I should have known to never step a foot in this place from the past reviews I read before going in. But I was referred from a coworker so I still went. The girls at the front desk were so unprofessional it was embarrassing. Very unorganized and long wait times. Absolutely no respect for their patient’s time. PLEASE don’t make the mistake it did, and go to another doctor

I had a 915 appointment at Wolfson Medical Center. I arrived early at 815 a.m. and filled out paperwork. At 915, I was called up to the front desk after sitting there for an hour. The clerk told me they didn’t have an authorization form for me to get the blood work. I was upset, as if she did not have the paperwork, why would she have me fill out paperwork and let me know an hour later. Very unprofessional office.

I have been seeing Dr Wolfson for about 9 – 10 years and he has always taken really good care of me. The Front office staff is always very nice and sweet. And the MA have always been very helpful.

I had appointment at Dr. Wolfson’s office, I got in quickly but my first impression was unprofessional. They were all wearing jeans and t-shirts, it just really didn’t look nice. In the back of the office it’ was so disorganized and cluttered. When the dr came in, I forgot her name, I felt like she was in a rush. She kept cutting me off when I was telling her what was wrong with me. Then she made a comment infront of everyone to learn some breathing techniques and laughed, because my blood pressure was higher than normal. I felt very embarrassed and uncomfortable after that. I was overall unhappy with my experience. The only good thing about it was the lady who drew my blood was extremely nice.
