OMG great food but service is bad. I think all you need to get a job there is a heart beat. They have no clue.

Blizzards are the only reason I come here. I’m sure their chicken fingers and orange Julius are good — but I really only get the blizzards. Oreo blizzards are really good! But the Royal Oreo Blizzards are awesome. Chocolate fudge in the middle. The Royal Brownie Rocky Road is amazing! Marshmallow in the middle Ordered a salted caramel — had no taste or flavor to it. I’ve had better. There was no air conditioning at this location last time I came here. I don’t understand how the staff could survive. I was sweating bullets being in there for less than a minute. Way to hot in there!

It’s fast food what do you want. The burger was hot and I love Orange Julius so I was pleased to be able to get both in one location. No complaints on the cleanliness of the restaurant or the courteousness of the wait staff. I would have no issues with returning when I feel like ice cream Orange Julius or even hamburger hot dog

Horrible service and food quality. Have brought back to work cold fries or sandwiches. Manager at store is not helpful to the staff or customers. Restaurant looks dirty and is under staffed. Never will walk back into this location again. Go to Windmill and Pecos. Clean, great staff and quality.

First time I ventured out of my way for a DQ craving I got all the way home with my food and my chicken sandwich had no chicken at all. However today I decided to try again and was let down once more. Maybe consider hiring someone who has even just a little professionalism to work your drive thru. The entire time I ordered I was laughed at then got to the drive thru where he said not one word but dropped my change outside the window onto the ground and laughed. The window was wide open the whole time where I could here the staff being super unprofessional while waiting for all of my order. I won’t try again with this location.

I go to this place for lunch every so often, and today was the most disgusting thing ever. I ordered the cheeseburger $ 5 dollar lunch box. I get back to work, pull the burger out the bag, and felt that the wrapper was extremely hot. I opened the wrapper and found a sloppy mess, old lettuce, a glob of melted cheese. The burger obviously appeared to be microwaved. At that it appeared to be an old burger. I went back to the DQ and demanded my money back, the guy asked me what was wrong with it. So, I pulled the burger out the bag unwrapped it and told him, this was an old burger microwaved that looked like leftovers that you guys re-sold. I asked him would you eat it, and he admitted he wouldn’t and without any question gave me back my money…

Ok food, horrible customer service tonight. The guy working the window barely acknowledged us. I always enjoy saying thank you and not getting a reponse. To top it off, I got a bag of food shoved out the window, not one word said, and he walked away. I sat there for a second, wondering if the order was done and then shrugged and drove off. I saw on their website that they had a NEW brownie blast Blizzard! It looked amazing. So i drove out of my way to get here. I was disapointed. The photo of the blizzard makes it look as if it’s made with their chocolate soft serve. But it isnt. Vanilla with chocolate syrup. And they didn’t even mix it very well as seen in the photo. I got toward the bottom of the cup and it was all vanilla. Now a litte about the brownies. Let’s just say I’m glad I didn’t get the extea brownie pieces when the cashier asked. These brownies ARE nasty. It’s as bitter as if they used no sugar and just has flat as if they used no egg when they were baked. I’m uses to brownies being crumbly and gooey. Even when chilled. This bitter tasteless things were NOT brownies. Worst«brownie» dessert I have ever had. Service was quick which is why I Gave them 2 stars today.

Banana cream pie blizzard! A great treat to have on a hot day being that it’s the end of March… I enjoy this creamy treat filled with real bananas, creamy banana cream pie filling and crunchy pieces of pie crust topped with whipped cream! You can’t go wrong with that if you enjoy banana cream pie like I do! I love the fact that this location has a drive thru and is open Mon-Tue, Sunday 10am-11pm and Fri-Sat 10am-11:30pm especially when I have a late night craving for a banana cream pie blizzard…

Subpar and unacceptable service. Had to order 3 times at the drive through. Every time the girl on the other end would repeat my order she would get out completely wrong. Finally I feel like it gets taken care of. Then I set in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I thought this was fast food. Obviously everyone in front of me had similar problems. When I finally get to pick up my order. She asked if I had a dilly bar. Huh… Sorry I had a blizzard which was apparently not ready. I pulled off. 25 minutes of my life wasted.

Stopped in to pick up 2 blizzards which were served to us like soupy ice cream. The customer service was terrible and they had about 5 employees working in the front all of which were focused on the drive thru. Terrible service… If you really want DQ go to a different location.

Bad service, over charged for my 5 dollar meal, and then they completely forgot about it and never brought out my meal. waited 20 minutes for my lunch. Will not be going back.

We were very unimpressed with our visit. Customer service was far less than stellar, food was okay. Asked for a cone instead of sundae with $ 5 meal and was told no– makes no sense! I’ve managed a DQ before and would not have had a problem making a switch to a cone in place of the more expensive sundae…

There is just something about Orange Julius that is so nostalgic. This location is somewhat hard to get in and out of if you’re traveling East on Windmill, so I usually avoid if I’m not heading West. Service is good for the most part. I have been on a few occasions, usually just ordering the basic Orange Julius drink. They have been a bit inconsistent as far as following the recipe. No two drinks have tasted the same, so it was hit or miss. They also sell all the typical DQ options on their menu.

I hadn’t had DQ for so long and for some odd reason decided to stop for a banana split. Landon L. thought that was an odd choice, until he had a bite of it and realized how amazing it is! I think the pineapple pulls this whole thing together. Anyway, after that first one last week, I’ve since eaten 2 more. It’s becoming a problem. Drive-thru is always super fast. I also got chicken strips, which in NO way resembles what the picture looks like on the drive-thru menu because they were tiny and very sad-looking, but to my pleasant surprise they, too, were delicious.

Its nice to have a cool ice cream spot in the neighborhood that has great burgers, awesome chili, and of course amazing desserts. This DQ has a clean friendly environment that you can take your kids to, enjoy lunch at, or just hit the drive thru. The food was good of course, nothing bad to say about that. The blizzards were definitely prepared to standard and featured huge chunks of whatever you wanted in it. The staff was quick on the draw and didnt have me waiting around the lobby forever. After my order was placed they delivered it right to my table with a smile and offered to bring back any additional condiments I may have wanted. Its a small thing but that attention to detail gave them that extra little boost from a 4 star joint to a 5 star regular attender. I will be back, there are just too many blizzards left to devour :)
