No stars. I was constantly overcharged and discriminated against at this Doctors office. I went for routine blood and urine testing to Quest Diagnostic. When I was called to come back to review my results, I was told to take another urine test. They said it was random testing. I said I am just getting my results. In order to see this Doctor I was told I must do the test. I was told it was covered by insurance. A tear later I was billed for this. To make this story 10 times worse, I was getting billed for these tests from labs across the country. One in Fort Lauderdale, one in So. California, and one from St. Rose Hospital in Las Vegas. I went to Quest and they said they would never pass around my lab results. That is was the Doctors office. So, apparently your test results are not protected at this office. And I am being turned over to a collection agency for their ineptitude. I also felt like I was not treated as a wanted patient. I was constantly being kept waiting. I was the last patient one afternoon. I sat in the examination room for one hour while the doctor was playing with her godchild. I could hear everything. This is ridiculous. I will never pay that 175 dollars. But, I will do what I can to make sure this foes not happen to anyone again.

Doctor, Physician’s Assistant, Nurse Practitioner and staff are good! Main issue for me is just the office– it’s run down, definitely old, it wreaks of all sorts of weird, bad smells and the lighting in the office is always so dim and low. After all, you should feel the sense of cleanliness and care coming into a doctor’s office.
