Flex Ed is a certified training provider for the American Heart Association, providing both provider and renewal BLS, ACLS, PALS and PEARS at a very low price. Individual courses are held at our central location on Eastern and Sunset; on-​site, group training is also provided at your office or hospital. Flex Ed also provides specialized CEU courses, CCRN, CEN, RNC and CCRN prep courses, helping health care providers reach their career goals. In addition, Flex Ed offers online HeartCode classes suitable for the busy health care provider requiring renewal of AHA certifications. Online /​self study modules are also available providing CEU contact hours. Flex Ed also works alongside healthcare facilities’ education department, providing skills validation, nursing orientation and education based on the unique needs of each organization.

History

Established in 1988.

1988 — Flex Ed was founded in Southern California, with initial focus on American Heart Association courses

1994 — First Hospital Education program

2008 — Nevada expansion

2010 — Partnership HASC to teach specialty courses

2012 — Endorsed by Hospital Council of Northern and Central California

2014– Over 125 Educational Service Providers have taught over 3000 courses to more than 25,000 students
