Here at Donnez-​Moi Chocolat, we strive for perfection. Starting with rich Valrhona chocolate, we only use the finest ingredients from all over the world. We make all of our caramels and fillings from fresh ingredients found at Whole Foods Market.

We make a large variety of gourmet chocolates! With a wide variety of Bön Bön flavors, I can cater to every taste. We even have a selection of temptations infused with wines and alcohols for the 21+ crowd. Also, any flavor may be altered or made vegan by request. Just ask!

You can keep them for yourself or give them to a loved one. We make gift baskets and box towers and also cater for events and holidays like Weddings & Anniversaries, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, meetings, parties and an endless list of other events for which a silky smooth, easy-​to-​grab dessert may be appropriate.

History

Established in 2014.

I’ve had a love for chocolate since I was just a toddler, but it wasn’t until I was 11 years old that I developed a love for French language and culture. I took a class in school and instantly because an admirer of the French. I continued to learn the language and immerse myself into the culture throughout middle and high school and one day, I came up with this catchy name. Donnez-​Moi. Chocolat… It rhymed, it was chic, it was French! It was absolutely «parfait!» I toyed with the idea of becoming a chocolatier and moving to Paris for years, but the reality of it seemed so farfetched, that it was only in my dreams. Recently, I accepted a position at Whole Foods and during orientation, they talked about how the company is a large supporter of local vendors and I thought, why not? I grabbed some quality chocolate, grabbed some toppings, went home and scorched the very first batch in a fondue pot! But I found out how to put together a makeshift double boiler and Voilà! I am here.

Born in Los Angeles, raised in Las Vegas, the city that never sleeps, Valérie is a true city girl! She loves to have fun and entertain and while sometimes appearing shy and reserved, she actually quite loves to be the life of the party! Valérie decided to make chocolates so that she could create life for parties, but still be able to remain in the background and out of the spotlight. Her dream is to make as many people happy as possible and she believes that her bonbons have the ability to do just that!
