After spending days looking for a spa experience for a friend and I, we decided on Eforea. We both purchased the Groupon for $ 92. For the $ 92 we received a 50 minute massage & a 40 minute facial plus full day use. GREAT DEAL!
My masseuse Chivelley (sorry if I spelled it wrong!!) was great. She let me pick my scent, and was always asking if the pressure was okay, or what I wanted. The heat packs during the massage made it even better. … My friend, did not have such good luck. She was given the service by a man, who asked her no questions. She did not get to pick out the smell of her oil, and he didn’t ask questions about her body/​what she wanted/​pressure, etc. I was disappointed because this was her first time at the spa & I wanted it to be perfect. Boo.
My facial hurt like Hell. I guess my nose needed to be extracted for majority of the time. I literally cried thru the process. Looking at it afterwards I did not have any blackheads left. Pain for gain right?!
The «relaxing room» is co-​ed so there will be men and women lounging around before and after their services. They had an amazing hot tea available and a variety of cold teas. The peach was amazing! The only other cool thing about this spa is the steam room. They had just put it fresh Eucalyptus & the scent/​steam was amazing. We relaxed before and after our services. There is no hot tubs which was a disappointment.
They had three showers in the female room. They all had cool add ons. (see photo) The showers were stocked with all the necessities for getting ready. We also used the blow dryer, and hair brushes they provided.
OH BE CAREFUL. They still charge the full gratuity for the services provided. So after the $ 92 we still each had to pay almost $ 50 afterwards. I know that is still a good deal, but just letting you know!

Just finished receiving the Mountain Arnica Muscle Heal. It was an absolutely fabulous experience!!! Jaclyn was excellent, attentive and very professional. The atmosphere is very tranquil as soon as you walk into the lobby area. The place was very clean and they have tons of different products for sale (which they actually use during your session). Loved, loved loved my total experience at Eforea!

Enjoyed a grand custom massage with Chavelly. It was a great experience, she asked what my problem areas were and spent the larger part of the 80 minute session focusing on those areas. Also a very nice relaxation lounge where you can sit before and after your treatment.

If you are looking to have a Las Vegas Strip worthy spa experience, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. My experience at Eforea was not up to par on any level. As a spa enthusiast, and service industry professional, I know what a good spa experience is like. Upon arriving for my treatment, Nicole, the attendant/​receptionist greeted me and told me that I was «way early» for my treatment, and confirmed my appointment for a 50 min custom massage. I was a little caught off guard by the receptionists tone because I was only 45 minutes early for my treatment, and I wanted to utilize the facilities to relax. Once inside the spa, Nicole gave me a brief tour of the ladies area. It was very limited in size, but it had the basics; showers, steam room, toilets and a sink area. There was no facial soap on the counter, the aerosol deodorant was empty and there were no wash cloths. Disappointing at best. On the upside the facility was clean. After using the steam room and shower I waited for my treatment in the relaxation common area, it was well lit and decorated nicely, however, again the refreshments were sparse and the reading material was very limited. My therapist came out, introduced herself, and walked me to the treatment room. With the Grand Custom massage I was under the impression that my therapist would take what I said into consideration, and tailor my massage to my specific needs. This is not what happened. I explained that my neck, shoulders and lower back needed the most attention. I had some tight muscles that needed to be worked out. I also explained that I was looking for a firm massage. The most irritating part of my experience was when the massage therapist started the massage by rubbing my legs. My back was in pain, how in the heck am I supposed to enjoy a leg massage when my back is what needs attention? Next, the pressure was more like a relaxed petting. The therapist never asked about the pressure so I spoke up, she then proceeded to rub her spiky forearms on my back for additional pressure. I could not relax, and my massage was not enjoyable what so ever. It ended by the therapist pulling my hair during the scalp massage and fondling my earlobes. I was so uncomfortable at this point,. I wanted to get out of the spa as quickly as possible so I could use my own bathroom to shower. Upon checkout, the same receptionist checked me out and had the same attitude and tone as before. She asked how my treatment was and I was near tears, because of my experience. I really needed a good massage for my aching back and I was in the same amount of tension as when I stepped in the spa, except I spent $ 150. When I explained to her my experience the receptionist apologized, and said she would have her General Manager call me in the next day or so, so I could relay the experience to her. She also mentioned some other «good» therapists she likes that are better than the girl I had. I was disgusted by how unprofessional that comment was. She then gave me a card for 20% off my next treatment, it was icing on the cake. I decided to wait to write a Unilocal review to give the General Manager a chance to call me to reconcile the situation. Needless to say it has been two weeks, and I have heard nothing back from anyone at Eforea. All I can say is if you want to be treated like a valued guest, and truly relax at the spa, walk up a couple blocks and go to a spa where you can be treated with respect.

Just finished a salt body scrub and aromatherapy massage with Leina. She and everyone there treated me exceptionally well from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The scrub and massage were amazing! I feel like a new man. The facility is clean, modern, beautiful, and peaceful. I will be back.

