Office building is easy to find & close to home, & office itself is always clean with plenty of seating. Office staff always greets you when you walk through the door, before you even get up to the front desk; acknowledgement is always great, but immediate acknowledgement is even better! My doctor is Dr. Ronald Bryant, & he is by far the best physician I’ve had here in Las Vegas! Doesn’t have you come in for unnecessary office appointments just for the sake of billing your insurance, is always friendly, & I’ve never had a problem with getting refills for my epilepsy prescription; he always asks me if I need them before I have to ask him: -) My last doctor it was like pulling teeth trying to get refills, & she seemed to always be out of town more than she was actually in the office (ugh!). I’ve never had that problem with Dr. Bryant, & after my previous physician it’s a welcome change! Last but certainly not least, they have a lab right there in the office, & even though Quest is right across the street, I’ll wait the few extra minutes at the office any day! The phlebotomist there is the absolute BEST! She doesn’t scewer your arm when she draws blood (barely feel the poke of the needle), & she has a personality that makes even the most fearful person comfortable! There’s no doubt that they truly care about their patients here, so if you’re looking for a top-​notch doctor & staff, this is the place to go!
