Well can I say anything good about this guy. I will give you three guesses and the first two don’t count. He talks a good game and gets you to believe that he knows something other than the time of day and that I am so sure he only knows if the sun is out or not. He is a total rip off, sold me a laptop that stopped working the second time I turned it on. Then told me to bring it back in but reminded me of no return policy. Screwed when I walked out the door. I am so sure he was laughing before I got to my car. Old man who will get his. No wonder he has bars on his shop. If I could give no stars I would, so don’t get excited that I took the time.

Great customer service and management. Highly recommend to anyone needing emergent computer services and accessories. Joe has helped when my mother had emergent computer problems and as such prevented her from losing valuable investment opportunities. He has the requisite character and integrity to have a positive effect on the local business community.

Total rip off. Joe says he is the owner but he lies about everything else so who knows. He was rude to my son and lied about it. He sold me a computer that wasn’t what he said it was and lied about it. He is a crook a liar and a con man. Stay away!

Avoid Discount Computers at all times.
I recently purchased a refurbished lap top from Discount Computers. Had problems with the lap top from the moment I took it home. It kept getting stuck on the Windows Start up screen, kept saying there were hardware/​software problems.
The lap top came loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium. I installed Windows Updates and after reboot it said my copy of Windows was not genuine. I had asked the owner of the store if the Windows copy was genuine before I purchased and he lied and said it was, but in fact it was not genuine.
The owner told me I had a 60-​day warranty which we would not honor when I took the computer back. He tried to tell me I broke it by installing the updates. The computer never worked right in the first place.
When I told the owner of the company I had loaded Windows updates and installed IE 11 he asked what IE 11 was. Really? This guy works in the computer industry and does not know what Internet Explorer is.
This place will rip you off.

You will be better off just buying a computer from a major brand store or online.
