Desert Storage

Wow! Never has there been a more helpful storage manager than Sandy! She was so patient as we figured out how to park our large new 5^th wheel. We are so grateful for her help and kindness!!!

Even though it was built in 2000 this storage facility is very clean and looks new. The staff takes pride in making sure the place is clean and has easy access. Leticia and Alex were great to work with. They brought us water on 115 degrees outside and made sure we were okay. They are very helpful and attentive. We rented 4 10′ x 20′ and 1 10′ x 30′ to keep our cars temporarily. It’s in a safe and secured location and will surely use it again.

Very clean location. Staff very cordial EVERYTIME. Facilities well kept. I’ve used other facilities with different companies with much less desirable results. In addition to a great staff, they provided a moving truck for our use as needed. I’d recommend this facility to any and all friends in need of a storage provider.

Just had a great experience with this place, Joe in the front office was great. Been renting a unit for a few months and I usually go in to pay my bill. Well, this time I called in to pay by credit card and before Joe would even take my info he had to make sure I called the phone line of theirs that doesn’t record calls, just cuz he’s been a victim of identity theft and wouldn’t want his own or other people’s credit card info to be recorded and stored! What a great experience!

Pretty decent place to store your stuff. I got a 10′ x 10′ air-​cooled unit for $ 105.00 a month, with a 25% discount the first three months. The security seems standard: enter your code in the keypad at the gate, which opens the gate and deactivates the alarm to your unit. My unit was in a big warehouse-​type building. Entry to the building is through one of several doors which remain unlocked during business hours. The unit itself was clean and larger than I thought, probably because the ceilings are high.
For the price, it’s a good deal. They’re cheaper than a couple other places I checked out. The customer service isn’t bad. This particular Storage One is operated by an older couple from the midwest (Missouri i think). The lady is very nice and the guy… well, he was a little rough around the edges. Some people just get grumpier with age, I guess. That seems to be common with some older folks I’ve met out here. They just don’t give a shit about being friendly. That’s too bad, because good customer service can go a long way, or at least earn you another star or two.
