I went there twice the first time was good but the second time the girl had to answer her cell phone constantly(very aggravating) she was also texting and my nails were all uneven and thick acrylic. The pedicure was great. Note to nail salons… most people would like to relax and get pampered not watch 4 different tvs with different shows.

THEWORSTEVER. Can I give negative stars? Worst acrylic nails ever. Uneven nail length, the nail polish color distribution is uneven, and the lady spent an enormous amount of time doing unnecessary things. I will stick with Polished Nails. It’s far away from my home unlike this nail salon which is very close, but totally worth the drive! This place is the worst ever. This place does not stick to their word. After telling them of my experience, they offered to do my nails for a fraction of the price(small discount). By the time I was finished doing my nails, the total came out to $ 80 dollars for acrylic fingernails, and they changed the amount of discount they wanted to give me. It’s one thing to have amateurs working at a nail salon. It’s another to be dishonest. For that, I have nothing positive to say about this location. Please don’t waste your money here.

I’m new to the area and google mapped for best nail salons to get a pedicure. It was less then an hour till close so I called ahead to make sure they not only had time but the staff. The gal that answered said sure come on in. I’m literally next door so I came right over. The first girl they asked(in another language) basically said no I’m almost off. So they had a gentleman do it. He didn’t seem sure of himself or what he was doing. He sat me down and then went to get the tools needed. He was gone so long the tub over flowed. He didn’t ask if the water temp was ok.(It was so hot I turned bright red) then he sits down doesn’t say anything files and trims twice, like he didn’t do it right the first time. Barely used the pumice stone. The French tips were all sorts of uneven and not as think as they should be. So the very next day you couldn’t even tell I had a pedicure! The skin was dry and cracking, the polish was on my skin! They are right next door, I tip 30% minimum and now they have lost my business!!!

This is your run of the mill mani/pedi shop. They were able to get me right in with a walk in. I don’t know if that’s always the case, but on a Thursday afternoon, it was no problem. Good service. Typical pedicure. There isn’t anything special or different about this place than any other cheapie place in town. $ 25 for a regular pedicure+gel and callus removal for an extra fee. Clean and close to summerlin. Will return for my next pedicure since it’s only a few blocks from me. If you need something quick, painless and under $ 30, this is a great place to try.

I love Van she is very good. I do feel they could up some new colors for loyal customers the colors are old. Also, they are a tad bit overpriced but I’m paying for Vans amazing technical skills. Definitely worth trying

Horrible place. You wait forever while there are 4 nail techs not doing anything and no one else is in the store. They charge you an extra $ 5 to scrub your feet with so called«callus remover» not friendly at all. No where near sanitized. Don’t go there.

Great prices… awful service. My husband and I had appointments for pedis. Half way through our pedi a girl came in wanting a pedi. my manicurist rushed to finish my pedi to start on hers. Needless to say his polish job was not good!!! My husband had a new manicurist who took forever, had someone else finish up after sitting there for 20 minutes more, then didn’t put a clear coat on his toe nails. We won’t be going back here!!!

They were friendly enough, and took me in quickly for my pedicure, BUT… I told the nail tech I tend to get ingrown toenails, and he said, «Oh, I know what to do» before I could ask him to cut my nail straight across. He then clipped it at a deep angle on all corners; my heart dropped. Sure enough, two weeks later, I have two painfully ingrown toenails that will probably need to be removed to the root by my podiatrist. I also contracted athlete’s foot while I was there! I never, ever complain or review anything, but this place was so irresponsible! I called three times to ask for a manager, and they never returned my calL.

Terrible. They Take a very long time for work that isn’t worth the time. I asked if they could do something which they couldn’t. I wanted a simple french tip on my nails and it was horrible. I made them stop. Way over priced. I paid extra for my feet and they are still ruff. I paid extra for a design on my toes that isn’t worth the price my lines are not strait and it just looks bad. I cried because I was so disappointed.

I came in to get a gel manicure… I waited for a good 20 minutes while one of the ladies was on her phone doing nothing. When the other lady finished she said she was ready and did the gel mani… I paid $ 40 to get a simple one color gel manicure when I have got to other places for the same thing and get charged $ 25-$ 30. I had no designs(which I had asked but she said it was too hard) allllrightyyyyy… She did a descent job, but she was in a hurry…

So we call ahead they say gel mani is $ 30. We get there and the guy says half an hour wait. We wait and it’s an hour. Too late to go to another place. Guy there was cool until he referred to his 1 ½ year old son as a little bitch. Joking or not that’s unprofessional. My lady was rude and expected me to hear her quiet tone and under her mask. At the end no mention that futile removal was $ 10 extra. $ 40 for gel mani? They’re as good as anyone else. Everyone charges $ 30. So Uhm no thanks my friend and I will take our every two week mani business else where.

Just moved to the area… Let me first start by saying I’m a Nail SNOB!!! And I’m not afraid to say it. I work too damn hard for my money and I don’t treat myself very often. And when I do, I want it to be done right! … I told SON all this(and he took it well!) he said you want a manicure? I said well how good is your pedicure? Am I gonna walk out? Lol!(and yes I have walked out at other places before!) … Like I said, I’m a nail snob. … Son was GREAT!!! He did such a good job on my pedicure!!! He took his time and did it right!!! It was nice and long and relaxing!!! They even turned the SuperBowl game on for me!!! We had a Great Conversation and I’ll definitely be back!!! Thanks SON!!!

So… I’m still befuddled about what just happened to me at Frenchie’s just now. I stopped in to get a quick eyebrow waxing, because I had a short break from work. I walk in, there’s no one waiting. Two people are getting manicures, one person is getting a pedicure. The nail tech asks how she can help me. I say«I’d like to get an eyebrow waxing». She says, «Can you come back tomorrow?» A beat passes because my brain has to register what she just said. TOMORROW? It is 3:00 in the afternoon. They close at 7pm. «Tomorrow???» I say, thinking” not come back in an hour or two, but tomorrow?!!” You don’t have someone who can wax my eyebrows within the next FOUR hours? Tomorrow? «Yes, the guy who does it is busy now,» she replies. «Can you come back tomorrow?» I shake my head in puzzlement… No… thanks anyway. The refrain of Tomorrow still buzzing in my head… I’ll find somewhere else.

They put gel on my cuticles both hands n toes. Eyebrows were way too thin. I will never go back here. It’s not the ladies themselves because they were kind but they must be blind. This has happened before at other places. Lacquer, polish, acrylic etc don’t belong on cuticles.

Rude. Rude. Rude. Too bad, because its a nice place. But I can’t get over how rude they were. Especially the loud mouth girl with the long hair. Lisa I think? My mother in law and I walked in to get a pedi and mani. They said right away that they could only see one of us. I let my mother in law go since she was here on vacation. They set her up for her pedi. At the same time another girl walked in and request services. An older lady in the front told the girl who was just about to work on my mother in law, to help«the blonde girl» first. Meanwhile the lady in the front also kept telling the other girls not to take me because they only had room for one. It was already established that I would not be getting anything done! Once they took the other girl before my mother in law(she was already in the water!), I grabbed her and we walked out! Never will I go back there!
