Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Bar’s namesake, Domenico DeMarco is the legendary founder of Di Fara Pizza; a restaurant with a storied Brooklyn, New York history that spans over 45 years and the #1 Zagat Rated New York City Pizza for eight years. The cherished family recipes are still used today in Las Vegas where we continue to make the pizzas from scratch with quality imported ingredients and love.

The pizza has been aptly described as «transcendent» and Dom DeMarco as a «genius» and a «pizza god.» DeMarco’s singular obsession — his driving passion — is creating the perfect pie. Importing the best ingredients from around the world, blending flavors and adjusting herbs until every element is just right.

Now, after all these years, the cherished family recipes have been entrusted to a new generation of pizza worshippers in the west, personally trained at DeMarco’s side. Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Bar in Las Vegas proudly serves the same pizza made famous at a quaint little place in Brooklyn. We make our pies just like Dom does — from scratch, with love and discipline.
