Very unreliable. Late even with a few hours advance notice. I called when driver 5 minutes late and was told driver on route should be any moment. At 11 minutes late the driver called me like he was just going to head my way and said 6 – 7 minutes. I said don’t bother since I knew it would be more like 10 – 15 min. Not professional. I was against Über but now I understand why they exist. Maybe they know how to tell time. Never will I rely on a cab for something important. Ruined my plans. So very disappointing and huge inconvenience.

I took a taxi from home to LAS with desert cab and with tip it was $ 44, the same cab ride using Deluxe taxicab was $ 54! That’s ridiculous. They add $ 3 to the bill just for using a credit card, and don’t even tell you. I didn’t notice it until I got home. Then they add $ 2 because its the airport? They should be glad to get customers delivered to them with no effort. Never again will I use them. They should be banned from LAS. Worst cab company ever.

Absolutely horrible service called and spoke with the dispatcher Teresa and they hung up on me twice and were completely rude and seemed very irritated with the fact that I called for a cab! This cab company is a joke even the lady that drove me was rude after I just paid over $ 80 to get to the strip from Henderson!

Worst company ever!!! Whoever the dispatcher is quite frankly is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. He not only informed me it would be 45 minutes but then 45 minutes came and went I called to inquire where my cab was and he said I was on the list and it could be another hour. What??? Then he was rude as hell. This is not the first time this has happened with this asshole but for me it will be the last. I don’t know who owns this company but I would gladly sign a petition to make sure the owner and this joke of a company don’t exist any more. My suggestion find ANY other cab company except this one.

Deluxe taxi service is very unreliable and slow. They were supposed to pick up a group of six, which I mentioned on the phone, but only sent one taxi which could hold four people. The other two people(one including my grandfather on a wheelchair) who waited in the heat waited an hour for the other deluxe taxi to come. However, the only reason they did not have to wait more than an hour because a guy from another rental place ten minutes away came to pick them up with our rental car. I will definitely not be using this taxi cab service ever again after this horrible, yet mortifying experience. P. s. The only reason why it deserves that one star is because of that sweet deluxe taxi driver named Bruce. He was very sweet and informative and guided us well throughout the city.(Otherwise I would want to give it zero stars)

If Deluxe can get ZERO stars they’d deserve it. Dispatcher purposely hung up on me multiple times on different occasions when asking for cab service early in the morning. I’ve experienced bad service at other establishments before, but this blatant unprofessionalism is on another level. Do yourself a favor and avoid Deluxe at all costs. There are many more cab services in LV, save yourself the frustration trying to deal with these people.

Please do yourself a favor, do not use this company, you’ll be wasting your time, there are plenty other cab services in Henderson. The dispatcher is unbelievably rude, yelled at me and hung up on my face many times. The reservation was made but taxi didn’t show up.

I take this taxi service every day/. I am person with low vision and cannot drive. I take this cab to and from work and also sometimes for errands my friends cannot drop me off for. Most of the drivers are nice and they know where they are going. Not always, but most of the time. The time to wait for a cab can very. Friday is the worst day to get a taxi around rush hour because it’s very busy. Now, sometimes you get a really good dispatcher who is courteous and knows whats going on. Sometimes you don’t and they are quick to get you off the phone to dispatch your call. I get it. I also ask for someone that knows their way around, because I do not and i do not want to waste time in the cab spending more money. I know several drivers by name and they remember me sometimes. I say, so far so good. I have only had one instance where I had to report a driver who made me feel scared. Other than that I have never had any real problems with this company

Used Deluxe only for a short ride but the taxi was very clean, impressively so. The driver, Don, was friendly and courteous. The wait time was a bit long. I was expecting it to come sooner, it would have been nice to have had a bit more communication about the wait time and estimated arrival time and such. But overall a good experience, and I would use this company again.

I always use Deluxe Taxi Cab, but you know what? Their male dispatcher is an asshole. He hung up in my face numerous times. I swear I wanted to cuss him out. Anyway, the wait time is never correct. If he says 15 minute’s, it will probably be an hour.

I missed my flight due to deluxe taxi. I called an hour and a half before my flight and the house I was staying at was less than 5 minutes away. The dispatcher was rude and condescending. The only good good part was the the driver. She was understanding and tried to help me out. My last resort was to spend 50.00 on a change of flight and I’m sitting here at the airport for the next 3 hours.

Excerpt from their website: «Henderson, South Las Vegas and Boulder Citys’ Number One Taxicab Company!» I THINKNOT. Let alone from all the noticeable grammatical mistakes on their website(which disturbs me for a business’ standpoint) this is not a reputable business. We contacted this service for an elderly couple and have been given an ETA of thirty(30) to forty(40) minutes. After a fairly long wait we contacted them once again to verify that a cab unit had been dispatched. When we explained that we had called previously and it had been past forty-five(45) minutes we received a blunt/rude reply of «Yeah, they’ll be there in fifteen(15) minutes. *CLICK*» and hung up. Clearly from previous reviews, yes, the dispatchers are rude. This time the cab finally arrived around the second ETA and we helped the elderly couple out to the cab. The initial interaction with the driver was a head turn to see the three of us opening the door and then returning to his clipboard to finish documenting some things — absolutely no greeting, no words, NOTHING — just sat there writing to turning his attention to his phone. After getting the couple into the car and closing the door I kept a close eye on the employee seeing if he made ANY interaction with the passengers and I saw nothing while he drove off. I reviewed their website and again I will take note of the small grammatical errors and such. I even Googled their supposed HQ and/or dispatch location and it was only approximately 10 – 15 minutes BUT the wait was already nearly an hour this first time! Not acceptable. Everyone needs to take one more note that this business is NOTBBB accredited! Please do not use this cab service if you want to keep your sanity. Thanks for reading.

I agreed with the above reviews about all the dispatchers until tonight! The day shift dispatchers are horrible! Haven’t had a friendly one yet and the drivers complain about how bad there own dispatchers are, but tonight(Sunday around 8pm) I actually called them in the evening for a change and the guy that answered was polite and even funny on the phone but with deluxe’s track record they’ll probably run him right out the door and we will be stuck with another rude hates life dispatcher!

From start to finish, the driver acted towards us like we are some kind of terrorists and she’s the riot police. She made sure to intimidate us with phrases such as «you are in Vegas now, here you better be nice to me», «if I deny your trip, so will all the others», «if you say a bad word here, it’s an assault and you will be thrown to jail». When I simply asked her for her taxicab number, she promptly pulled over to the side of the street, and said«you are getting off HERE. And you will pay up, or I will call the cops». Who are we to deserve this attitude? I am sorry to say, but that’s not how you get businesses.
