacting Dana Realty Group I still have not had the proper replacements or had a plumber come out to double check. I had even offered to make the replacements myself if they would reimburse me through rent deduction. And then as of today, there was an error when trying to pay my rent online and this was the first time I have ever had a problem. I was charged from the realty company $ 50 for being late and another $ 20 per day that it isn’t in and she would absolutely not waive anything for me. This place is absolutely horrible and refuse to work with anyone. I cannot believe what a mistake I made. I urge everyone to run away from this company and I would never sign another contract with them.
Additionally, there is not one person at that office who has a definite answer. Their response is always «I think», «I’m not sure» etc. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Well, my husband and I were excited to rent our first house off of the Air Force Base and chose the perfect one before going into Dana Realty to pay for the application. We had a list of questions and pictures of our two pets and money in hand. When we walked in, we asked the questions and they did not know the answers to ANY of them. They said that they would get them back to us asap. We asked if our lab/​mastiff mix would be an issue since he is about 50 lbs. They assured us he would be fine and knowing that my husband and I surpassed all of the other requirements, we thought we were a shoe in for the house. After waiting about a week and contacting Dana Realty everyday, we still had no answers to our questions. Finally, we were sent an EMAIL saying that our application was denied because of our pet. The owner only wants small dogs in the home. Why would they lie to us and then let us pay the $ 100 application fee if there was literally a ZERO percent chance we would get the house? We tried to explain that the dog is not actually that large (he come up to my knees and I am 5’2″), but apparently the owner refused to even look at the pictures of him after I sent in a dozen and a description of him. The phone call after was very rude and they did nothing to help us after the fact. I will not be going through them and would not recommend them to anyone else.

I absolutely love Wendi and her team! I have never met such a friendly and professional property management team. I don’t know what I would have done without them…
They handle everything and make it as pain-​free for the landlord as possible. I truly couldn’t be happier.

I emailed and called these guys to sign up for property management after reading the rave Unilocal review. After couple of follow-​up calls someone sent me a property mgmt fee detail document. I called them back and emailed them back to let them know I wud like to sign up as a customer asap.
No one called me back. I emailed and called couple of times to remind them. They said someone will reach out. Its been over a week and no one has reached out to take my business.
If u r so unresponsive in taking on new business, i wonder how much responsive they will be when my tenant calls with a water leak. Huge red flag!

Dana Realty Group absolutely deserves the 5 star ratings here on Unilocal.Wendi (the owner) is one of the nicest and most real person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Even when I had to delay renting my home out for several months while working through divorce proceedings, I never felt pressured by Wendi and in fact she was absolutely supportive of making things work out on my timeline. Her flat fee is a bargain and her attention to detail when it comes to making certain my home is kept in good condition with reliable tenants is awesome. Wendi is also super responsive by phone or text messages, at most within 24 hours and usually within a few minutes of trying to contact her I will get a response back. I am a very satisfied customer of Wendi’s and I would recommend her to anyone requiring property management services.

Wendi was one of the most professional and friendly real estate agents I have ever dealt with, and I have gone through a lot of different agents. What really set her apart from the others was her knowledge and over all ease of communication. I would recommend Dana realty group for everyone in the Vegas area trying to sell or rent out their home.

I live out of state and had a property in Las Vegas that I needed to either rent or sell. My husband found Wendi through Unilocal,and she and Brent helped us make the right decision (we decided to sell – in retrospect the best decision I could have made). They handled the sale from start to finish without a glitch. I expected to have to fly to Las Vegas to get the property ready, but amazingly didn’t have to – they handled everything, from getting the property ready to show to emailing me all documents.
We had an offer in less than a week, and the sale was effortless from my perspective. Most importantly (and this was key, working from a distance), I knew I could trust them completely.
Highly, highly recommend them.

She was able to receive my property get it cleaned up and rented in a short time. Although we had to drop the price on the rental property, it was worth it to get it rented ASAP. We have been working with Wendi and Dana Realty Group for the past several years. They manage rental houses for us in the Vegas area and do an absolutely outstanding job filling vacancies, managing tenants and dealing with the upkeep of the properties. They respond to issues immediately and conscientiously and pleasantly, and are very knowledgeable about the Las Vegas realty market. I highly recommend this group!

She’s personable and professional. The property is typically filled quickly and the lease agreement she provides to new tenants is bulletproof. The maintenance issues that arise are dealt with quickly if you are willing to pay top dollar for the jobs to be completed by the companies she uses.
She charges an affordable monthly management fee and replies to texts in a timely manner.
The a/​c company she outsourced a job to had to return to the house 3 times to get the job done; still not sure if the problem will reoccur. A plumbing company did not provide a quote accurately describing the full extent of a problem. Her cleaning crew is amazing.
She’ll help market your property and find tenants to produce a return on your investment, however, in our experience, the tenant’s aren’t always ideal. One of the tenants she chose broke the lease and left the house significantly damaged. Another property was filled relatively quickly, however, the tenant ONLY spoke Spanish so it was difficult to coordinate maintenance requests.
We own a couple investment/​rental properties in Vegas but live in California — you can imagine how much of a headache it would be to commute back and forth to take care of a few quick fixes. Better to leave that to a property management company.
P. s. I received a message from another Unilocaler saying that she didn’t reply to his emails until after multiple inquiries. In the end, she denied his business.

Wendi manages a couple of my properties in Las Vegas. She is knowledgeable, professional and above all very honest. Both my houses were rented within a week they were listed on the market. In addition, she has a network of people from handymen, home inspectors, painters etc. who can get any repair related work at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend her property management services to all looking for a great, no hassle property manager.

My husband and I are considering a move later this year, so we made an appointment with Wendi to view some houses and get a feel for the area. Wendi was fantastic! We felt really lucky to find someone so personable who also had an in-​depth knowledge of the area’s history and neighborhoods. She clearly has a well-​established network of experts at her disposal, and I’m positive that if we do move to Las Vegas, we will use her services, and that we will have the best chance for a successful transition due to her expertise.
