Eurotek Tuning

I found this service place using Unilocal,I came here expecting the same service others received. I dropped my car off in July to have a repair and It was misdiagnosed was told it was a bad front Differential $ 2200 n change to repair. I picked it up about 60 days later to find that it had same issue. I returned it that very day expressing that concern. A few weeks later I was told that the transfer case was bad. I guess along w/​the Differential. They say it took so long cause they didn’t have the proper tools to inspect that part. During that time my car experienced another failure while sitting in their shop (a coolant leak that resulted in another $ 2200 repair) well long story short I pick up my car again at the end of December. After the the 3 different repairs were done at about a total expense of about 10k. The CAR WAS STILL NOT FIXED!!! I tried calling that very night I picked it up to let them know. After 6 months and 10k in repairs one would expect that it would be perfect before delivering back to the customer. No, If they would of at LEAST taken it for a test drive. They would of learned of these issues prior to return delivery. Also I got it back in nasty condition. Wheels were greasy, greasy hand prints inside on glove box and on wheel. If the repair was as good as their customer service this place would rock. But… I was left in a position where I still don’t know what to do.

I’m not one to leave reviews but when I receive customer service far beyond expectations; then a review is a must. Leo was absolutely helpful, trustworthy and most of all patient.
I had my BMW’s radiator replaced which involved a major headache due to my insurance provider giving Leo the run around with the cost of every part including labor prices. Long story short, Leo was in the right but stayed patient with me as we resolved the issues with my insurance.
Not only was his patience a favorable quality to leave this post but more importantly the ability as a female to walk into an auto shop, find the solution to her car problems and leave without wanting to scream or cry. Leo explained everything that was needed in detail with no extra «adds» or extra BS that other shops try to pull. This is the only shop I will ever deal with again!

Great place that knows their stuff. Yeah, they are a business and will at least attempt to sell you stuff/​upgrades for your toy, but they are respectful, not pushy, and wont tell you something is wrong with your car just to get money out of you.

Extremely friendly, fast and efficient shop. After running diagnostics on my 09 VW MKV, they cleared all tripped codes so I could pass smog. Pretty sure if I took it to VW dealership they would have done a slew of unnecessary repairs and charged me my first born. Will return for all maintenance and repairs.

You can go ahead and ignore any negative reviews about this shop, because Leo owns and operates a fair and professional business with product and prices to keep you coming back. I’ve personally waited to post a review until visiting Eurotek Tuning a few times (mostly for maintenance and repairs) and when I thought we ran into a big problem with the oil pan on my Mk6 Gti. Leo, as a proper business owner took the extra step to find a solution and help me out which meant a lot to me. I’ve sent a few people to this shop with nothing but good results. The mechanics here take their time and you would think they were German since they know and love these cars. Leo and his team take pride in their work and you can feel assured taking your whip here! I will continue to do so feeling confident my car will get quality work and best cost overall.

I called this place and it was so difficult to get an appointment. Fortunately I was able to get accommodated on Monday morning. Leo was awesome, very attentive to details guy. They did a great job and the follow up was excellent. I would go back if I need a service again! I highly recommend this place.

Been here multiple times and they are awesome. Leo has worked with me many times and has yet to disappoint. Always recommend coming here for anything with your car either problem or tuning!

I’ve only gone to these guys once, but from what I saw, they’re above either of the VW dealers in terms of… well, everything.
I was impressed that their invoice actually told me the part numbers they used, and their prices were actually comparable to parts I see online when I google up those part numbers, whereas other shops or the dealer will avoid putting part numbers on their invoices, and when you find out what they are, can be 2−4x off the price you could buy the parts for yourself. So, Eurotek is very fair, from my first experience. The specific work I had done was billed at 1 hour, which matches up with what guys on the online forums are saying, whereas the VW dealer had claimed it was a 3 hour job.

Leo & his team is AWESOME.
Very much so professionals and has tons of knowledge. Hourly rate is legit. You do get what you pay for. Highly recommend shop for high performance Audi German Cars if you’re in vegas.
When you do go, ask for NICK to work on your car. He’s also a solid master technician and knows his stuff.

Leo is an enthusiastic guy about cars and customers. There was a miscommunication about the installation of my BMW’s ECU work. He called me and explained well after I post my situation here. The attention that he paid to their customers is abusulutly well. So I changed my comment. Also I apologize for my previous post. I mean this is a great place to make your car and Leo is the guy that will help you out.

I was referred to Leo by a friend, thank you Chad! Came by today in search for wheels for my new car. I wasent really sure what I wanted. From the color, style, and price, I probably changed my mind atleast 5x. Hey, I’m a girl and allowed to haha. We literally spent over an hr searching for my perfect wheels. He answered all my questions and if he didn’t know the answer he made calls to the manufacturer and had them answered. He is super kind. He is super patient. He has a great ora and was a pleasure to do buisness with.

