Dynamic Music Therapy seeks to serve children and youth with disabilities, although all ages and abilities are welcome. Music experiences are client-​tailored to improve speech and communication, social skills, behavior and emotional management, and/​or motor skills. Individual or group sessions are available.

Meet the Business Owner

Emily R.

Business Owner

Emily is a music therapist certified with the Certification Board of Music Therapists and licensed in the state of Nevada. She works with a variety of individuals, specializing in children and youth with disabilities, but also has experience working with adults. Centering her work on families, Emily recognizes that the home and positive relationships between family members are fundamental to the growth and happiness of her clients. She feels open communication with parents/​caregivers and others working with their children are essential to effective treatment.

Having grown up with disabilities herself, Emily is placed in a unique position of being able to relate to many of her clients in a more specific way. It is also the experience of adapting to life as any other, despite her disabilities, that help to shape Emily’s perspective that trials make an individual stronger and that anyone has the potential to accomplish their dreams.
