The manager was straight to the point with business. It was like the opposite of dealing with a car salesman. We were in and out with our selected carpet in about 15 minutes with payment completed.
Don’t to go to this business if you want to be pampered. Go to this business if you want to get things done quickly and effectively.
After shopping around, these guys were by far the best price. We selected the option where we moved our own furniture. The carpet installation guys showed up and installed all the carpet and removed the scraps. My only Ding is that installation crew was supposed to arrive at 9 AM and ended up showing at around 12:30 PM. To their credit, they did call that morning and let us know the situation, so I wasn’t mad, but it’s required some extra creativity on our parts to make the schedule work.
Bottom line; if you’re looking for a deal and have some flexible time for the installation day, this is the place to go.

We needed some carpet for one of our buses, after calling many places and everyone insisting that they could only quote us if we drove there we emailed Discount Flooring Solutions. Melanie was very fast to respond, after a brief chat we had our quote without leaving our office. jumped in the bus to collect our carpet and Joe was super helpful. We needed some more (we underestimated) and joe even gave us some install tips to make our install look better! High recommended and we will be going back!

What a headache… Went there because they sold waterproof laminate, (no idea where this beautiful showroom they claim to have on their website is) After the recent health/​environmental issues with Chinese produced laminate I refused to buy laminate if it was not manufactured in the US. I was promised their products were made in the US. When the product came in the boxes clearly said «made in China» they said they had no idea but all products were special order so I couldn’t return it. Feeling trapped I hoped for the best, scheduled the install., took off work only to get a call that the installer was not coming. I have to deal with him myself, the floor company suddenly has nothing to do with it. Installer said his crew wouldn’t work with them anymore so too bad for me! I called discount flooring, told them I want all my money back and I’m returning all the laminate! It got a little rough, but discount finally agreed to do a full refund.

This is an excellent place to go for carpet. Joe and his crew are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Their prices are extremely competitive and their carpet is high quality. The installation crew was professional and respectful of my home. They arrived as scheduled and had excellent attitudes. I’m thrilled with my new carpet and can’t speak more highly of this company.
