Excess VIP Las Vegas

This review is for Aaron. Unfortunately, my friend and I never used him because we were pretty unorganized till the last minute. However, Aaron was awesome. He was prompt with responses and made sure to double check he was providing us accurate information when it came to pricing. He never tried to up-​charge us in any way and wanted us to enjoy ourselves on our budget in Vegas.
Next time I’m in town with a group of friends, I plan to be much more organized. By the looks of the other reviews on here and my experience with Aaron, it seems like Excess VIP is the only way to go.
Looking forward to the next time I’m in Vegas and using Excess VIP!

Must use when in Vegas, especially when trying to get through the ever-​present cluster at Omnia. I will def use again!

Brent was awesome helping us get our table Omnia nightclub. I’ve booked tables twice before this at Omnia in the past, and have had to wait in a horrific mass of people for an hour, and both times we were treated rudely by the security at Omnia. This time we booked through Brent, and he walked us right past the line, in to our table, and we finally felt like VIP. He also took great care of us throughout the evening. I will always use him in the future to book any nightclub or pool party in Vegas, and I highly recommend his service!

I highly recommend these guys, they know what they are doing. Josh is the man. I recommend you asking for him. He meets up with you and takes care of you. I have been using josh for years, great guy and would not have had a blast without him setting it all up.

Worked with Aaron at Excess VIP for a 2^nd. Once for (an obnoxiously large group) bachelor party and most recently for a long weekend with the wife and friends. Aaron was an amazing host both times, taking care of EVERYTHING, making us average Midwesterners feel like local VIP’s.

Excess VIP could not have made our nights out in Las Vegas any easier! Josh was our host and he did an excellent job. He was attentive and helpful with our requests. I would definitely recommend their services. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Even if you’re not the «nightclub type» this is definitely the way to do nightlife!
On our most recent trip to Vegas, a friend referred me to Steve and Brent. In the past we would rarely reserve tables because of the old routine – show up early to score a half decent table just to get the run-​around on pricing and then wait around for the club to fill up. Apparently these guys have the right connections because they really delivered. Friendly and competent too!
Brent helped us skip the giant line outside Marquee and we got to show up at prime time! The table was fantastic. Up above the dance floor, with more than enough space for six of us. Got to meet some awesome new people, and spared our feet in between dancing (thank goodness for a place to sit). Glad we did this! Thanks again guys!

I wanted to write this review back in June, but it totally slipped my mind. Over the weekend, we were looking at our pictures from our week in Vegas and it made me realize that the one thing that we did different was to hire Excess VIP. When my friends mentioned using a service, I was skeptical. Our usual mode was to hit Vegas and figure out where to go. As you can imagine, that led to a ton of waiting around, trying to put ourselves on lists, calling home to see if anyone had a hookup for a particular club, dealing with the clubs and their ever changing prices (wait, you just told me 2k for a table, now it’s 3k?!) and just general confusion. Get six people together and you have at least 36 places a day to check out.
We heard about Brent from a friend and arranged everything in advance. The entire process was simple — we answered a few questions about what we wanted to do — places we wanted to see — table locations — and he handled everything.
I can’t say enough about how much time we saved bypassing lines — I remember walking past a giant line at Omnia and laughed because before Brent and Excess VIP — we would have been waiting for hours while people were streaming into the club. We all know the feeling.
The service didn’t end once we entered the club. Brent handled and managed everything. He arranged an awesome table one night for my friends birthday — along with all the pomp that comes along with that.
We ended up booking several clubs (3 pool parties and 4 night clubs) with Brent and there wasn’t a single instance where any of us felt that Brent and the team from Excess VIP didn’t earn every cent of their fee. We had a much more productive time in Vegas (if going to clubs could ever be considered productive time) with him as a guide. Less BS with the people at the clubs. Kidding around with my friends — we called the service — priority respect. That’s how quick we went from being the people waiting on lines to being ushered through the entrance to the club.
I don’t usually give crazy reviews for services, but in this case — it was well warranted. Call Brent when planning your next trip to Vegas — you won’t be sorry.

Very, very happy with Brent. He came through with everything he promised and make our weekend worry free. I would strongly recommend Excess VIP Las Vegas and Brent. Been to Vegas more than a few times and this was the smoothest getting into the club and the pool party. He didn’t deserve disappear once he got t us in, he was there to take care of us and made the night even better.

Excess VIP is THE Top VIP and Casino Hosting company in Las Vegas. Been to Las Vegas 50+ times, and none better then when working with Excess VIP. From the day I flew in to the day I flew out I was well taken care of and had the best VIP experience in Las Vegas ever.

Excess VIP and its co-​founder Steve Edsall are simply amazing. We have been working with Steve since 2012 and he never disappoints. There are hundreds of hosts and VIP companies out there but rest assured after using Excess many times they have YOUR best interests in mind. Vegas can be a difficult place especially for parties of all guys… Each time we used Excess they were on time and on point. By pass the 3 – 4 hour lines to your arranged tables, booths and cabanas with bottles waiting. We have used them for clubs like XS, Drai’s, Rehab, Omnia, Surrender and plenty more. Never had an issue and always got what was promised. Not only that but they arrive to the clubs early to make sure the managers and severs are ready for you and most importantly that you have the best section /​table for what you have paid for… Excess is not as huge as some other host companies but that means you’re party is treated well and with the attention it needs, not as a number. Promoters will promise you the world and winging it is not something you can do in Vegas. Trust me from worldwide travel experience give Excess VIP a call, ask for Steve and rest assured your time in Vegas is in the best possible hands…

Two of my buddies and I decided to make a last minute trip to Vegas and wound up getting connected with the team at Excess via a mutual friend.
I can’t applaud their service enough. Excess helped us with a VIP Hosted Entry to and XS Sunday night (of Memorial Day Weekend) pool party with David Guetta. It had «sold out» according to the XS website, yet the team at Excess was able to shepherd us through the insane line and gave us a tour of the club once we made it inside.
I specifically was impressed by their patience (my group was running an hour behind), courteousness, high level of communication and ability to cut through the hottest line in town hot-​knife/​butter-​style.
I’m looking forward to using their service for future trips, especially where I’m helping coordinate logistics for a larger group.

These guys totally take care of you, no matter how big your party is or how big your budget is. I met Josh Smith on one of my Vegas trips in 2012 through some resident DJs at Wet Republic and ever since that day, I always contact him on my trips. He is seriously super nice and real, not one of those lames who acts as if they’re on top of the world because they’re handling millionaire clients. We all know how those can be — straight dbags. I’m there to enjoy myself and drink, not have you give me your snobby attitude. You never wait in a line, you are always comfy at your table, and Josh goes even further by taking care of that one friend of yours who’s passed out and needs to get back to the hotel. Yup, ya’ll know what I’m talking about. All this just so your night isn’t ruined. He’s amazing! He’s taken care of me and my friends at Encore Beach Club, XS, Marquee, Wet Republic, etc. He can basically do anything you want. Plus he’s sexy. You can’t really ask for anything else in a VIP host!

My first experience with Aaron Perez and Excess VIP was in April 2012. I was returning from a tour in Afghanistan, and wanted a weekend to party in style. It was my first Vegas trip, and Aaron made the weekend memorable and effortless. He was a consummate professional, and far exceeded all that was asked of him. We never saw a line, never had the hassle of paying a tab in the wee hours, never waited for a ride… you get the idea. My group was treated like millionaires on a far more reasonable budget. I am now getting ready for a buddy’s bachelor party in Vegas next month, and Excess is handling all of our needs. Accept no substitute; these guys know what they are doing.
