Fast Moving

Terrible. $ 1500+ worth of losses. Broken LCD tv. Lost glass top to entertainment center. They kept my stainless steel trash can, office chair, paintings. They were late. Multiple upcharges. Just completely terrible on all levels. Look for other companies based in Las Vegas that they mat change their name too. BEWARE!

Like the previous review, our experience was a nightmare. They are slick on the phone, but do not back up any of the promises.
We had them pick up our household items for a move from California to North Carolina. The sales/​phone rep promised that they would handle the entire move from start to finish. Fast moving picked up our household items, (200 items total). they were to deliver it within 10 days of the pick up date. 2 Weeks later, I called to find out where our items where. This is when we were told that they were still sitting in their warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. The story was that the driver had a personal family issue.
We were then promised that they would get our items shipped to us ASAP.
When our household items arrived, 20 days after Fast moving picked up our belongings, they arrived. They arrived by a contracted company, not Fast Moving. They arrived with 22 boxes completely soaked since they were on an extension of an 18 wheeler transport. We lost a lot of items due to the soaked boxes to include business suits and professional medical books. We also had 4 boxes not arrive at all. I have moved over 18 times between the military and professional careers, This is by far the worst move I have ever experienced. I sincerely wished that I had looked at Gina W’s review prior to contracting with these unethical folks.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS!!!
PS: Fast moving took responsibility of the damage to appliances books, clothing and lost boxes. by offering a $ 350 settlement. There was well over 2k lost… leaving a very bitter pill to swallow, we made settlement in September 2013. As of this review, (Dec 13) we have yet to see anything from said settlement. I tried contacting the sales manager who promised us the moon only to find out that she no longer works there…
My Advice… There are plenty of very reliable moving companies to choose. Research and pick wisely. We have learned a very valuable lesson through this.

The worst moving experience ever!!! They are not truthful!!! They say anything to gain your business and once they get it, the lies start pouring in! Nothing was as promised in the beginning quote! Up charged last minute, several truck transfers, unprofessional movers, lost screws for furniture and no compensation for replacement!
Do not go with this company!!!
