Been here several times. I like this location more than the other locations because they have a wide variety of options. They have nice customer service as well. Today I was helped by Anna. I bought something that did not have a price tag. Anna and Octavio worked together in getting the right barcode while processing the rest of my purchase in order for me not to hold up the line. Best customer service. Best selection of all express stores. although the staff at meadows mall know me too well also. Express is the only jeans I wear. I love this brand. The rewards programs are bomb. for my birthday I got 40 bucks in free shopping, no restrictions. That combined with my coupon I paid only $ 4 dollars for 2 pairs of pants. Yes four bucks.

I went to Express a few days before Christmas this past December because I wanted to buy ties as a Christmas gift for two of my work colleagues. At check out, I had Izzik assist me(pronounced E-Zeek). He provided my total, however, did not ask me if I was a rewards member, so I had to ask him if he could input my membership. He requested for my phone number several times, as every time he input my phone number it did not save. He then asked for me to type in my social security number to verify that the membership belonged to me. He also asked me to type this in various times as for some reason it did not save. He then ran my credit card twice, as once again, for some reason, the credit card number would not save on his system. The process of checking out my items took a lot longer than necessary, and Izzik seemed very flustered. He then called his manager because I believe his computer froze. Neither of them made friendly eye contact, smiled, or offered an apology for the long process and inconvenience of a simple check out of ties. His manager, Vince, stated that my credit card would be authorized twice for the amount of almost $ 80 due to their system’s error. I don’t mind so much a double authorization, but an apology or empathy for the inconvenience would have been much appreciated as I had stood there for 15 minutes, providing my phone number, social security number, and credit card more than enough times. I work in the hospitality industry, and know firsthand that empathy goes a long way. As I didn’t care for another authorization/charge on my card and my patience was running low with Izzik and Vince, I infiormed them that I would not be purchasing the ties with them and headed to the Express at Las Vegas South Premium Outlets. My checkout was seamless there. Needles to say, I love Express, however, I will choose the Express at Town Square and Las Vegas South Premium Outlets as my Express of choice(as a local) rather than receive the service at the Express at Fashion Show. I will also continue recommending at work to tourists who seek Express to shop at the Town Square and the south outlet locations instead of Fashion Show Mall.

Let me say that this location move to the west side of the mall. When it was at the location shown in the picture the customer service was great, so yes I agree with everyone else on here their clothes are classy and just perfect. BUT the new location of the Express at this mall their customer service is terrible. They let anyone work there now. It’s pathetic. I went for Black friday on 2013 and their customer service was seriously just disturbing. I hate them. They help you out without actually wanting to they give you looks the only people I liked were the cashiers. But seriously most employees here think too much of themselves. It’s disgusting. I won’t say my experiences here it would be too long for me to write it. But they need to fire a few people at this location. Next time I will just go for the Ceasar’s palace Express or even online.

I’ve sort of given up writing reviews about chains. You’re either going to go or not, you know? What piece of advice can I give you that you’re really going to care about? Well, this Express is the best ever. I had bought a coat on Black Friday that ripped three months in. I went in last week after talking with their customer relations hotline and they were so unbelievably nice at this store when I was coming to make my return. I’m sure that they could have been rude, but they chose to be awesome and let me exchange for stuff worth what I had paid for the jacket. Customer service is spot on!

Back in the day, I wouldnt have even gone into express. I was all about cheap prices, good fashion but of course the quality is crap(cough cough forever 21, most of the time at least). Now that I only shop once in a great while, I go for more basic and forever looks, that are quality made. This def is express. They constantly have deals going and have a great clearance selection. Today, I walked in looking for a dressy but everyday shirt. My anniversary is tomorrow and I want to wear jeans but have a dressy top. Tahh-dahh, many things here fit that bill so i was in heaven. Found a couple tops for about 48 bucks when my friend jen told em to go over and look at the clearance. Boom baby she was on the money, found almost the exact top i was going to buy marked from 50 bucks down 50 percent. Or so it said! As i checked out, the lady said it was actually 9.99! NOWAY! get out of town. That was cheaper then the long sleeve tee i had just bought at forever 21 for 20. Happily i scooped it up and skipped out of the store one happy customer. Best believe, Im going to be looking good tomorrow! :)

Express is an anomaly that I have yet to figure out. The jeans fit so well, yet their director’s pants are cut in an unflattering way. The shirts are a hit or a miss, but I love how bold they are in patterns and colors. The fitted 1MX shirts are usually my go to and they keep it innovative. The store is well stocked and the associates have a good sense of humor. I am the type to shop, leave, go to another store to compare styles, come back to ponder if I really need it, and eventually purchase. It is a long and arduous process, but the girl working the floor had made a joke about me entering multiple times. That’s just how I roll.

It was our 10 year wedding anniversary. We decided to spend it in Vegas without the kids and see some quality time together. My beautiful and thoughtful wife selected some very nice clothes for me to wear for the weekend. I really appreciate it since I normaly wear digital flight suits everyday for work. Unfortunately, the clothes that she bought at the Express in Lenox Square were a bit tight on me. I did swell up working out at the gym the last month. Instead of ruining our time together, I recommend that I go to Express and get everything in a larger size. She agreed. Before I left the Vdara, I asked her to call and see if it was ok to do the exchange since the receipt was back in GA. She called and spoke with the manager about our situation. Before long, she was telling the manager the information from the tags on all the clothes. When she was finished, I took the short drive there down the strip. Once I got inside, I met the manager, Biri, who my wife had spoken with about our situation. She had already pulled the items in a larger size for me and had them waiting at the counter. The only thing I needed to do was to try on the pants and jeans. After a few minutes, I found two pair that were better than the other ones. Biri was awesome in getting stuff that matched the shirts. The only thing I needed was a belt, which I found before going to the counter. Angela was a true wiz with the register. After she put all the stuff in the register and exchanged what I brought back, I had a credit on a few items, which deferred some of the cost of the belt. Everyone there was very helpful and extremely nice. They saved our anniversary experience. GREATJOB!!!

Big fan of Express. This location inside the Fashion show mall is slightly smaller than the one at Town Square. Alas, they still offer all Express clothing and exceptional pricing you come to know and love through Express.

I can’t get on board with this location of Express. I mean, it’s fine… but it’s nothing special. I much prefer to shop at the Caesars Forum Shops store, which is much bigger and has a better selection.

The store was a typical Express store, but what stood out here was the friendly customer service. After a long search for some black booty shorts to hoochie me out, the search came to an end here at their sales rack. When I got to the counter I realized I had forgotten my credit card at home, but the guy helped me get rung out without it, I was a little annoyed they needed my social security number and they had me write it down on a piece of paper, but then after I got rung up he gave me the piece of paper back! Very cool!
