Eagle Crest Golf Course

It’s an Executive Course but it’s in great shape, you can get a round done in under 3 hours, pace of play is just right and have great views will definitely be back.

Got a great deal to play here in the afternoon a couple weeks ago. Nice fun course. Greens were in ok shape. the course was in above average standard besides that. will for sure play there again

Wonderful greens and an overview of the city! Beautiful mountain atmosphere. Can’t say enough about the grounds crew and the pro shop experts. Wonderful food at the clubhouse. The trip north of the city is worth it! Fabulous time for 2 or a scramble!

I came here for a wedding and did not play golf. The facilities are a little dated and smell like an old folks home. But the view from the event room was impressive and the party went smooth. The staff for the event was okay. They were courteous but not overly helpful. Water glasses were cleared off the tables just as the dancing started. Not the most conscientious move in my opinion. My untouched dessert disappeared while I was visiting another table. When asked to replenish the butter dish at the buffet line, the woman disappeared for five minutes to return with small plastic tubs of butter. The food was standard chicken or fish– the kind of fare you’d expect from a modestly priced hotel function.
The space is well-​maintained and the view was top notch. I just didn’t love the food or the service. Still, I would consider this for an event. I’d just have to manage the expectations.

Great executive course with beautiful views. I brought the boyfriend here this afternoon for his birthday, and it went very well. Booked a 12:30 tee time a few days in advance and the pro shop clerk let us go out half an hour early.
My boyfriend said it was a great course, though the greens were slow due to recent overseeding and verti-​cut. Playing time is fairly quick; he went through 18 holes in about two hours.
We had a fun, leisurely day together here for a price that was easy on the wallet. Eagle Crest is right down the street from our house, so we’ll be back someday.

Beautiful, small course, with friendly staff. The course takes about 3 to 4 hours to complete.

A no frills but majestic executive course overlooking the city. It’s also a few temps cooler due to the higher elevation.

Very nice executive course. My play date was April 17 and the conditions were great. I paid $ 15 through
and it was a super great deal. The pro shop personnel were friendly. We started on time and finished in about 3 hours. Great views from some of the holes. Couldn’t have asked for a better day golfing. This course is good for all levels of play. Great place to work on the short game.

Small course. Friendly people. (employees and golfers) Went on a VERY windy day and it only got impossibly worse so had to call it quits before completing the course but it was pleasant while it lasted!

I LOVE golfing here. Let’s start with the price. If you’re a resident of Sun City Summerlin like I am you can play 9 holes for $ 8 WITH A CART!!! Beautiful greens. Driving range and a putting and sand trap area too. The staff are all friendly and very helpful (some of us need a little more help then others). There are also two other courses in Sun City but Eagle Crest by far is my favorite

Had a really nice day at Eagle Crest while vacationing in Vegas. We weren’t really up to a long, hard course and this one more than met our expectations. Beautifully kept greens, we will come back. Awesome price. No complaints! !

This review is for the practice facility only, I have never played the course.
This is one of the best deals for a practice facility in town. $ 6 for a large bucket (roughly 75 balls) is tough to beat. Factor in that you can actually hit off of grass Monday-​Wednesday and this is why I frequent this range. The mats (Thursday-​Sunday) are better quality than what you get somewhere like Angel Park… and because it is not grass seven days a week you can usually get a station with good spots to hit from… not just endless divots (looking at you Siena).
A large practice green and a good size chipping green (with adjacent bunker) make this the best value spot for golf practice on the west side.
Downsides: slow greens and wish it was grass 7 days per week
Tip: get the punch card. Saves you money if are going to frequent the range. Which you should.

What a perfect day it was to do 18 holes of golf! Of course, we did it «our way»…;)
It was a beautiful course, and we all had a great time trying not to hold up the others behind us which happened a couple of times, but we just let them play through which they were cool with.
We all had our superstar moments with pretty good drives and great putts aside from getting caught in the bunkers and butchering the green with my countless divots-​OOOPSY!
Great course in the Summerlin area if you wanna whack some balls… ALOHA!!!

Nice executive course. Not over played or crowded. Good value for money.
Everything was in good condition. The greens are very challenging. The driving range is a little close to a couple of the holes but it’s not too big of a deal. The practice area includes a putting green, chipping green, a large sand trap and a grass driving range. All very nice.
Their loyalty card is a great deal. The card costs $ 10 and gives you $ 5 off on most tee times (if it’s already only $ 15 dollars for a mid-​day summer tee time you don’t get it for $ 10). You also get a small bucket of balls with every paid round, a $ 2 value. So that’s $ 7 bucks in value right there the day you buy it. After 8 paid rounds you get a dozen free balls and a free round.

This is a great course for those beginning, getting back in, or just want to work on short game. They have great local rates and the course is pretty nice. Little issues with the greens and dont like the range to the right of the first hole. I didn’t go that direction but still, doesnt leave room for error. Anyway, it is a good course to practice!

So I just played all three of these courses, eagle crest, palm valley and highland falls and it couldn’t have been a worst experience. Eagle Crest had no drinking water anywhere, slow greens, mediocre fairways and overall just a really short simple course. Worth 40 bucks? i think not. I stopped midway to get a quick bite to eat and asked for a cup of ice water. The lady served me a cup full with black dusty things in it. I told her and her response was «yes, that’s from the ice, and we can’t do anything about it unfortunately» …seriously? what is this mexico? i may have expected this at some crummy run down course on the east side of vegas but i thought this was summerlin? WOW, how about not serve it if it is full of black things? So she takes the cup and refills it and tells me «there is less black stuff in this one»…i can’t make this kind of shit up. She made sure to fill me up with 1 $ bills after i paid to ensure herself a tip. it didn’t work though.
This is my review of Eagle Crest, my review of Highland falls is much worst. I am not some person who sits around complaining because i have enjoyed several courses in Vegas and would never complain about them.
Would i ever play here again? hell no, and i would advise the same for everyone else.

Simple sweet little course. Expansive views of the LV Strip.

Good course. No cart girls and a lot of retirees but nice staff and decent greens. The tee time was a little $$ but unlike courses like Desert Willows, this course wasn’t overbooked, so there was no one playing over top of us. Would definitely go back here.

1. Lost our tee time along with a few others.
2. Workers were digging trenches in the middle of fairways.
3. Workers were running power equipment during your swing.
4. Cart almost died halfway through the round.
Awful.
