Established in 1971.
Geisha Steak House is the first Japanese Hibachi restaurant in Las Vegas. It is established in 1971, founded by ‘Jimmy Nishiyama’. Jimmy opened up the first location on Desert inn and Sand hill to introduce the real Japanese grilled food. Now, Geisha Steak House has been settled over 40 years with total of 4 different locations.

On behalf of the management team of the Geisha, There are two main reasons we have been successful in this location. The first is passion. It is from individuals such as you who have an unwavering passion for excellence. This passion at Geisha starts with the ownership and transcends to our culinary team, our manager, and our dedicated service staff. The second reason is quality. Whether it is our food, service, promotions or merchandise, our commitment to providing a quality product for our patrons will be at the forefront of whatever we do. Once again, this commitment to quality starts at the ownership level and runs throughout the entire restaurant team.
