Why didn’t I come here sooner? Super fast, easy and the best price in town to my cracked iPhone screen phone fixed. I walked around with a broken screen for weeks and I know I’m not the only one!
Just bring your phone in and grab lunch nearby — it’s right across from UNLV so there’s tons of options. Go back after lunch and you’ll have a new screen. So easy!

Took my phone in with a cracked screen, 20 minutes later I walked out with what seemed like a new phone ! they quoted me the best price I’ve seen in town with a free screen protector & case! Nice fun place to go. Staff is amazing upbeat and friendly. My go to place for all my iPhone needs!

These guys did a great job replacing the charging port on my device. They said it would take about an hour and a half to 2 hours. I gave them an extra half hour, just in case, but they were done when I returned. I think the price was fairly reasonable for a part and labor.

I had a great experience here Kim replaced my screen with in 30mins. I was in and out. I’ll be with any other issues hopefully not to soon.

These guys are great especially Kimbo who took my phone apart and cleaned it up after my texting stopped working. These guys are the most honest I’ve run into. Not sure why texting stopped working. I never got it wet. I’ve dealt with others and now will just stick with Kimbo.

Fone Gone Wild helped me with all my phone accessory needs. I left my charger in Los Angeles. They were able to help me quickly with a well priced replacement and also a great screen protector that they installed fast. Great service and good guys!

Customer Service DOES exist in Las Vegas! Went to have my broken iPhone 5 repaired. I tried changing the battery myself and it didn’t turn on after replacing the new battery. MANNY the store manager took control of the situation really fast! This guy knows his phones and the business. My wife took her phone there awhile back and we found that Fones gone Wild offers the best prices compared to its competitors! Manny looked at my phone and after placing it on the charger it was working and he gave me true honest advice about replacing the cracked screen as well. He didn’t try to rip me off or take advantage of me. In fact he was happy to take time to educate me and my iPhone 5 was fixed free of charge. He just tightened some things up and re-​aligned everything after my failed attempt to replace the battery. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST IN THE BUIS! Had a crack phone and come in to them. Amazing service from Manny and Kimbo! If I can give more stars, I would. Reasonable price and reasonable time to fix it!

I had a cracked iPhone 6 screen and needed to get it replaced. I went to Verizon on S. Maryland and was told that I’d need to purchase a new phone for a «small» sum of $ 749 sans cellphone insurance?!? So, of course my internal commentary went as follows:
«You must be on crack to think I’m buying a new phone when all I need is a new screen». I politely decline the advice and ask if there are any iPhone repair stores in the immediate area. The service rep suggests Fones Gone Wild as they are the closest to this Verizon location and they always recommend this business to their Verizon customers. I head over to the location — a strip mall with varied Asian markets and restaurants. I enter the business, which, by the way looks like a mish mosh of barely stocked phone accessories and 2 glass cases with varied items — more like a really bad pawn shop/​front for somethin’ unknown — I don’t even want to know if you know what I mean.
Anywho, a woman and her teen daughter are negotiating the purchase of multiple phones with the boy behind the counter and it isn’t going well… for the woman. Let’s just say, if you are doing honest business you probably won’t have to haggle with someone over multiple phones?!? This was sketch clue #1. It was my turn, I asked about replacing my iPhone screen and what might be the cost and time it would take to finish the job. The boy responds saying «uh, hmm, it’ll be $ 140 and I’ll throw in a screen protector and a few other things and you’ll need to leave your phone overnight. but if there’s something wrong with your LCD then it could go up to $ 220…or more — sketch clue #2. I say «No, that won’t work for me, I need my phone today.» Okay, thanks. As I start to leave, the boy says «uh, how bout this, um, I’ll squeeze you in and it’ll take uh, 30 minutes and I’ll give you a special price — $ 130 — sketch clue #3! But only if you do it now. I barely turn to face him — chuckle and say, «nah man, I’ll think about it — thanks tho’». I booked it outta there and didn’t look back!!!
First, you make up a price, tell me I need to leave my phone overnight, change the price to $ 10 cheaper, tell me you’ll squeeze me in and be done in 30 min (there was no one else in the joint) and then tell me but… you have to do it now. Puhleeze, you sound shady, your spot looks shady and your «business practices» certainly feels shady!!! DON’T go to this place if you value the safety of your information and the time and money you have. I ended up going directly to the Apple Store and paid $ 109+ tax and received a free diagnostic check and quote. It took an hour but I felt VERY comfortable knowing I would be receiving quality work and products. Turns out I only needed a replacement screen and my phone looks and works like brand new!!!
Lesson learned: when in doubt, go back to Apple! I’m gonna write a review for Apple in a bit.
Besides with a business name like Fones Gone Wild, I thought there woulda been a cover charge at the door and a 2 drink minimum?!? Bye Gurl! The 1 star rating was given ONLY because I couldn’t give the «0» stars!

