Everything Medical

We had to come here when the casters on my fiancé’s wheelchair broke. They fixed them right away at a reasonable price. Prompt and friendly service. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Just wanted to let people know about Everything Medical. I have been looking for shower seats on the internet and after getting frustrated with trying to get the information on their products and getting nowhere, I decided to go to Everything Medical on W. Charleston Blvd. I walked over to the devices that I was looking for and was greeted by one of the dedicated personnel who gave me all of the information that I was looking for plus more. He instructed me on the correct way to use the items and showed me all of the options. This business is a must if you are looking for any medical device.

Every time I placed an order they conveniently misplaced it. They would tell me it would be ready on a certain day and it never was. They were out of the product or didn’t have an order for it. Even though I had called repeatedly. They got it ready in a hurry if you tell them your husband just pulled in the parking lot on his lunch break to pick up the order. Yet they tell you over the phone it takes 3 days to process when it took less than 15 minutes. What a horrible, unorganized and rude place of business. Not worth the hassle of being lied to.

Very knowledgeable man helped me out. I had to buy something that I was embarrassed to buy. He was very helpful and understanding. Rest of their staff was helpful, also. It was closing time and they didn’t rush me.

With the exception of scrubs, this store has nearly every medical supply you could possibly need– CPAP masks, scar gel, 90 different types of gauze, burn wraps, and way, way, more. But if you’re going to have that kind of massive, specialized stock, you need to have knowledgeable employees, preferably with a medical background.
I called ahead of my visit to confirm that they had what I needed (posies), employee checked and confirmed that they did. But when I headed over the next day, the few employees available didn’t know what I was talking about. I even pulled up a photo and description of them online using my phone, and they were clueless. I was directed to an aisle and told «they might be here”– 10 minutes of searching through their disorganized store, and I left frustrated and empty-​handed, without a single apology.
TLDR: this place has everything you could need, except for customer service.

My parents ordered a lift chair from this business in mid-​January. It should have been delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. I had to contact the business to see what was going on when we didn’t hear anything. They did not return my calls and I had to go to the store. They then delivered the wrong chair. Again they wouldn’t return my calls. Someone was sent out to measure my mom again for a chair that would fit her. We were told it would be here in 3 days from L.A. When the store did not call after 10 days I again went to the store and they made a call and told me it was in route and they would deliver it in 5 days. They called on the delivery day and told me the chair was being made in Pennsylvania and would be here 3 to 4 weeks. The correct chair was finally delivered 85 days after it was ordered. If we didn’t have to pay in full when we ordered it we would have gone to a more reliable distributor since there are two others in town. Horrible customer service!

Sure the place has everything you could possibly need as far as medical supplies go. But I would pay extra if I didn’t have to deal with the lady with the horrible short hair cut who could not have been any more rude. I simply asked if the website on my phone was their company and she rudely replied «yes but we don’t match the prices.» Umm ok lady. Sorry you hate your job but I actually never got to even ask why the website prices were cheaper than the store because she rudely interrupted me. Sorry that she is so miserable with life.

Poor customer service. I called to see if they could fix a hearing aid and was left on hold for 11 minutes. Called back no wait then I was rudely told NO while I was still asking my question about fixing my hearing aid. Don’t waste your time with these people

I guess I have to give them a star not because I want to… It is because I have to to post this review… Rude, unprofessional, and no respect for there clients… I bought I pillow from them and tried it for less then 2 hours was not comfortable so I took it back. Sheryle the manger was not to kind about it… She said she is not taking it back… I did not say a word cause I do not want to argue and mess up my day… So left the store and telling u about it so not to go there and get scammed as well

I’ll never give this sham business my money again despite it being very close to my office! Their customer service always below average like their prices but today crossed a line. I needed 2 rolls of exam paper at 930 and was basically told to get to the back myself for it while the worker did paperwork! This paperwork crap continued as myself and elderly man buying walker were waiting 5 – 6 minutes while 2 workers said nothing to us, doing paperwork! Finally a third worker began checkout, I had $ 13 ones and a hundred dollar bill, my total was $ 15. I was told they didn’t have change and I could wait for manager to return from bank, and some excuse about how they only opened at 9, but that’d be a reason to have change right?! All that time and frustration and no ability to complete purchase with ease??? Moral of the story save your aggravation and pay a few bucks more ANYWHERE ELSE

This place has everything to fulfill your medical needs! Great service & a huge thanks to the employee who had assembled my purchase!

Customer service SUCKS!!! Don’t ask if they have restrooms” it’s not for the public” but they want you to shop here! Thank Goodness there are other medical supply stores in the area.

A completely brilliant store with literally… everything medical… you might ever need or ever imagine you might need (and dear lord, I hope not), but most importantly, a knowledgeable, helpful owner and staff who genuinely seem to care…
