Flowers By Michelle

We called this morning needing a dozen white roses and some rose petals. I show up a few hours later and a beautiful arrangement was waiting. I was in and out in 5 minutes and the customer service was warm and friendly. Price was better than 3 other places that I called also.

This is the second time I have ordered flowers from Flowers By Michelle. Both times they have been for memorial services for family members. Laura was very pleasant and very helpful in giving me suggestions about what would be good this time of year. On both occasions I ordered a peace lily plant with flowers added to the arrangement for additional color. The first time I had fresh flowers added and when I attended the memorial service they had put the plant in a lovely clay pot with the fresh flowers and it was beautiful. This time, the memorial service is on Sunday with visitation on Saturday. Laura called me to recommend that we use silk flowers instead of fresh because I wanted the plant delivered on Saturday and she was concerned the fresh flowers might not hold up well until after the service on Sunday. I’m expecting to see a beautiful duplication of the previous one except with silk flowers instead of real. I would order from Flowers By Michelle anytime I am in need of a florist in Las Vegas. By the way, I live in California so I’m even more pleased because they did great work without knowing I’d be there to see what they delivered.

I went in for a scheduled consult for bridal flowers. I came in with my mother about 20 minutes early. No one greeted us for 5 minutes. When greeted we were asked to look around until the woman was ready for us. When the woman (name starts with an M but was not Michelle) said the wedding consultation area was down for the holidays and that we would have to STAND at the checkout counter!
As I was listing off my idea of adding azaleas the woman cut me off and said, «NOPE. Not gunna happen!» My mom couldn’t believe how this woman was talking to us!
As we were rushed through out ordering, she said she would email me back the same day if she was able to find out about the dinner plate dahlias. It’s been over two weeks and I STILL haven’t heard back.
What horrible customer service. This is the best day of my life I am planning for. Not a funeral! Shame on you!

My boyfriend just brought me some flowers for our two year anniversary and they’re so beautiful. I have never gotten really nice flowers before and these are just gorgeous. Just beautiful!!!

Based upon reviews I selected this store due to proximity, good reviews and great variety on their web site. With cautious optimism I selected one of their largest arrangements for our anniversary. As promised they were at the house first thing on the selected day, with an absolutely enormous stunning arrangement. My wife was overwhelmed by its beauty, multiple colors and freshness. Thank you to all the folks at Flowers by Michelle.

I called Friday 4pm desperate because the flower shop where I had originally ordered a corsage for my son’s homecoming date, made it in the wrong colors. Spoke to Lisa and she agreed to make a new one even with the extreme short notice and it was ready by 6pm and is 10 times more beautiful than any other corsage I’ve seen. My son’s girlfriend is one lucky young lady! Thanks Lisa for helping me out on short notice. Will definitely be using them again!

Husband sent me a dish garden for our anniversary which was delivered on time on 09/​22/​2015. (Cue the «Awwwww» sounds.) It was very healthy-​looking and I like the
was very different from the picture but I realize florists have different plants on hand at different times and I trusted their artistic freedom.
I took off a star because after I sent my husband a picture of the dish garden he expressed his frustration that the lady who took his order ignored his request to leave off the fairy because I don’t like them. Not a big deal to me but he was irritated.
On 09/​28/​2015 I noticed one of the plants was beginning to turn brown. The plant didn’t come with any instructions to I called the shop and spoke to Jackie. She did not know what kind of plant it is and had no idea how I could find out. I asked her if I emailed her a photo of their own freakin’ flower arrangement that they delivered 6 days ago could a florist perhaps take a look at it and make an educated guess? She said of course. As of today 10−1−15 I had still not heard back so I called again and spoke to Jackie. I asked her when I might expect an answer to my email two days ago. She put me on hold and went to check. She came back and said «the bookkeeper got the email and didn’t know». Oooookaaaayyyy, then why in the world did she not forward the email to one of the florists? Or even better, yell across the shop to have one of them come and look at it? *smh* Jackie said she’d have my email answered by the end of the day and I did get the email.
Even with those shenanigans, I would not hesitate to order flowers from this shop. I have seen some lovely arrangements come from them over the last few years.

My husband just came home with a gorgeous arrangement for our 11^th wedding anniversary. Some of the nicest I have received while living in Las Vegas. The roses are beautiful, no bruising at all, and I love the different greenery. Thank you for adding to our special day!

Do not know what any 1 star review is talking about. With very short notice I called them today and Kate was very helpful. I ordered an arrangement and I was able to pick it up 20 minutes after I ended my call. Other than the inviting and warm staff, the store itself was very welcoming too. They had my order ready to go right when I walked in. They looked EXACTLY like the pictures I saw online. Completely satisfied. Looked even better in person, actually.
They also give you a card holder and about 9 different card options. Kate was super dope, she gave me a box for my vase and gave me some tips on how to secure my flowers in my passenger seat without crushing any of them.
I’ll have to give them a few more visits before I declare them my go-​to florist for all occasions, naturally. But first impressions are everything to me when it comes to businesses, and they’ve left an excellent one.

I work for the American Lung Association here in NV. Michelle is our go to florist when sending out sympathy flowers/​plants. She really does beautiful work! Call Michelle before any other florist.

I live in Calif and my daughters are both in Las Vegas. Their Birthdays are a couple weeks apart. I was looking for a florist that can create stunning beauty at a good price and lucky, lucky me I ran across Flowers by Michelle. I have always used this florist. Great staff, they always come through and the arrangements are just beautiful. At the new location on Buffalo they have a lot of nice gifts and décor in the store is great. Stop By!

Initially I really liked this place as a potential vendor for my wedding. However, after the initial meeting these people completely blew it!
First, they failed to send me my quote by the time that they said they would (which is a big deal for me since I am a full time law student and need things to be done at specific times). Stupidly I let this go and decided that I wanted to have them do the flowers for my wedding.
I emailed the woman I had been in contact with asking how I can go about booking them and how to give her my deposit. NO RESPONSE. Then, I called the shop about a week after this and had to leave a message. Once again, NO RESPONSE! I cannot believe how unprofessional this shop turned out to be and I am glad in the long run that I had to go elsewhere even though I wasted time with this shop.
After talking to other people about this horrible service I was not surprised to find out that this wasn’t unusual…

What amazing service recovery Flowers By Michelle demonstrated. They absolutely kept me as a customer, and as a matter of fact, I just want to buy more flowers because they were so responsive! Really. I had drafted a terrible review because I was angry at a mistake that they had made. I was traveling internationally on business, and wanted to send a special dramatic and elegant arrangement to my girlfriend of 2 years. 2 red roses surrounded by all white. Instead, she received 3 pink roses in a bouquet. I wrote a romantic note about the 2 roses and our 2 years together. I was upset that it didn’t work, and I wrote an email to Flowers By Michelle. They responded, acknowledging the mistake, and apologized profusely. To make things right, they sent the correct arrangement to my girlfriend, and it was absolutely gorgeous. To top it off, they included a beautiful card that apologized to my girlfriend for making the mistake, and quoted my original romantic note! They also placed a credit on my account for my next order, which I certainly will use.
Amazing service. Beautiful flowers. Took responsibility and accountability. Why can’t every business be like this?

THEY REALLY CAME THROUGH
I ordered flowers for my wife the day before Valentines Day. I ordered on line from CA, with instructions to call before delivery. Asked for A.M. or late in the day. At 10:30 am they called to tell me they would be there in short order. The flowers were beautiful. My wife was thrilled. I also received a confirmation email that the flowers had been delivered and received. I’ve read some of the negative reviews and have to say my experience was the exact opposite. I’ll use them again.
