So pleased with everything! I am extremely picky and very into home decorating. The entire experience I had with East-​West Blinds was great! Mark’s tips were spot on (and really, I thought I knew a lot about window coverings). From windowsill size considerations, to color, style, and sun exposure concerns. He was attentive, timely, thorough, and very experienced. Delivery was on time and the temporary window coverings were a life saver. The installation was professional and accurate. I am so happy with the results!!!

We purchased plantation shutters and received excellent service staring with the no-​pressure estimate from Mark right thru to the installation that was completed with perfection. Timelines for appointments, as well as delivery and installation, were spot-​on. East-​West provided us with the best price for our purchase (we had estimates from several other popular companies) without compromising product quality, which is excellent. The stain color of the installed product is true to the sample we were shown (lots of samples to choose from).
I would HIGHLY recommend East-​West Blinds &Shutters and would not look to go anywhere else. I couldn’t be happier and the purchase could not have gone any smoother. Perfection!

My husband and I chose to get an appointment with East-​West due to the great reviews we saw online! One of the owners Mark came by, gave us an estimate of what it would cost if we chose blinds or shutters. Since he’s been in the business for 20+ years, he was very knowledgeable, and explained the pros and cons of blinds and shutters to us.
Once we chose to go with East-​West for sure, Mark came back to measure all our windows. He told us our blinds would be ready within 2 weeks and they were! The guys who installed our blinds were prompt and did the job perfectly.
I’m knocking off one star because we had set the appointment for the measurement of our windows between 10−11am, but on the day of Mark said he’d be a couple hours late. It was fine at first, but he ended up coming later than a couple hours.
Despite that, we’re quite content with our wooden blinds and still highly recommend this company!

Recently moved here from New Mexico and needed to upgrade my blinds. I originally wanted plantation shutters but they weren’t in the budget. Mark’s recommendation of wood blinds in a soft white color were spot on and the price was right! He promised delivery in two weeks time and they were installed on day 13. :-)

I had shutters installed in my home on 7 windows, and they sure do make a huge difference. I spoke with multiple companies and got many bids, ultimately deciding to go with Mark and East-​West. He came to my house, measured, ran through my options, and left me a bid to consider (one of the lower I had received).
Once I gave to go-​ahead to Mark, the official measure guy came over, did his thing and ensured my order was as specified. About 8 weeks later, I had them installed and couldn’t be happier. The process was simple with no pressure, and the end result was lower energy bills, low maintenance, and beautiful window coverings.
I referred East-​West to my grandmother, who also used them for a few windows in her home. I felt safe and comfortable having Mark work with her, and he delivered.

I purchased an older home in old Las Vegas and it came with very old, grimey, slightly smelly drapes all over the downstairs (3 LARGE windows and 2 sliding glass doors) and old dirty metal blinds on all the upstairs windows. East-​West blinds came to my house and measured all my windows for the perfect fit and I now have GORGEOUS «plantation» style blinds on the windows and vertical blinds on the sliding glass doors. My house is old so my windows aren’t «typical» sizes but they were able to find blinds to fit. Their installer is professional and came with lots of experience and was able to install my blinds into concrete blocks. I highly recommend. Blinds make a HUGE difference on a home and there’s no one better to buy them from or have them installed.
