Dior Beauty Boutique

I ordered a fragrance from this store, by phone. Gentleman who assisted me with my order, Gary, was very professional and helpful. Told me I would receive my item in two days. Mind you, I ordered from a state away, California. Item arrived at expected arrival date. Gary was very polite and made the ordering process go by speedily, which is how I like it.

Amazing service and staff. I’ve had my face done here during both of our trips to Vegas and purchased products. I’ve always left 100% happy each time. Melissa and Karina are amazing – so nice and helpful. They gave me some great tips and made me feel and look like a princess. ;) Definitely make the trip here when you are in Vegas. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Love this store.

i was very fahn-​see as i strode in with my giftcard in tow, heh. i fancily tried the anti aging lotions, the blushes, lip stuff and re-​filled in my sparse brows. the young lady assisting me was kind, informative, and helpful, and her hard work was NOT in vain! i walked out, still fancy, with a makeup set and a blush set! yes, i realize it doesnt sound like much but i still «spent» $ 110!

Make sure you dress your best and your hair is not messy if you want a greeting. I happened to be wearing my sport cloths and it happened to be a windy night. I was pretty invisible to the sales associate. I was there for a couple minutes and I didn’t feel welcome. I know it’s Vegas and they don’t care (cause what can we really do beside leaving a negative comment?). With or without us, it doesn’t make a difference for their business. I’ll just go back home and support the local department stores :) I think the sales associate will be happier this way.

While I like Dior cosmetics in general, the staff at this location is a big turn off. The salesperson was chatting with a customer when I came in. Not helping her shop or find products. Just chatting. I didn’t see the product I was looking for so I waited for the salesperson to come over and offer to help. I make sure to look over a couple times so she knows I’d like some help. She keeps chatting and ignores me. I keep waiting. Then another customer walks in. The salesperson rushes over to her immediately. Ok, the new customer was better dressed. Still, very stuck up and rude on the part of the salesperson.

I have never been here, but I did do a chargesend with the Dior Beauty Boutique.
The staff is incredibly helpful and informative. Nelly is awesome!
They also respond quickly on their Facebook page.
Shipping is free with purchases over $ 50, and they are open super late! Highly recommend!

The Dior Beauty at the Shoppes of the Palazzo is amazing. The artists there are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I leave there feeling made over, but not overdone. The products are luxurious. They will ship to you also (since there are so few Dior Beauty storefronts, not all products are available in the department store counters).

When I saw this stand alone Dior store, I knew I was in for a lot of trouble. This is any Dior cosmetics fan’s dream come true. I even took a picture of the storefront! Thank goodness I was alone or I would have a lot of explaining to do.
Luckily I was the only one in the store when I went so I got undivided attention and wonderful service. They have two walls filled with every single mascara, lipgloss, lipstick, perfumes, EVERYTHING your heart desires. I had a great time going through trying out colors at my leisure and ended doing quite a bit of damage. I even learned about the points program that Dior hosts via the knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the store and only wish other lines like Chanel would open up one like this in Vegas!

Wow! It’s rare that I ever find a stand alone Dior Cosmetics store! Their pressed powders are amazing and the staff at this location was gorgeously made up. *Envious Vicky*
They were super helpful and friendly even though I just wanted to walk through, pine, and gawk. :)
