Dotty’s

I went to the dotted off Niles and boulder hwy in law Vegas nv 89 122 at 10pm on 01/​14/​2016. I had the most bad experienced in my life. I had went in to buy a pack of cigarettes. The bartender that I don’t have her name because she didn’t have her name tag on. She was checking a guys passport that wasn’t expired and started to tell him that in 2 days it will expired and had the nerve to tell him that theyexcept homeless cards and jail ID cards. Then the guy paid and gave her a 100 bill. That’s what she gets for assuming that he was homeless. We then it was my turn she id me I have it to her and she ask for my husband too. So I told her what type that I needed with out saying please lady had the nerve to tell me please WTF. Then I have her my money she said I had a bad attitude and told me to leave. Then started to use bad language to a customer and told me to get the FUCK OUT. Ok well I never thought someone in the CUSTOMER SERVICE can talk to someone in that way… Well I was a regular player at Dottys. I will never enter a place like that with this type of customer service… Jennifer

I won more at Dotty’s than any other gaming location in Las Vegas. The food is good and customer service is great. I will always check in and play at Dotty’s.