I had a lot of recommendations for Eurotek tuning, and having newly acquired a mkv GTi Fahrenheit, I needed someone to start modding it! This place is #1 in my book. Leo is a class act, and went out of his way to make sure I had an amazing customer experience. Very knowledgeable, and happy to answer any and all questions I had. I had heard about Eurotek Tuning from a bunch of coworkers. They had nothing but good things to say about Eurotek.
Yesterday, I had a smog test done on my BMW which ended up failing because it threw quite a lot of fault codes. Remembering what my friends told me and after looking at their reviews on Unilocal (5 STARS! — it’s hard enough for a normal business to have 5 stars after numerous reviews, so for a mechanic shop to have that is practically unheard of) I immediately contacted these guys and brought it in that afternoon. Leo was quick to get on the issue and notified me right away of the several problems that were causing the faults. I felt confident that they knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He told me that he could get the car back to me the next day which was great considering there were a few parts that needed to be replaced. Sure enough, they were able to deliver on their promise even staying past closing just to make sure I got my car back today! No more check engine light and Leo is confident that I should be able to pass smog. Though I ended up paying a bigger bill than I was expecting because it had numerous issues, it was a fair price and I know for sure that it would’ve cost more at the dealership or other indy places. The most important thing for me is that they know their stuff and they can be trusted!
So far they are going against the law of large numbers when it comes to a perfect 5 star record. You would think that after so many reviews, there would be at least a few that wouldn’t be completely pleased. That speaks volumes about these guys.

Great Customer service. Leo answered all my questions without being bothered. Went in for just an oil change came out with a Stage 1 APR

Needed new brakes for my Audi. The dealership quoted me over $ 900 to have the work completed. Instead brought my car into Eurotek and they did the work for a fraction of that cost. They were also incredibly accessible and friendly when I was there, unlike many vehicle places where unless you are plugged into the «scene» you feel out of place. I’ll bring my car for everything from here on.

You will come here because you love your European car. That’s all you need to know.
Every five star review written here was for a reason. Staff is honest, very friendly, and as enthusiastic about your car as much as you are. This is definitely a hidden gem in Euro tuning shops and if my review isn’t enough to convince then read every other review on this shop until you are convinced. If you still aren’t convinced then bring your car here regardless because that’s how it is.

This shop earned every one of these stars. I brought my BMW 325CI in for an oil change and to look at an oil leak I was experiencing. I had to take my car into the dealership that same week for a recall item. The dealership conducted a 50 point inspection and found the same problems that Euro Tek had already fixed. The dealership claimed Euro Tek and only cleaned the gasket area well and did not replace any parts. I called and spoke to Leo who had me bring my BMW over so he could go over every item the dealership was claiming did not get fixed. Leo showed me every part and also went over the other items the dealership claimed needed fixing. I cannot express how grateful I was for the courtesy Leo and his staff gave me. I will be a loyal customer from here on out to Euro Tek never the dealership.

I’m not one to leave a Unilocal review unless I really feel the need to. For Eurotek, I believe that’s the case but in the best way. Two words come to mind: HONEST and AFFORDABLE.
I researched and called around to several different shops before I spoke with Leo at Eurotek. I’m thankful I called around and found them. Their prices were way more reasonable for the service I needed and the work was done very efficiently.
Not much more you can ask for from a mechanic. A+ in my book!

There are millions of German car owners all over the world, and I know for a fact that they’re not as well taken care of as I am.
I’m writing this from Las Vegas, NV. Repair shops are as prolific as Starbucks.
So…why on Earth would I drive 15 miles out of my way just to have my 8 year old 328i serviced by an independent Nevada shop when there’s so many great and well reputed repair shops in California?
Well…
Leo and his assistants built a relationship with me from the moment I walked in the door.
#1 It was based on rigorous honesty. Example:
When I brought my car in for an oil change, it needed practically nothing in the way of additional maintenance. When I pressed Leo for what I could do to extend the service life of the car, he let me know about things that might be potential issues years down the road (such a slightly cracking flex disc), but said he «could not in good conscience suggest that it be replaced prematurely»
This has been consistent. He tells me exactly what I need at the time, and is always mindful of my budget. Honesty. What a novelty these days.
#2 Years of expertise.
Leo knows cars. He’s been there. Done it. Knows it. Lives it.
#3 Hard work.
Though Leo certainly could hire a larger team of people to assist him, thereby giving himself a rest, he insists on getting «under the hood of the car» himself to make sure that it’s HIS hands and his people that are doing the work. Kinda like the legendary dentist who actually does your cleaning. Very rare.
#4 Dedication.
I suppose he enjoys what he’s doing. He’s been doing it a long time. He appears to love it. That’s a whole lot of difference between a man who does what he does well — and the service writer of the week at the corporate mega-​dealer who’s taken a few internet modules, and is only interested in making a buck before «getting off shift.»
