Took my car in for bumper and rear end repair following an accident. Jim handled everything professionally and kindly. My car looks like new-​was only a few months old when the accident happened. I highly recommend Express Collision and will use them again in the future, should the need arise.

Excellent service my truck looks amazing. After my accident my husband was worried about the risk I was taking driving it. Seeing as he is away with the military to give him piece of mind Express collision looked at it right away. And did a amazing job dealing with the at fault insurance company. Some jerk knocked off my side view mirror while I was inside Smiths and just drove off, I was furious! I went to a different shop before I arrived here and they charged me $ 180 for a used part and $ 200 for a new one and I was like, «hell no!» So I was reviewing on here to see if there was a 5 star body shop near me and I found Express Collison Center and I saw great reviews so I decided to see for myself. I walked in, Jim’s wife was at the desk and she’s a very friendly lady, I felt welcomed. I told Jim about my problem and gave me a price I couldn’t pass up, he charged me $ 106 and I was happy. He repaired it the next day and my car feels new again! Definitely will be back and let me friends know. :) Jim is very professional and knows his stuff!

Fantastic job, these guys don’t cut corners! It’s the place to take a Vette for body work in the Vegas area. Jim is great to work with and will make sure the job gets done wright. Highly recommend.

I was upset when a lady hit my little silver streak, a 2005 corvette. The corvette fiberglass can be tricky to fix and I was not going to leave it with just anyone. Jim gave me personal attention and when it was done, he was not happy with something in the paint, so he put it back in paint shop a second time because he wanted it perfect and so did I. I did not mind waiting a few more days to make sure it was right, and it is perfect again! Thank you Jim.

Great shop! Jim is very personable and deals with you himself. He answered all my questions and made sure I was kept up to date about the status of my car. He did a great job and my car looks better than ever.

My wife was involved in an accident while i was out of town. I spoke with my insurance agent and she recommended Jim with express collision. Since it was in another part of town, we decided to take our car to a shop that works directly with the insurance company.
Our experience was not nice at the other shop, our car was hit in the front right corner and started wobbling after the accident. The person that i spoke with at the other shop told me that it is not policy to check the front end unless the wheel is hit directly and was rude on the phone when i requested to check the front end.
My wife and I decided to take the advice of the insurance agent and go to Jim at express collision and we are glad we did. Jim was very nice and respectful to my wife and I, but most importantly our car was fixed the right way. Jim inspected our car and found more damage in the front end that the other company would have let go do to policy.
When we picked our car up it is in the same condition if not better than before the accident. It is very hard to find a company that cares about good customer service and quality work these days. Jim an his team have proven to me that they have both of these qualities. I would recommend express collision to anybody who needs a repair shop.

So as anyone who as ever been in accident can imagine, I was completely devastated when the new car that I had barely a month was rear ended while on my way to work on the 215. Saying that I was stressed would be a colossal understatement. All I wanted was for my new car to be just that, new again, and for the nightmare of the damage to be but a distant memory. The accident happened at apx. 0745 in the morning and by 0930 I was being referred collision centers that were covered with my insurance. Once I chose Express Collision i received a call within 10 minutes from the owner Jim. He was the epitome of professionalism and had me in the shop that day to assess the damage and order parts. He truly cares about his customers and restoring them back to the lives they had pre-​accident. The parts were ordered the next day and by the next business day my car was in their custody. He even called the insurance company to arrange the rental car and accompanied me to the enterprise down the street to pick up my rental care and transfer my belongings. He kept me updated by phone at all times and I never felt out of the loop. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and already had nothing but good words for this company… until I picked up my car. Not only did they exceed my expectations with awesome customer care but their work is amazing. I could not tell in the slightest where the damage was once they were done. Every part brand new and the paint perfectly matched. They truly succeeded in making the accident that caused me so much stress seem like a distant memory. Enough good cannot be said about this company. You could not find a better place to take your car for optimal care.

I cannot say enough good things about express collision center and Jim the owner. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident on I-​15 on my way to Las Vegas. It was later in the evening (7pm) so we desperately called Express collision center hoping they would still be open by the time my tow truck would get there. Jim’s customer service was outstanding from the moment we made the phone call. He was very understanding of my special circumstances (moving across the country with a car full of stuff) and in from home to let the tow truck driver drop of my car inside of his locked garage so that my belongings would be safe. Without a second thought he personally drove us to our hotel that night. By the time I had arrived back at the shop the next morning, he had already had a cost estimate on my car and had been in contact with my car insurance company. He has been straight forward throughout this whole process and has given me realistic expectation on when I can expect my car repair to be finished.
