History

Established in 1974.

Drs. Lupei Lupei & Vicuna, an independent, optometric practice, provides both pediatric and adult vision care in a professional and caring manner throughout southern Nevada.

We are proud of our office, our doctors, staff and the care we provide to our community. Dr Victoria Lupei began our practice in 1974. Her Brother, Dr. Carl Lupei, joined her in 1985 and Dr. Emma Vicuna joined us in 2008.

The services and materials we provide include the following:

* Modern, high tech examination instruments.

* Annual Ocular Examinations– which can include evaluations of visual activities, eye movement skills, eye muscle balance, focusing skills, eye pressure and an evaluation of the eyes — inside and out.

* Pediatric Vision Assessment– Evaluations of a child’s readiness for school tasks, such as reading and writing, identifying visually-​related learning disabilities

* Computer Vision Examinations– Targeting eyestrain caused by long hours of computer use and offering solutions to improve visi

Business Owner

Dr. Emma Vicuna was born and raised in Las Vegas. She graduated from Bishop Gorman High School in 1999 and went on to finish her undergraduate degree at the University of California San Diego in 2003. Dr. Vicuna completed her doctor of optometry at Southern California College of Optometry in 2007 and moved to Texas to complete a residency in Pediatrics and Binocular Vision at the University of Houston College of Optometry. She joined Dr (s). Carl and Victoria Lupei in 2008 and continues to love working at the same office.
