I resisted for many years but I saw women of all ages with their shopping bags. I saw in magazines, that this is a basic staple store in lots of women’s wardrobes(of all ages). There are styles that are too young for me(glitter, over-ripped jeans, super short dresses, etc.), but I am picky, and I always dress for my style in mind(think beachy style styles, like dresses & cardigans for summer, and skinny jeans, sweaters, peacoats and boots for the winter). This one is better than the Galleria mall location, in terms of inventory. The best one in town is the one at the Fashion Show mall– two stories of so many appealing choices, but the turnover is quick, so don’t be surprised if you see something today, but it’s gone tomorrow.(I also like the one in Waikiki, on Kalakaua Ave.) There is a special elevator/lifter for stroller-pushers like me for their multi-level store. Basic tanks(so many colors to choose from) are less than $ 3.00, skinny jeans(lots of shades) are under $ 10.00(I’ve gotten them in dark rinse denim, black(but they look greyish) and grey), the active wear is reasonable, and if you have the patience to check out their many clearance racks towards the back of the store, lots of steals and deals here. My faves are the camis and skinny jeans. In season, I wear them quite often. There are different lines, so the price ranges are different. But if you keep with the Tyra Banks Hi-Lo, you can find something here that fits your budget. All the clothing(minus the clearance rack — the clothing’s packed tight) is in order and it’s a clean store, and the employees are helpful too.

This store was overall, OK. The people working there are always very kind and considerate, but when you reach the Men’s section, you really see how cluttered and unorganized the place is. In some parts of the men’s section, clothes can no longer be placed on the racks after being pulled off from how crowded it can be at times. Too much stock! Also, the shorts/jeans section is a mess, also. It looks like they barely check up on the men’s side. Hopefully they fix this soon. Hope this review helped!

It’d be a lie to say that I don’t love Forever 21, as much as I try to deny it, it’s the perfect company when it comes to trendy pieces that I’ll probably only wear once or twice. But alas, my love can only be shown for certain locations and this one is NOT it. This location is without a doubt the worst location I have ever shopped at. Over the years, I’ve avoided Meadows Mall like a plague, but occasionally I drift back to see what’s new. This F21 is the DIRTIEST store I have ever walked into. Thrift stores are cleaner and more organized than this location. Its unbelievable to me that everytime I’ve walked in, there are piles of clothing on the floor where the men’s section is at and trash everywhere. The employees are rude and don’t care about the customer and it’s ridiculous to think that they are still in business with their lack of organization and cleanliness. Someone said they should fire the store manager, I say replace the entire team and bring in people who care about their store and clients. I’m not asking for 5-star quality service, just cleanliness and a smile or a quick«hello». If you can’t do that, then what are you doing working in retail? I can’t even with this place. Ugh!

Prices were good, but, it hurt my eyes to see the 80’s retro stuff coming back, in spades. The worn out sweat shirt look, acid washed jeans, and sliced up clothes, blech.

This review isn’t so much about service but atmosphere and tidiness. Which this location does NOT know anything about. I mean, come on people! If you see TRASH on the floor, in the dump bins, on shelves, in the jewelry displays, wedged between jeans on tables and EVEN in the racks of clothes! Who in their right mind would allow this to keep going on?! And just to see if my theory was true that either the workers or the store manager or a combination of both didn’t give a crap, I went back the next day and saw the SAME cups and trash on the floor and on shelves. It was a joke! I think they need to FIRE, yes I said FIRE whoever is the store manager. Obviously this person is a hoarder or just likes working in mess and disorganization.

I was in here shopping for new work pants and I grabbed some that I loved. I head over to the fitting room and they have a huge line and clothes every where. So I just decide to take them. I tried them on and they were a bit small around my hips. So the next day I went in to exchange. I asked the guy if they had a bigger size because mine were a little tight. Mine were a medium. Instead of helping me he said«Plus sizes are over there» and pointed and went on with his folding. Never in my life have a been so pissed of with someone. I didn’t need a plus size. A large would work. So unprofessional.

I was in the store earlier today and Edgar was so helpful. I grabbed the wrong size shirt and after trying it on and realizing my mistake, I asked Edgar for assistance. He was friendly, knew the store and merchandise, and was able to get me in and out of the store quickly. The gentleman at the cash wrap was very nice too, he had blonde hair and was wearing a blue and white striped button down shirt. Love this location, and the staff is always great! Will definitely be back :)

This location is small, located in the Meadows Mall. They don’t have as much floor space as bigger locations, but they do a pretty good job of packing in as much merchandise as possible. I didn’t see very many salespeople om the floor and no one greeted me while I was there. They have a decent selection of accessories and clothes. The activewear section was REALLY small. Kind of disappointing. The only employee I interacted with was the lady in the fitting room. She was very helpful! Cashier was semi-friendly and courteous as she attempted to make small talk. Doing ok for a small store.

This location in the Meadows Mall is very large. Carries everything from clothes, jewelry, purses, shoes, cosmetics, and there is even a small mens section as well. I was there looking for work clothes. But as an almost 40 year old kindergarten teacher, I am sad to say that shopping at Forever 21 is probably not in the cards for me much longer. I found myself holding up clothes and asking myself, «What in the heck is this and where could I wear it?» Most customers are young girls with their moms or college age women. I did find a few cute things to spunk up my wardrobe a bit.

I like going the the XXI at Meadows because it is so much easier to maneuver than the Fashion show store. This store is smallish but the areas are decently organized so If you have seen something online you want to try you can usually find it(if they have it that is.) I love the fact that XXI has changes there game over the last few years and bring in more sophisticated items. This is always a go to store for me when I am looking to find a cute outfit for an event. also the service at this location is always pretty good. staff always speaks and will actually help you find things if you describe what you are looking for to them. The epic downfall of XXI is and always will be the return policy so always always always try things on and make a firm decision about and item before getting anything here. IJS

I have a very strong love/hate relationship with Forever 21. On the one hand, they provide me with some cute tops, dresses, and jewelry for very affordable prices. On the other hand… pretty much everything else. If you are going to shop somewhere that has lots of clothes for pennies, you have to expect that there will be lots of teenagers. And apparently teenagers don’t know how to keep clothes off of the ground. When you are here, especially on a weekend, expect there to be about 17% of the clothes lying on the floor while another 25% are haphazardly hanging on the racks. Also expect very loud, bass-filled music to be blaring over the speakers and long waits in the dressing rooms. Sometimes I have the patience for this and can manage to stay here awhile to sort through the clothes. This is usually during the week when it isn’t so messy. But there have been times when the Lord hadn’t granted me patience for the day and I got so irritated at the mess that I left. (Just a side note here: This is not the fault of the employees– they are working their butts off keeping the store clean. The problem is, there needs to be about 7 times more employees here to keep up with it all.) Despite the messes and brain-thumping music, I will continue to shop at Forever 21. I do find a lot of clothes and jewelry that I wear for both work and hanging out(like the shirt I am currently wearing as I’m writing this). I prefer this location to the others in town; The Galleria is too small and Fashion Show is incredibly large and quite possibly the First Circle of Hell. If you are looking for solid-color, basic pieces like tanks and tees, this is definitely a good place to stop. Also consider Forever 21 if you need a costume for something– they have some crazy items and the prices are so low you won’t feel bad about wearing it just once. Three stars for the store, rounding up to four since a chunk of my wardrobe is from here.