Got a groupon for 50 minute massage and 50 minute body scrub with hand/​foot treatment. That’s the only part that made it decent. The body scrub lasted about 35 minutes and they counted me showering as the other 15 minutes. The massage was mediocre but I felt like the therapist wasn’t properly trained. He really only did a roller style massage with his forearms and elbows. Little to no kneading. I asked for more but didn’t get it. Would not go again. Premises were ok but nothing special. Sauna and showers. Relaxation room

I really wanted a spa day after a bunch of intense hikes in the national parks. I only had one full day in Vegas and I was afraid I wouldn’t get an appt. I found a groupon for a massage, body scrub and hand/​foot treatment. Matthew was really helpful when I called and was able to arrange an appointment in the limited window of time I had available. He was also very friendly when I called back a few times with questions. (Make sure you go to the correct Hilton. I got a little lost.)
Rob did all my treatments and he was amazing! Just the right amount of pressure. Friendly but not too talkative if you wanted quiet time. He really focused on the areas I mentioned (my aching feet). Best of all, I didn’t feel at all rushed.
I’ve never written a review before but this was so nice, I had to share.

Gracious receptionists willing to accommodate our changes in schedule and services. Facilities were small, but clean and modern — just right for a simple day spa retreat. Amenities were pleasant.
Robert and Ann treated my boyfriend and me to perfectly customized couples massages. He had all the knots worked out of his back muscles with deep penetration while I had the gentlest, nurturing hands work my shoulders and scalp into a state of blissful relaxation.
Eforea was a pleasure and we hope it continues to mature!

I was in Las Vegas to get married over the weekend of July 27, and needed to get my nails done. My mom owns a timeshare in this hotel, so while I was on my way to her room she called the spa to try and get me in for a manicure/​pedicure for myself and one of my bridesmaids, between my hair trial and a dinner reservation we had with the group for later that evening.
She misjudged the amount of time we had until we needed to be at a reservation I’d made for everyone invited to the wedding, so when I got to her room (probably 15 mins later), I realized I’d need to either move or cancel the appointment she’d made for me.
I called the spa and they had nothing available either earlier in the same day, or on any other day between that point and my wedding, so I asked to cancel. The person I was talking to was very short and rude about it, answered in one word answers from that point on, and didn’t properly end the conversation before hanging up on me. They charged my mom’s room for those appointments.
I will never use this spa and will be sure to tell the many members of my family who own timeshares in this hotel of my experience.

I was very impressed with this spa. Beautiful and relaxing. My massage was terrific. I was very happy I found this place.

They have changed their name to Eforea. Bought a groupon when I found out we were gonna stay at this Hilton, what a deal!
I was kind of surprised at how small this facility is. There was no jacuzzi inside. They only have the one outside for all guests, but it was cold and raining so we couldn’t use it.
Lounge area seats about 12 people. It’s not the type of spa that you could spend many hours in. Steam room was really nice. They also have a nail salon.
If I had paid full price I would have been disappointed. I’ve gotten other treatments at hotels on the strip and they have huge facilities that you could send all day in with indoor jacuzzis and multiple types of steam rooms lots of snacks, drinks and reading material.

Best massage I have ever had and I’ve had lots of massages. Great add on menu including a cerebral stimulating head massage with oil! It’s worth coming to the HGVC just to go to the spa. At the end of the day, it’s about the quality of the treatment!

Masseuse great! The guy at the front desk was rather stuck up. The facilities were beautiful. I used the Las Vegas Groupon Now to purchase and went the same day. Of course I tipped the masseuse based on the full price.

With the work that I’ve been doing lately, I’ve been feeling really physically beat up.
I got a Groupon promo ($ 58) for this place recently, and they did a great job in patching me back up with an hour massage and an afternoon stay in their spa.
What I liked most about the place is that it is so quiet with no outside distractions. No TVs, reading is basically along the lines of daily affirmation-​esque books… I packed away my cell phone as I didn’t want to be bothered with outside stimuli. I sat, sipped tea, and perused some light reading. It was quiet, and oh, did I ever need that.
The locker room was wonderful with its relaxing showers and eucalyptus steam room. I cooked myself like a lobster to sweat out all of the toxins in my body, and I could feel the difference.
When the massage time came, it was exactly what I needed. Amanda was truly a professional, and did a wonderful job working some massive kinks out of my body. I closed my eyes, enjoyed, and was sorry that it was merely just an hour.
After the massage, they allow you to stay until closing if you want to use their other amenities. Had I not been busy that evening, I might have taken them up on it. But I returned to the sauna for a while longer, and after relaxing in there, made use of their grooming options which allowed me to look refreshed and presentable to the outside world once more.
Now that my work run is over, I could definitely use another sauna visit. I wouldn’t have a problem returning here to iron out the rest of the kinks in my frame. I found this spa to be a perfect temporary escape from the rest of the world.

My wife and I found a groupon on groupon now ! it was $ 58 for a 60 minute massage ! It was absolutely amazing ! Very good private treatment, great locker rooms, clean and comfortable ! Would go back !

Top notch spa! Amazing facilities with full body showers, robes, slippers and adjustable massage tables.
I got a 50 minute deep tissue massage and it was perfect. Prices are really good for the Strip ($ 112-​$ ¹²⁵⁄₅₀ mins)
It’s located inside of the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Strip but the spa is open to the public.