Best place for phone repairs I have been. They are fun, good music, and very efficient. Super satisfied with their work and help.

I was looking for a place to get my iPhone 5s screen fixed that wasn’t trying to overcharge me. I found this place and kimbo fixed my phone super fast with good quality material. Definitely gotta check him out

This place is a life saver! Or should I say fone saver. My friend’s phone was shattered!!! I really didn’t think it could be saved. But KIMBO took care of it and made it look brand new again in less than 30 minute. Go see him he’s the man!!!

My go to place whenever my phone goes awry or needs fixing. Even though I live 30 – 40 minutes away, I always make the drive out here. Great customer service, great music that plays, great everything. 5 star worthy, even more if I could add more.

I went there for a battery change but my phone it’s still getting over heated, I don’t know if they really changed it or forgot… I was gonna give them a good review but they also forgot to give me my XO the weeknd case back! I loved that case ;(I’ll change it if they give it back but I’ll doubt they will… Customer service was good tho.

Came in on May 19,2015 because I cracked my phone screen. Saw decent reviews online and decided that the $ 70 price was worth it. This is more than their competitors which I knew but opted to continue to do business with them. It took the technician about 20 minutes to fix it and was very nice. I was satisfied with the service. He told me to about the 90 day warrantee policy if the screen popped out that they would fix it. I did not think too much about it.
A few days later I placed my phone on the table and the screen popped out significantly and it had one faint line of a crack from one side of the screen to another due to it popping out. I popped the screen back in (as it was significantly popped out) and went in to get it fixed. I wasn’t worried since there was a supposed 90 day warranty. Apparently this 90 day warranty doesn’t count if the screen has ANY damage even if it is cause by faulty workmanship and the screen popping out. Initially they wanted me to pay the full amount to replace my screen and then they allowed me to pay a partial amount. Apparently 90 day warranties mean nothing to this business. I ended up paying nearly what it would have cost me to go to the Apple Store to get my screen fixed. I would not recommend.

Came today in search of an old flip phone. Kimbo my man went far and beyond to satisfy my need ! Not only did he find my phone, he activated for me too ! This place saved me from getting another contract from my carrier.
What made this place sweeter was the discount and accessories. Their knowledge and customer service was something to be appreciated.

Ok, this review is long over due. But, better late than never.
I heard about this place from a friend of mine who got her phone fixed & was pleased with the results. Well, weeks later I just so happened to end up with a spiderman edition iPhone (cracked like a damn desert).
Decided to come here to see what pricing looked like. I was helped by Kim Santiago who told me it would take no more than an hour to get my phone fixed. awesome. But, in just 30 minutes he was all done with my phone plus he took the liberty of adding a screen protector to it as well. Insisted I get a case for my fixed iPhone. couldn’t find anything I wanted, but the thought was deeply appreciated.
To wrap it up, great customer service provided by Kim. I’ll definitely be recommending this place because of his service.
